Me and my partner stayed here for a week in August 2024. We thought the staff were very nice and the rooms were clean, well maintained and modern. We had a tv, mini fridge, air con and a great shower but no kettle which would have been a big bonus. Breakfast was okay; there were really nice pastries and juice. Bacon and scrambled eggs were sometimes available but they were pre cooked and kept cold...

Good location, new clean rooms, excellent bed size, very good breakfast. One of not many hotel options in Comiso.

Excellent hotel in a modern style, inserted in a rather shabby urban conesto. Very clean room, well-stocked minibar, customizable air conditioning, abundant breakfast, very kind and very professional staff. The only drawback is the bathroom light which, at night, takes a long time to go out. "nice" the shower area with transparent glass towards the bedroom!

Nice, modern and spacious rooms. Too bad for the faulty air conditioning which in Comiso is essential and very poor breakfast. Despite the inconveniences, we were charged a higher price than the booking reservation and added tourist taxes that booking excluded.

Quiet hotel just 5 min walk from town & 10 min drive from airport. Clean & tidy. Owners are very kind & helpful. They serve good Sicilian food + many Sicilian drinks. Free WiFi and of course air-conditioning which is standard here. Low prices. Highly recommended.

The restaurant at Cordial hotel is a first class restaurant. You can have a nice dinner with your friends in an atmosphere really relaxing. The food is very delicious and the waiters are very kind.

Excellent experience, we stayed at the hotel for 3 days and three nights in a double room, in addition to the meticulous cleanliness and courtesy of the staff, the hotel is very in style with the city and the staff are super welcoming and available for every type of need or information on places to visit in the surrounding area. Located close to the center of the small city. Silent.

We stayed in the hotel annex because it was newer than the main building. Our room was on the second floor, which was inconvenient because there's no elevator, although the owner helped us with a large bag. The room was basic but reasonably clean, the bathroom small, and the downside was the shower curtain. It's a convenient location for visiting Vittoria.

The area has one of the best buildings, modern but with architectural respect for its ancient origins, the Michelin star restaurant is an unforgettable experience, the pool is excellent, relaxing like home.

I spent 5 fantastic days in this wonderful place. The hotel has all the amenities you could wish for to spend your days in complete relaxation. The structure is in an optimal position. The service was excellent, the staff were always friendly and helpful, and this is the first establishment to clean rooms between 10am and 12pm rather than 3pm when people are on holiday. Excellent location if you want to visit the Ragusa area. 10 minutes by car to get to the sea. Clean room and comfy bed! Abundant breakfast, also gluten-free (on request). The owner is very nice and helpful.

What can I say ... it seemed like a lost place .... instead .... a quiet oasis, surrounded by greenery, parking space, well cared for and well maintained. Clean, spacious rooms and bathroom, all the comforts ... .Then you will be amazed by the kindness and attention of the two owners..... Cordial, empathetic, very cute!!! It's an amazing hotel, 15-20mins away from Marina di Ragusa. The Hotel is very clean and quiet it's good if you need a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic experience, the host Enzo is a kind and helpful person, the b&b is very clean and comfortable, at first impression it may seem isolated in the open countryside but in fact it is in a perfect logistical position to reach Ragusa Ibla on one side, Marina di Ragusa on the other, without wasting time in traffic. I absolutely recommend going if you have to stay in the area!!

A very well run family business that offers possibilities for bigger events, located on top of a lovely windy hill and offering various possibilities (kids playground and pool). The breakfast was luxurious and the young lady of the house unbelievably helpful. Take a hike at Cava Misericordia nearby, not a single soul and lots of beauty!

Place is cute and clean enough. Food not too varied and not much to write about. Restaurant service lacking but hospitality was super with management bending backwards to satisfy. No tv and no Internet as location is very much in thw middle of nowhere -that might add to the rest.

Welcoming and friendly staff, I was able to check in before the room was ready and leave my luggage in the lobby. When I came back from a walk, my luggage was in my room :) The room itself, spacious comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom. There was even a balcony overlooking a quiet street. For breakfast, the choice is quite complete and it is served at the table and quickly once installed.

I always wanted to visit Sicily and it couldn't be any better. This hotel was as much lovely as Ragusa itself. The employees as a non Italian speaker were very helpful and understandable. My expectations have been well satysfied. Good job everyone!

A ‘modern. City hotel masquerading as 4-star, while really about 3 (if I was generous) Only 1 lift. So access can be problematic at times. The room we were in was huge. However, it was poorly equipped and maintained. The shower would have been lovely if only the shower head had been cleaned sometime in the last year, and the nasty laminate flooring was uneven and cracked in places, causing a trip hazard...

Nice environment and spacious room. However, customers should be given detailed information about the city tax and mini bar. In some other places the mini fridge is stocked for customers convenience. We stayed here 2 nights while traveling with a tour group. It is a lovely hotel and we had a very large room - although others did not. The bathtub is very high and hard to get in and out of for short people like myself and there are no hand rails. It is close to the local bars and restaurants and in a very nice area. First thing to realize 4 stars in Sicily is different than 4 stars in the US. With that We were in a superior accomodation. The room was HUGE, Clean and bed was very conmfortable. Great building great staff no expense spared a must stay if in Ragusa or around. Down side shower door in Pesca needs attention and a door person should be in attendance in a 5star hotel. Having said that price is of a 4star so I should not complain. Well done team 1619.

I stayed at Villa del Lauro for 3 nights in Aug, 2014. I was on my own but had such a wonderful experience there if felt like I had friends with me. It is really long long long way to get to the reception. It maybe makes you tired with suitcases although the stay was great. The room I stayed had many ants and sometimes these reached my shoes. But they have clean service, kind reception, and free tea/coffee!

Wonderful hotel that hails back to the golden age of travel. This family run hotel has impeccable staff who provide a marvellous experience in this unique historical area. Next door is an upmarket restaurant oozing in style and 10 metres away is a perfect little bistro with a fantastic selection of wines and a few snacks.

Excellent hotel the rooms and facilities are extraordinary beautiful, you feel steeped in history. The host is very very friendly and welcoming. This is obviously an old Palazzo turned into a hotel and not a purpose built new hotel. It has charm and history and old-fashioned service. There is a nice little cafe serving traditional breakfast. If you are after a Hilton type hotel it's not for you. But if you are curious to learn about the city, it's history and the family Palazzo history then it's excellent.

We had a room in the annex which was 30 second walk from the main hotel building but was very peaceful and a lovely room. Hotel staff were fabulous and extremely helpful. The breakfast was very relaxed and takes place in / outside the in-house cafe. Hotel offered reasonably priced valet parking which given the tight roads, tricky parking situation and confusing one way systems I would recommend!

We’ve stayed here before and it was good , this stay the only downfall was the cleaners would begin ( I won’t say early ) cleaning and be making lots of noise moving furniture around , we were on first floor so top floor I would imagine wouldn’t hear them. Otherwise hotel is very good , clean and very walkable, gps may play tricks getting you there .

For the price, this hotel is excellent. It was clean, the bed was great, the staff cannot do enough for you. I loved my stay here and am booking another one next year. You cannot beat the location. It isn't five star, and they don't pretend to be. There is character aplenty here, despite some needed renovations. Ordinary breakfast, but so close to all the gelato in brioche you could ever wish for...

My friend and I stayed while in Scoglitti for a wedding. Our rooms met all of our needs and we enjoyed the view of the Mediterranean from our balcony. The breakfast daily was very nice as was the attendant. All of the desk staff were very accommodating. A nice stay!

I have stayed here many times, recently they’ve done a little refurbishment to the bathrooms, great news. I love this little hotel located on the beach in Scoglitti. Perfect location, right on the beach. Clean room & comfy bed. Reception is super friendly ❤️ Their are different sized rooms so specify if you have a lot of luggage. My room was perfect for one and I love the extra large shower.

Wonderful place, amazing staff. We stayed here with our two young kids and it was a great experience. We stayed in multiple units, each one of them well equipped and with a view. Raffaela and I spoke even before our visit and she made sure our son and we were comfortable with the sleeping situation when he slept downstairs in varacuzze for a few days. Stephania and her breakfast cakes were delightful...

This was our second visit to La Scibina. It is a little slice of heaven. The staff makes you feel very welcome. Breakfast changes daily and is a minefield of cakes and traditional Sicilian dishes. The gardens with pool and lounge area makes you want to stay and never leave. In the end we did leave, but we will surely come back some day.

A wonderful place, near the center but surrounded by nature, a great pool, really nice style of the rooms and in the garden you can collect spices, herbs and fruit from the trees, exciting! The breakfast (not recommended for those on a diet :-) buffet is served in the old vault. Run by young boys like being in a big family!

I had originally booked to stay three nights but left after one. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, as others have said in their reviews, and the location is great. The bathroom itself was clean, but I could smell mold/mildew coming from the vents and could see like buildup on the tiles on the floor around the sink.
