I always wanted to visit Sicily and it couldn't be any better. This hotel was as much lovely as Ragusa itself. The employees as a non Italian speaker were very helpful and understandable. My expectations have been well satysfied. Good job everyone!

A ‘modern. City hotel masquerading as 4-star, while really about 3 (if I was generous) Only 1 lift. So access can be problematic at times. The room we were in was huge. However, it was poorly equipped and maintained. The shower would have been lovely if only the shower head had been cleaned sometime in the last year, and the nasty laminate flooring was uneven and cracked in places, causing a trip hazard...

Nice environment and spacious room. However, customers should be given detailed information about the city tax and mini bar. In some other places the mini fridge is stocked for customers convenience. Let them know the extra payments that may accrue at the beginning of the contract. Above all, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We stayed here 2 nights while traveling with a tour group. It is a lovely hotel and we had a very large room - although others did not. The bathtub is very high and hard to get in and out of for short people like myself and there are no hand rails. It is close to the local bars and restaurants and in a very nice area. The breakfast was very good. However, when going to pay my mini bar tab with Euros...

The minute I went into my room you could smell the mould. The bathroom needs either a deep clean or a total Reno, Carpets in the hallways were faded and buckled - major trip hazard. Although the reception area looked nice that didn’t flow through to the rooms. Service in the restaurant was abysmal - 2 hrs to put together a plate of cold meat & cheese, did not appear to have enough staff in the kitchen...

Large hotel with spacious outdoor pool, nice indoor bar, lounge and restaurant. Rooms clean and comfortable, many with balconies. Traveled with tour group and staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Dining spaces and options well planned.Short walk to waterfront with other restaurants

Very basic services. Rooms are ok, breakfast is in an upleasant echoing space. The selection is very limited except for sweets In between and for lunch you have to move to other places because there is no offer. Most of the staff is unfriendly

Close to Ragusa, parking, pool, resort style hotel

We had this as one of our stops for 2 nights. Lovely hotel. Very clean and quiet. No traffic sounds and very peaceful. Good breakfast and nice staff. Room was well organized and clean nice decor. Would recommend it to anybody who wants time away from hurly burly. We didn't have time to experience the pool or spa unfortunately.

It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first since we were driving and were trying to avoid the ZTL zones. But once we did the front desk service was great. Location of this property was perfect. We stayed here for 2 nights because we did day trips to Siracusa/Ortgia, Noto, Modica, Marzamemi. The area of Ragusa Ibla is an authentic Italian village with the beautiful piazzas many choices for dinner and gelato. Just walking in and out of the narrow streets felt like a dream. We enjoyed our evenings in Ragusa Ibla and look forward to returning.

Easy parking, convenient to access city, great shower, great bed, great gardens, great breakfast. Very eco conscious, so when you leave the room, everything powers off but air conditioning comes on strong upon start up. May wish to ask for spare key to charge your stuff when you leave but not a big deal. Super place to stay. Ragusa is also really interesting spot.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillow. Since the building is stony, the accoustics are very loud, so don't go here if you want to spent time in your room and want some silence; you hear all the staff (rattling cleaning vehicle ), guests arriving/leaving untill night, and noises from the cooking classes. We originally booked two nights at this hotel however we didnt like our early hotel / destination too much so added another night and so glad we did. Check in was easy and they also upgraded our room for us. Room was good, ended up being large with comfortable bed. Bathroom was good however bath products could have been a bit better. The house is very beautiful and the gardens amazing. Staff is very attentive and polite. The room was small, specially the bathroom. There was really no big space to store the clothes. The swimming pool water was very cold. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star luxury due to the rooms and bathroom being so small. Breakfast has plenty of choice but overall was a great experience.

This is an ancient building from 1500s in a farming area. Yes beautifully restored by the owner - if you go insist he gives you a tour! Restaurant is excellent but avoid the special pork chops( does not work) whereas the pasta and beef dishes are very succulent. Wine prices are way below average for quality. A key point for physically impaired travellers - check access and room configurations in advance

We stayed here 2 nights on a Sicily tour. We had a wonderful room - well a suite actually, with a truly unique (modernized) bathroom and a small terrace with a table outside. I should mention that other members of the tour group reported small rooms, so there might be some variability. An amazing and unique property; our HUGE room was built in 1536, and was fantastic. Beautifully laid out, great food options and with one exception superb, attentive service. We had massages which were very good, and during our stay didn't leave the property. It's a short drive to Ragusa, which we didn't find that compelling. I was in the Eremo for shooting pictures for a book "hidden gems in Italy". And indeed, this is a real gem. The combination of history and luxury is tasteful without being sterile. Lovely memories of this place. And the staff, people to remember for many years.

Comfortable hotel It was a good stay in a historical town. Only thing was the room I was given had a double bed that was made up of 2 single beds so I couldn’t sleep in the middle as I was by myself. Staff were really helpful n friendly. There was also a pretty good restaurant in the hotel which has won many Michelin gourmand for many years.

It’s nicer than the pictures are conveying. Front desk staff was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. On-site restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and charming staff. The best beds of the trip. Elegantly appointed and well maintained. It is a converted palazzo so the layout was a bit strange. Each of our rooms included two king beds in two generously sized rooms…one medium firm and one firm. But only one chair. There were benches too so plenty of room. The hotel is located within walking distance of Ibla. It's also within walking distance of the bus terminal, which recently moved from Zama Street to Scalo Merci behind the station. We are very delighted with our stay at Finestre Su Ibla. The room and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony is stunning and we were lucky enough to be able to see the spectacle of the San Giorgio celebration from there. Great experience overall in this hotel. The location is ideal: both the old town of Ragusa Ibla, and the monuments in Ragusa Superiore are walking distance. Very helpful staff. Nice location, overlooking Ragusa Ibla and just a few minutes away from Santa Maria alla Scalla, where the walk for seeing all the main attractions start. The rooms are modern and clean, with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast is OK.

A warm and friendly welcome from Enrico greeted us on arrival. Our apartment and the complex is newly renovated (although pool was nt yet ready). The apartment was fab with a lovely private terrace and breakfast was superb (homemade fig cake was a stand out). Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful structure in Ragusa. We stayed for three nights, a family atmosphere thanks to Mrs. Antonietta who puts guests at ease. Excellent and plentiful breakfast... all homemade. The only flaw but it doesn't depend on the management and the location is not very easy to find. Be careful, navigators in this area are not reliable.

What a great location to enjoy Ragusa. Everything in the old town is easily walkable from the B&B. We parked our car at Area di parcheggio Giardino Ibleo (pay station) which is a short 5 minute walk from the B&B. Easy walk even with luggage. The breakfast each morning was very good. Great stay at his wonderful hotel that was in a great location. We had a small issue when we checked in that our showerhead was broken, but as soon as I mentioned it to Giuseppe at the front desk it was fixed the same day. Stayed here two nights in March. All the rooms are quite different and spread across the city. We had a small room in an old castle near the restaurant and near the breakfast area. Plan to hike many steps and uneven areas. We loved the old city charm. Choose your room option carefully to match your needs. Staff were terrific and the associated restaurant was fantastic. I would return.

Simply perfect. Very kind and helpful owners. Clean, tidy and cared for. We were lucky enough to sleep in the attic with exposed beams and a sweet mini terrace on the roof. Very nice and clean apartment. Pepe welcomed us warmly, we came by bike and he invited us to stall them in his (personal) garage. Awesome breakfast with home made pie, jam and Nutella bread. Also he recommended us some places to eat, and it was amazing. 25 min walking from the old ragusa, for us this was no problem, the B&B is located in a quiet very typical street.
