Perfect for access to the airport Staff was excellent. Very pleasant and helpful. Arranged a very early (4:30 am) taxi to airport. Bar and dining area is lovely. Dinner was excellent. Overall ambience is very nice.

The rooms are quite dated and need repair. We flew in late and spent the night because of how close it is to the airport. The staff was friendly. I don't feel judging the breakfast is so fair since this was during corona time and naturally many cutbacks were made. We had allergies from the rooms and didn't sleep well so we left ASAP. I stayed one night at this place, the place a bit old, but everything was clean and I had a room with private bathroom and balcony on the beach, the breakfast was really very good comparing to the price I have. Dario the receptionist was very kind and provided me with all information needed.

I give it a solid four. It has a really great location, overlooking the harbor, and the lobby and front desk area are really very modern. There is a nice restaurant upstairs and a large banquet room downstairs. The rooms however just don't have any charm. The flooring was nice, tile, and the bathroom was nicely appointed. The bed did not impress me, for the price I think it's a good deal.

It is fairly low key but has an excellent location next to beach at 2 mins walk. Our room had amazing sea view but rooms are basic in decoration. 15 mins from airport and staff are friendly.

What an amazing holiday 2024!!! We are really impressed with everything! Sea views are spectacular from all of the resort. The resort Is big and offers various pools and a Toboggan pool at the sea with slides..amazing for kids and also adults. We definitely explored! We enjoyed our stay, the hotel catered for our party (over 300 people from all over the world for a conference over Friday Saturday Sunday) very well. A very nice location, rooms need a bit of update though very clean . Need better management especially when it comes to food and beverage. Food not more than 3 star standard and more than international, it's more suited for locals. Lo siciliano restaurant always the same menu and you have to be lucky to book even if you at 7.30 in the morning which doesn't make any sense.

Our friends and us were 3 couples in this Very relaxing resort. The drawback was the frequency of the power cut... once it was for 24 hours. Food could have more varied. Outside the hotel is very nice and inviting.

Beautiful structure, a renovated rustic farmhouse with large spaces. Internal wooden terrace and external room with sail awnings and enclosure hedges. I have been in the nice resort on this Christmas Eve and the cook was professional treat with all sort of beautiful people. I recommend all people to go check calajo resort .Good food ,good music and simple relaxed rooms for comfortable staying.

Nice structure.....but full of students on a trip

I was alone, but the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. I was able to relax while listening to the sounds of the waves and the birds singing.

Fantastic hotel right on the sea front. Rooms great size and cleaned every single day (fresh towels etc) Good AC in room (we had a Quadruple room - double bed and two single beds with balcony facing the pool and sea / mountains). Staff were amazing and extremely helpful throughout our 7 night stay. We arrived very late - no problem, as they were expecting this / we left very late and again no problem...

Stayed here for 1 night after a few days in Marsala. Rooms good size with beautiful view of the mountains. Pool was nice and relaxing. Despite the bar being closed the staff were more than happy to get you drinks. Special thank you to Jessica who was lovely to deal with and provided excellent customer service. Would definitely return.

Hotel Sirenetta is a fantastic little, seaside hotel. The pool is spotless, the staff are incredibly helpful and the location is perfect!!! In addition to all this, the hotel restaurant is amazing!! We had some of the best food of our week in Sicily right here!!!

This is our second time here and the hotel is so accommodating. The owner is so welcoming & ready to give advise for places to see or restaurants to go to. The signora that serves the breakfast makes great eggs fresh and the breakfast is all fresh with nice cakes, bread, yogurt. The shower is large and the rooms are a good size. Around the hotel you will find parking. Overall can happily recommend...

If you are looking for a quiet and clean place this is your place. Friendly and always available staff. Excellent I would say, very quiet and splendid breakfast, we felt at home. A stone's throw from the center, near Scopello and the Zingaro Reserve. There are some beautiful beaches nearby

This new inn has friendly staff, extremely clean and fantastic all around. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this for families and couples. Location is close to beach and shopping. I don’t speak good Italian and we were able to communicate well with the staff. The owners are also very kind and we will return back for another vacation.

We stayed in this facility for a week and I must say that I had a great time... New facility, excellent welcome, good breakfast, and you will tell me why not 5 stars? There is no parking and in August if you return before midnight you won't be able to find it

I stayed at Le Vele this summer, highly recommended place; near the beach and the center but also convenient for reaching the fantastic locations in the surrounding area. Clean and always attentive and courteous staff. The lady is very nice and Marco, at the reception, was always available. We had a great time.

Holidays 2022. Balestrate. Fantastic location in the middle of town. A 10 min walk, 5 by car from the free beach. On the main street (Madonna del ponte) where you can find pastry shops for breakfast (paradise bar) and pizzerias (Terra mia), chicken food, coffee shops, Mexican. 5 minutes from the town hall square where you can also eat and shake (why not?)

Relaxing holidays! It is located in Balestrate (in a district). I went to this resort because they took my dogs. The place is very well looked after and has a lot of services (Bar, restaurant, billiards, magnificent garden, ping pong table, volleyball park, children's playground and above all swimming pool overlooking the sea). The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. We stayed 6 nights in this beautiful residence, chosen on the recommendation of a friend of mine who has already stayed and me he suggested. I can confirm the opinion of my friend. The judgment is, in fact, very positive: in its category it deserves, say, 4.5 stars, is the location close to everything (Stadium, Beaches, Hospitals, City Centre and Airport) and for the enchanting view on the village...

Frindly staff but to be honest, I have no idea why this hotel has four Stars. The interiour is old, not very clean and sometimes broken. The hotel is directly located to a main road (loud), the surrunding is not beautfuly and it takes more than a 30 minutes walk to the old town/city Center.

Helpful friendly staff and clean if basic rooms. Reasonably priced but it is next to a very busy motorway. That said it is still pretty close to the centre of town and only a €40 taxi to the airport.

Rooms could do with a repaint, but public areas are up to standard. Found the beds very comfortable, and the pillows fluffy, although we did have to ask for extra, and an extra blanket; but house-keeping brought it to our room within minutes. Breakfast is extensive, and excellent quality. Pool was unfortunately empty of water, so we had to get vouchers for the private beach daily.

Hotel staff was excellent and spoke very good English. Breakfast was great, had hot and cold selections and good service. Location and view were outstanding and a nice walk to either the beach or city center. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space with a very nice bathroom and excellent shower. A bit dated but who cares when it is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel

STAY HERE! After a nightmare check-in at another hotel we booked two last minute rooms at Al Balhara. On the phone, and even more in person the staff were so helpful and ensured our arrival was seamless and stress free. Instantly we felt like we had entered paradise, the lobby, grounds, and rooms were spotless and filled with beautiful architecture and Sicilian art ceramics. All staff were very friendly...

My wife and I were there in November 2021 for about 5 days. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed ourselves. The staff was FANTASTIC...so helpful and accommodating. The food was great, the room was great. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great time...and we did. We would definitely recommend this resort. If we ever visit Sicily again, there is no question that we would make this our home.

I was very pleased with our stay. Giusy at the front desk was super helpful and the rooms were clean. The location was beautiful and the location was great for the local attractions. I recommend this hotel. The only downside was the cab connections from the hotel to Palermo could have been more accommodating.

Hotel was located at the beach, had umbrellas and chairs. Hotel had pool. Breakfast was very good by Italian standards - eggs and bacon, croissants, different cheeses and local cured sausage. Nutella and breakfast cereals etc. Room was small for one queen bed and two single beds (one single bed was actually sofa converted to bed).

Ciro is the nicest Italian receptionist I've met. He was kind and helpful. The hotel is ok but it's a bit far to the city center. You can't really walk (40 min walk) specially in the heat of Summer. There are buses near by. Tickets are €1,80 each way. It's clean but beds are low and not very confortable.

Reasonable rooms and facility compared the pricing but I found the front desk staff might be more friendly then they were since I never seen they smiled once. There were plenty of activity and restaurant around. We found statue of liberty and bowling place nearby. I heard first floor rooms are more comfortable then others.

This is a great little B&B for travelers or vacationers. Massimo is extremely responsive and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day and they do a great job. There is also a communal kitchen with a beautiful rooftop area to enjoy meals with a view of the sea and city.

The B&B does not have an external sign, there is only the writing on the bell. It is in fact an apartment in a condominium two minutes from the court. There is an elevator after a few steps in the entrance.
