Hotel top. Swimming pool outside with salt water fantastic. Inside pool a bit cold. Spa area amazing. Food was really delicious. Buffet with starters a bit basic. Top as well afternoon snack after skiing. Personal very friendly, Mr.Tevini was personally passing around to check if all is ok. The only thing that hotel wasn't able to manage was constantly 25 degree in the room during the night. Anyway...

This lovely hotel in the Val di Sole area met almost all my expectations. The food for me is Michelin star level. How the hotel accommodates / adjusts the diner for children is never seen before to me. The inside and outside pool are just as great. I give a 5-star rating to this hotel. There wasn't the AC in my room and at night was very hot inside and I had troubles sleeping because of it. The Finnish sauna was broken (60°C instead of 85) so considering this there were just the bio sauna and the Turkish bath. Brilliant place! Beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent food with lots of local products to try, some really nice wines to choose from, very friendly staff and the fantastic proximity of the cable car to top it all off. We will surely consider returning to Monroc for another winter holiday.

Great location for skiing enthusiasts, literally next door to the Daolasa gondola car. Very modern, clean and attractive in pure design terms. Great food and attentive service. The only drawback is small common areas. Apart from the restaurant, the remaining areas (in practice just the bar...) are small and not particularly attractive.

2 nights stay while travelling through Europe. Brand new hotel. Everything is immaculate. Breakfast very good, don't just accept the buffet they will prepare eggs anyway for you. The only fault I have is that the table you are given in the dining room is the table you are to use all stay. We went to sit at the window but that wasn't our table !!! Warm welcome in the Hotel. Room was big, clean and cosy. Slept very well, comfortable mattress. Rich breakfast, could have more dark bread, lots of cakes. We upgraded to half pension, dinner is the price more than worth. Large and great spa area. Big room for store Bike/Ski, table for maintenance available. Could be improved with a Bike-Stand and tools. Just a perfect stay, thank you!

Amazing hotel with incredible views in the middle of the ski slopes! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They are very child friendly. The wellness center even has a kids area. And the adult section has the best view for a sauna I've ever witnessed. An ideal place for a ski holiday with young kids, as it's right on the slopes. Orso Bruno is a mountaintop lodge on Monte Vigo in the middle of the Dolomites. It’s only accessible via a cable car from Commezzadura (the ride only takes a few minutes). You leave your car overnight in the parking lot at the bottom. Best pizza I’ve ever eaten on a ski slope! Quick service, nice views both from inside&outside. Not many lunch offers except pizza, but you’re in Italy so try and eat pizza!

I've spent the week before Christmas by myself at the Rifugio Orso Bruno and I looove it! It's the perfect place where to stay if you love skiing all day long and as a plus you will have a sauna and jacuzzi overlooking the sunset!!! I will be back always

Easy going place, perfect to eat or drink something during your skiing day. The pizzas are great, simple and honest ingredients baked in a wood oven. There is also plenty of place and the service is fast. Minor points of improvements are the number of toilets and the wear and tear on the furniture.

Just came back from a pleasant skiing trip. The facilities were clean and tidy, staff helpful. The 'play area' for children above the hotel bar, is a great space for children to unwind. Quick walk to the main ski lift up to the slopes, and they recommended a reasonable ski hire place. We were in a large group and had set menus for dinner. TAILOR-MADE HOLIDAY! Beautiful structure, particularly devoted to families. Fantastic location, right in the heart of the Val di Sole. You can easily walk to restaurants, bike rental, rafting center, adventure park, cycle path and cable car. Particular mention to the family management: all very cordial and extremely available. I think newly renovated rooms nice and clean hearty breakfast! Fortunately the navigator takes you up to a few meters from the place but the streets to get there are really narrow. All in all it is very good, recommended

Absolutly amazing place. Landlords were very orginsed, helpful. place is clean, apartments big and cosy. in the village there isn't sufficient infrastructure as restaurants, phns Tec, but it's close to all ski resorts. there is a spar shop, couple good restaurants I really recommend and will come back.

I would recommend to include in price some house basic supplies like toilet paper, dish washer detergent, dish washing liquid etc. It's inconvenient to spend time on shopping when you arrived for couple of days. For skiers: 15 min walk to skiarena lift station. No ski bus. Perfect option would be to store equipment in lift station but I didn't check if possible.

Very nice place with fully equiped kitchen and a very helpful owner. We spent there 2 nights there while rock climbing. Big room for cooking, eating and evening gathering. All was great.

Simple place but full of warmth, nice decor, near the departure of the Daolasa cable car and many summer and winter attractions!

For those who love nature and skiing, it is near the start of the Daolasa cable car. It is 300 meters from the Trento-Marilleva train stop.
