Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room and facilities were spotless. The pool and bar were perfect and the view from the pool was beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful and good options. The town itself is a charming quiet place which I highly recommend. Parking was easy and the hotel location was an easy walk into town, even the older part.

Excellent hotel, excellent customer service, very clean, spacious rooms, best part of this little historic town, and close to all the hot spots in Tuscany and nearby. My experience with them was very positive. A real quality hotel. I highly recommend!

Fantastic stay, friendly and helpful staff. Parked a couple motorbikes for 2 nights and really enjoyed the local areas walking and riding around.

Beautiful hotel at the edge of the old town of Colle di Val d'Elsa. Our room was lovely and very spacious. The bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent with a very large choice of food. The staff were friendly. The hotel is in a good position for sightseeing in Siena, San Gimignano etc. and the countryside is very beautiful.

Every time I stay at Palazzo San Lorenzo I never cease to be amazed by the quality of the welcome and services. From the manager to the cleaning lady, at Palazzo San Lorenzo the staff simply wants the guest to feel better than at home.

It is a beautiful hotel in the lovely old part of the town. Breakfasts were great with a wonderful array of cakes, as well as a full selection of the usual fruits, cereals, cold meats and salad etc

The property is beautiful and in a central location for reaching Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra. The breakfast room ladies were delightful as were the ladies in the Cardinale restaurant. Mina was an extremely affable and polite head waitress whose standard of courtesy is hard to come across in service industries anymore.

Nice place to stay. We had a 2 level room which was nice. The remodeling is excellent and the bathroom area is really excellent. Really liked the live music that was in the courtyard one night during dinner time. The property is gorgeous. Would be nice to have an iron included with all the other nice touches of the room, borrowing from the front desk is a little odd. The only thing that wasn't great...

We had a wonderfull stay at Relais Della Rovere. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was always really friendly and helpful. The domain is beautiful and if they weather is nice, you should definitely enjoy the delicious breakfast outside with an amazing view over Colle Di Val d'Elsa. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are very nice and modern combined with old elements such as wooden roof columns, the pool is very nice and big enough, lots of green tress, you really get the vibes of Tuscany here. Incredible service and beautiful location. We went for our hobeymoon and they made it so special! One night we were tired from travels so passed for room service…the food came beautifully presented. Modern bath and bedroom. Breakfast is also nice with lots of options.

Had a pleasant stay with friends in June. Great location to explore Tuscany. The hotel is very beautiful with large rooms and friendly stuff. It’s 15 minutes from Siena and san giminiano. I also found the old city of Val d Elsa which the hotel is situated great.

A great place to rest both eyes and spirit, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and a perfect base for exploring the surrounding towns and attractions. Very polite staff and a lovely four legged receptionist. Unfortunately (or fortunately), in some rooms mobile phones do not have coverage (first floor above the conference room)

Villa Sabolini is a very nice and chic place for some relaxing time in Chianti. The staff is efficient, polite and always available for any need. The diner by the pool is excellent and very pleasant. I recommend at 100% ! Thank you for everything :)

Exactly what we wanted but didn't know if we could ever experience. This villa has great food, interesting grounds and an interesting variety of rooms. The stay is very picturesque and comfortable. The small village has a church, of course, and very little else in this country side setting.

From the moment we set off from the air port the hotel the staff messaged us to confirm our arrival time and if we needed any directions. My husband was overheard asking for grey goose vodka, Belvedere was available and he was happy to order that. The following night Grey Goose was on the menu! Fantastic Trip, we stayed in the Versace King Suite for our honeymoon, this room was excellent! Fantastic, tentative and engaging staff. Love the fact it is family run. Simply amazing. Beautifully renovated antique palazzo. A modern and silent lift has somehow been incorporated into the building. We stayed in the top floor room with incredible countryside views. Room and bathroom superb. Wonderful breakfast terrace. Excellent buffet breakfast and also freshly cooked eggs, cuts meats etc. prepared to order.

Amazing experience!!!!! The hosts were lovely, took us on a tour of the palace and tower. The room was great and super clean. Breakfast was delicious and fresh ,we spent 3 days there and enjoyed also the village. Hope to come back again.

Advantage is free parking in the garage, even though it's a little bit complicated to find it. Breakfast was very basic, with mostly sweet food, and salami that there were didn't have good taste. Air conditioning in the room is located in the way that it blows directly on the bed. Rooms were clean though.

Rooms were clean and big, more light would have been better. No AC. The top of another building is outside the window depending on the floor you are on so it's possible someone can climb in if you leave ur windows open.

Nice, clean and litle old, but with charm. Good breakfast. A nice and cozy restaurant there you can also order pizzas (it seemed very popular for take away pizza). Signora Margherita is lovely! She's very kind and helpful. She told us about another way to come out from the city avoiding the traffic and it was the best path! Receptionist is very kind and the hotel is located in a great spot, close to the bus. But the bathroom is bad.. the shower leaks water all over the floor. The rooms are dark. It's a bit outdated as well. If the bathroom were working better I would rate this a 4

I thought hotel was lovely, rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable, Mary the lady that served us our food everyday was an breath of fresh air to meet in the morning, couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and helpful, always full of chat, will definitely visit again.

We have stayed in this hotel for a number of visits to Rome over the last few years. We have found the rooms excellent, Service very good and they would go out of their way to help. We would not stay in another hotel in Rome!! Very central and only a 10 mt walk from Termini railway station. 15 mt walk to trevi fountain.

Cute room. Appreciated that there was a fridge and it was stocked with a few items for purchase (wine, beer, juice) little touches such as fabric bags of toiletries was nice too. Communication was easy

Unbelievable experience a high end stay! So clean and the location the best!! Close to the parking as well.... Great value for money!! I don't normally write reviews, but my goodness, do these folks deserve one. They're an elderly Italian couple, always smiling and giggling and laughing and being over the top with hospitality. They were just so sweet. Greeted me at checkin, I was the only one there (January is off season), the house is made of stone so it's super quiet, great to catch up on rest. This is a little pearl in the beautifull landscape of Toscany. Great people, great breakfast and a nice old pelgrims house from the year 1200 that is restored in a beautifull way. A very nice place to be. Restaurant recommended in the near area, also nice Italian food.

We were walking on the Via Francigena and my traveling companions found this renovated 15th century Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by green grass with a swimming pool. Top courtesy and kindness. Good location of the structure. Close to a free car park and the lift which allows easy access to the upper part of the town. Francesca, the owner, is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is fantastic, all based on cakes and biscuits prepared by her. Highly recommended!

We had received a tip from a local to do a wine tasting here, we are very glad we went to La Segolina. We first got a tour of the vineyards, and then the wine tasting started. Delicious wines for a great price. We took a box home. The owner knows what he is talking about and conveys it very nice and professional. Definitely recommend for a fun experience. Magnificent farmhouse, very convenient to reach many Tuscan villages. Very kind owners, delicious and well-stocked breakfast (the homemade cakes are excellent). The infinity pool overlooking the vineyard is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Special mention for Arya, the really sweet dog of the farm.
