Hotel in an old renovated villa, well. Nice garden and swimming pool. Quiet place and relaxing. The rooms are not huge but all in all they are functional. We stayed for only one night (two adults and a 12-year old boy and we found ourselves well. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had asked for a room for 2 nights without prior booking. The very nice, funny and accommodating owner made it possible for us. Clean room with air conditioning, refrigerator and bathroom. Was nothing to complain about. Breakfast could be more extensive, but probably no buffet due to Corona. Sea, supermarket and restaurant nearby. We would come back again.

Everything was right. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Great breakfast and the staff very nice and helpful. We are even allowed to leave our car in the courtyard after checking out to spend a few more hours on the beach. The beach is in the immediate vicinity, in about 10 minutes you can even get to the public beach without additional charges. 👍

Hotel located 10 minutes from the sea on foot, it is not on the main road and the area is very quiet and secluded. Present parking Staff very kind, courteous and helpful. This is a great small hotel, on a quiet street near the sea. We were travelling with a child and a dog - and we loved it! Everyone in the hotel was super nice, as we had a dog they asked us, when it will be comfortable to clean our room not to disturb our dog. Outstanding Service! I have been to many hotels before and I have never been cared for to that extent before. The receptionist, Rita, was an extremely accommodating person that offers help before you ask for it. The housekeeping staff left our rooms elegantly cleaned with out clothes nicely folded or hanged. The hotel has been renovated in the common areas and has a large outdoor lawn equipped with comfortable tables suitably sheltered from the sun. The rooms are a bit small but with a renovated bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. Both environments are very clean. The manager is a very kind and very friendly person, available and does everything to make you feel at ease.

Nice place , spacious , situated on clean beach of Massa

The closeness to the beach is definitely the greatest advantage of this hotel. The room is kinda small. The standard should be a little bit higher for a 3 star venue. The staff has minor problems with communication in English. A large free parking nearby is a good option in case the inside one is full. Generally OK.

Very friendly staff, very very clean ... but 2 stars. Typical Italian breakfast, also here were all endeavors. Thanks for that ... but unfortunately too small rooms, too little space for wardrobe. The worst are the so-called "beds" frame with "mattress" short and narrow only as 2 bed rooms. No double beds! No elevator! The style is very old. Should be thoroughly renovated.

A small gem of a two star hotel 5min from the beach. The room had all facilities you need, and the floor was tiled, which I prefer. The breakfast was above two star worthy, and for the first time in Italy I got a Scandinavian sized cup of coffee when asking for an Americano! 😁 And the waitress understood we were from Scandinavia, and asked if we wanted even a second Large cup!
