I arrived in Colle Val d'Elsa in mid-August, during the peak tourism season. The hotel was full, yet the staff operated with efficiency and professionalism.
I cannot run out of good things to say about this hotel. From its breakfast buffet, with its wide selection of fresh and delicious foods, to the spacious and clean rooms, my biggest compliments nevertheless go towards the staff who truly go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant.
I informed the reception that I had a bus to catch early in the morning. Realising that I had not woken up, two of them knocked on my door to make sure that I was awake and everything was fine.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Grazie mille for the stay!

Has described in many of their ads there are three star hotel so the rooms are very basic the amenities super basic. The breakfast is great. It’s a good place to stay by location. The staff I give them a five star super helpful, super accommodating really eager to please if you need a nice clean place to stay right in the center of townstaff with people who will take care of you make sure you have a good time. This is definitely the hotel to stay enjoyed it.

As a structure I liked it, maybe it would need some tweaks inside the rooms with a few more electrical outlets and in the bathroom I would only recommend a nice and large shower and remove the bathtub. Very helpful and polite staff is easy-going, the hotel restaurant is well-kept here too the staff is helpful and welcoming, excellent home-made food and normal prices. I recommend it. I will gladly return. Fabrizio

This hotel gets extra points for value. It is very affordable and for what I paid it was a great place to shower and sleep. Plus the staff was extra nice.

Advantage is free parking in the garage, even though it's a little bit complicated to find it. Breakfast was very basic, with mostly sweet food, and salami that there were didn't have good taste. Air conditioning in the room is located in the way that it blows directly on the bed. Rooms were clean though.

Rooms were clean and big, more light would have been better. No AC. The top of another building is outside the window depending on the floor you are on so it's possible someone can climb in if you leave ur windows open.

Excellent experience and starting point for visiting Siena San Gimignano Arezzo and other beautiful places. The top is in the kindness of the staff, but also in the cleanliness of the rooms, in the garage under the structure and in the varied breakfast.

Nice hotel built in an old paper mill. The windows overlook Colle Val d'Elsa Vecchia located on the hill. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly and fast staff. Excellent rich breakfast and good products. Good price paid €80 for two with breakfast
