A gem of a boutique hotel in the center of town

This place is amazing. Such a great vibe beautiful people and amazing service. I couldn’t imagine better place to stay. Julia was the best and her service and appearance is incredible. She was super professional and kind. I highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous venue and gardens. Outside restaurant provides stunning views and ambience. Staff attentive and polite. Food was well presented as you would expect from a smart hotel (hence a bit pricier than other restaurants we visited) but had more of an "International" feel to it and was short on the Italian authenticity found in some of the other local restaurants.

I give them 3 stars because of the restaurant. The hotel is really nice and front desk very helpful. But watch out with the bill of the restaurant. They tried to add a 45 euro bottle, when we realized, they change it, but they didn’t even say sorry.

The sign for sale at the entrance of the farm and the broken sign immediately created some apprehension confirmed during the two-day stay. I spent 5 days at Poggio dei Papi and I was satisfied. Excellent cuisine. the staff always available to make you feel at home. a quiet place with a beautiful well maintained swimming pool. All very nice. Spotless rooms. Thank you for making me feel at home. I recommend it to all those who want to spend a weekend or a week in those parts

Very very nice. In the center, a nice, warm, clean and comfortable location as well as quiet. It is a nice apartment on the first floor with a shared kitchen and 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Breakfast is brought at 9, very equipped kitchen and owner available. There is no parking but you can find them nearby;)

In a central position, the building has been restructured with absolute respect for the original style. The apartments are also accessible via a convenient lift. A great place to stay and explore the area. The building is well maintained in a very quiet area. Talking a morning walk in the surrounding fields was great. Distance to Orvieto and Perugia made it simple day trips. Above all was the service and the great hospitality.

This was for us an amazing holiday on a super location. The view is fantastic, the meals are outstanding and you're room is always clean and fresh. Even by the pool we had no remarks... Were are certainly coming back to this splendid country house with his perfect staff. Small detail, a car is handy to do some nice trips and you're car is safe on a closed parking in front of the country house...

Agriturismo belissima, great holiday home's with everything you need for a perfect week. The surroundings are beautiful and the town of Cita della Pieve is lovely. Nice restaurants in the area with something for everyone.

We spent a fantastic weekend in this agriturismo. A stunning view, a newly built mansion that blends traditional and modern Umbrian architecture, all complemented by the pool, excellent breakfast freshly prepared for us every morning, overlooking the Umbrian countryside... I absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable and memorable stay in the region.

Beautiful stay in a small corner of peace. Podere in the quiet with a wonderful view of the Umbrian hills. Only three rooms for guests guarantee peace of mind and a restful stay. The rooms are bright and the beautiful furnishings, overlooking the garden. To take care of the guests a master of attentive and friendly host. Experience to be repeated.

I spent one night @the B&B Casa Gaia during my circular Trasimeno walk (laviadeltrasimeno.org) and love it. The B&B is super clean, new, smart, organized and homely. Due to the covid pandemic it's self service breakfast with a vast variety of sweet wrapped products +there were apples and the possibility to make fresh orange/lemon juice. Much appreciated was the presence of a kettle/coffe pods machine...

Unfortunaly you can't book this any more ! Because the owner died a year ago. .. his widow stopt the businnes...and left without leaving a trace... so sad lynn.

Lovely place. We stayed only two days unfortunately, but we will definitely be back. We were super happy with the breakfast and the welcome. Although we had a small unexpected event during the trip, which cost us about half an hour late, the owner was very available to meet us and not to make us feel uncomfortable. Spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. We will definitely be back !!!

Lovely holiday home with very friendly hosts

The welcome you get from Katia is second to none . You are made to feel like part of the family. Location is fantastic with just a 10 minute walk into the lovely town of Citta Della Pieve. Food was very nice too. Nice large room.

Fantastic homemade pastries, beautiful period decoration in our bedroom, ideal location to explore and end enjoy the old town. Tired, but grand gardens . Outstanding staff.

Incredible family-operated inn! The service is wonderful, food delicious. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms! We opted for a couples massage and it was great!

Katia is a wonderful host who really goes the extra mile for her guest! We (couple) had a lovely stay for 6 nights. The breakfast - with freshly baked cakes and pies - was delicious! Città della Pieve is pretty and lively. We had some of the best food here, and it's all within walking distance from the castle.

Fantastic overnight stay. Incredibly friendly hosts and a homely atmosphere throughout all stay. Peace, quiet and amazing cleanliness. Lovely pool and garden area. A good starting point for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. Access very well signposted. The hosts produce their own olive oil, which you can buy.

Everything perfect except for one rather annoying detail .. The water from the showers has a very low pressure and taking a shower becomes a challenge

Restaurant at ground floor is amazing. Not an alternative for eating something without move out of the hotel, but a great choice to enjoy delicious local food. Hotel is clean and silent. They also have private parking lot.
