Excellent location, comfortable room and bed. We were there for 3 nights, enjoyed everything, the restaurant, pool and service.

The location is really good if your plan is to rent a car and explore the surrounding areas of Toscany. It is very near the main motorway (Florence-Rome), which is perfect for going anywhere you like.

Most wonderful hotel and staff! I just left and I can’t wait to come back again! Would give more stars if I could!

Young guys who work hard, kind and polite. Dated structure, but with every comfort. We all have dinner together at 8 pm, simple foods, BASIC menus, but they try to please in case of small variations requested.

We thought it had a private car park, but we had to leave the car full of luggage a bit far away, as it was Saturday the seats were all occupied. I stayed one night in this very charming, little hotel. I had a very nice room with a newly fitted bathroom, all very well maintained, although it’s of course not a new establishment. Owners are very friendly!

This little family run B&B is in a convenient location very near the railway station in Chiusi. The room we stayed in was attractively furnished and comfortable - it had very effective air conditioning which was needed in the hot weather. The bathroom was small but well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended an excellent restaurant.

Very small hotel, we stayed in a spacious room with a balcony. Brand new bathroom with window, very large and super clean. Breakfast with croissants and pastry tart. Friendly and helpful staff. To keep in mind as a stop on our next trips

Very good en pleasant hotel. The people helped us very well to find the best way to get home when we had car troubles. We even could stay a day longer. That was no problem at all. The rooms are nice and clean. Don't expect large rooms. But they are fine.

Beautiful farmhouse near chianciano terme. Large outdoor spaces and beautiful interior spaces. Big rooms. A bath. I was there in winter and the only drawback was the little heating in the house. The very kind lady.

We had a great stay @ Borgo Dolciano. The staff was friendly and the whole property very beautiful and stylish. The breakfast setup in newly renovated barn setup is very nice. Also the garden area, where you can enjoy a romantic dinner under the trees. Kids also loved the pool with an outdoor shower.

Lovely people who made us feel at home for a night. English was limited, but waaaay better than our Italian. Late night check-in was no problem, which is what sealed the deal. A+++ hospitality. Bellissimo!

We ate very well, all freshly prepared and with quality stuff: pici with wild boar sauce, green ravioli with throw and cherry tomatoes…. Yummy! Pecorino melted with lard also deserves a mention. Hotel well cared for, friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant offers typical Tuscan dishes at an excellent quality / price ratio.

Beware of the entrance door - it closes when you get out and if you are lucky when someone next tourist wants to get out of the hotel so you can get in. Otherwise good luck in the evening 😆 With purchased room you can spend the night outside the doormat in front of the hotel. No one sitting in the reception, you can call, knock, kick in the door, shout and cry for help - no one cares! Food a big disaster...

We stayed at this property last September. We had a great time; the managers very helpful and friendly. The lady, who also serves in the dining room, is very attentive to all personal needs and always very kind in every situation. Very good food and excellent wood-fired pizza. Conveniently located just autostrada exit, we arrived late in the evening with no problem. Staffs spoke a bit of English. Room was old, beds weren’t so comfortable, bathroom was clean but in dire need of a renovation. At least the air conditioning worked well. There were no elevator, so we had to carry our luggages to the 2nd floor. Breakfast was a bit better than typical mediocre Italian breakfast...

Great Family experience. The room was larger than any I've had in Italy for the price. Excellent Internet 50gb down 20gb up!!!! Exactly off the Autobahn so quick to drive to and leave from. Parking was in the shade, which is important in the summer. Just it is a little tricky to find the hotel entry. It has two other Hotels surrounding it. We have had the BEST experience here at Carolina and Paulos! The rooms are adorable and the hospitality is top notch! Carolinas breakfasts are something to be desired (we couldn’t wait to get up and eat!!) and the house is incredibly charming! We would definitely come again!
