Location: 500 m from the fishing village of Terrasini, 1.5 km from the town Chisini, 25 km from Palermo, Palermo airport is 8 km away.
Consists of 17 one and two-story buildings.
208 rooms in total.
Beach: own sandy 20 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.

Hotel is on the beach with free sun beds and umbrellas. The most of rooms are without balcony. The food is delicious and tasteful but too many sweets for the breakfast. The stuff in the dinning area is great and help-full but stuff at the reception has to work a lot on politeness and good behavior. Especially young girls that are working there. Laughing in the face of the guests with rolling eyes is not the way for the guest treatment.There are not shops/supermarket around. The hotel is good choice for families with small kids and for the old people

First of all, I want to describe meals as mouthwaterig and flavoursome! We were couting hours to eat next meal. The view from hotel is incredible but….
In Poland we have the highest standard of hotels in Europe. Rooms in this hotel are really old, destroyed and dirty. If you want to describe your hotel as 4 stars hotel you have to changed that.
On the beggining of our stay in this hotel we had to wait almost 3 hours for our room without bootle of water. Maybe 3 of yours employees can speak english - its not normal situation in XXI century.
I can recommend this hotel only for the view, and Sicilian cuisine.

Positive: Great food, great swimming pool, good organized time for children in the Junior club.
Average: Rooms are average depending on building, but for families with children are not comfortable. The beach is 100-200m walk from the rooms, hotel beach has big stones, so you have to move 50m to the left.
Negative: There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, but also mobile provider's signal is really week in the rooms, so it is night mare to connect to the internet even by using mobile data. There is no service on the beach or on the swimming pool or in the hotel bar, you have to bring your drinks by yourself. Not all staff speaking English.
Summary: Average hotel, 3-4 stars.

We spent a lovely 7 days in Your hotel. I can't find words to describe Your staff.. Everyone was helpful, smiling and there for guests in every moment. Every information and needs we had, Your staff was there for us, starting reception, then restaurant, animators, cleaning staff, everyone! The food was excellent! Animation for all guests was great. We were so pleased to be Your guests and hope we will be again! Kisses from Ljubojević family from Belgrade, Serbia!!

The greatest advantage of this hotel was the food and the service. We have never had the opportunity to taste such excellent food on a vacation before! The rich selection of local dishes and desserts meant there was no need to leave the hotel to experience the regional cuisine.
The rooms were basic but clean, well-maintained, and cleaned daily.
A huge advantage was the private, clean hotel beach with free sun beds and umbrellas.
However, walking around the resort might be challenging for people with disabilities or those using baby strollers due to the large number of stairs.

All the staff (front desk, waitreses, cleaning, animators,..) was very friendly and helpful. The place is amazing as well with great scenes, pool, private beach and other own sport activities. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed the evening shows as well as other events and big thank you to kids club staff! The food was very yummy with quite a variety.
Overall great place for family vacation with the kids.

Comfortable, quiet (most visitors are old people), green, good and big choise of food, nice and big swimming pool ( separate small pool for children), evening program for children (repetitive) and adults involving guests. Near the sea, the beach of white sand, reserved free of charge places for guests.
