Advantage is free parking in the garage, even though it's a little bit complicated to find it. Breakfast was very basic, with mostly sweet food, and salami that there were didn't have good taste. Air conditioning in the room is located in the way that it blows directly on the bed. Rooms were clean though.

Rooms were clean and big, more light would have been better. No AC. The top of another building is outside the window depending on the floor you are on so it's possible someone can climb in if you leave ur windows open.

Nice, clean and litle old, but with charm. Good breakfast. A nice and cozy restaurant there you can also order pizzas (it seemed very popular for take away pizza). Signora Margherita is lovely! She's very kind and helpful. She told us about another way to come out from the city avoiding the traffic and it was the best path! It was by the river Elsa and it took us out of the town further to via Francigena.

I do not recommend it at all. There are many other hotels around better than this. The room was not clean, in the breakfast there was nothing except a few croissant and hot water with tea bags.

Very nice and helpfull staff, lovely and clean rooms with plenty space.

Receptionist is very kind and the hotel is located in a great spot, close to the bus. But the bathroom is bad.. the shower leaks water all over the floor. The rooms are dark. It's a bit outdated as well. If the bathroom were working better I would rate this a 4
