A wonderful place - much more than we expected based on information available on the web. Very nice and well-maintained building, extremely friendly and helpful staff (in fact most of them are members of the family), superb food and wine, and very reasonable price. Exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless and modern.indoor Pool, and spa perfect. Family Rosatti and staff very thoughtful, went out of their way to satisfy all our needs. Cosy hotel with lots of facilities. Particularly child-friendly. Everything is spotless. Courteous, friendly service. Delicious meals. A cosy bar and lounge. Free use of local public transport based on a Guest Card provided by the hotel (regional train, ski buses) is a definite plus. We had a very pleasant winter holiday there.

Good location, but the appartment is very poorly equipped (even some basic stuff in the kitchen are missing). Everything could be more clean, especially the covers on the bed and sofa are visibly dirty! The walls are pretty thin so if you expect your peace and quiet, don't go there.

Great location, next to the slopes. The heated ski storage is nice too, always warm ski shoes in the morning. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. We stayed in the 7 pers appartement, it had 2 spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, the beds and sleeping couches were fine. Kitchen was however very small with limited utensils, this would be the only point of improvement.

Dispite the decoure not being to my personal taste, for the price it's great. Its a short walk from the ski resort, the facilities are standard but clean and in maintained condition, the food and meal service was good and there is a large amount of communal areas to relax and socialise.

The staff is the highlight of this hotel set beautifully in the nature of the mountains. A cozy hotel that could use a little updating, but the positive happy spirit of the staff, good food and comfortable beds made for a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely visit again.

The hotel rooms rooms are dated somewhat and small in size. But these small defects are more than compensated by the excellent staff and great service that is offered. From the Sauna to the restaurant to the reception, to the fantastic driver taking us to the ski lift every morning, the entire staff is at your service to offer the most comfortable experience. Will be returning for sure!

I wouldn't recommend it to large groups due to the lack of an appropriate personnel for this kind of clients. An excellent hotel well run with helpfull staff who respond to your needs. The pool complex is a great place to visit after skiing the steam room and sauna just helps with those tired limbs. Do use the bar as the bar man is a lover of his job and has plenty of banter to make you fell welcome.

I went with school, i think they could do something about what they surve at dinner because not many of us ate for a bit of the week. They had great setvice but one night it took us about 20 mins to get our food. The social area was great fun.

Great location for skiing enthusiasts, literally next door to the Daolasa gondola car. Very modern, clean and attractive in pure design terms. Great food and attentive service. The only drawback is small common areas. Apart from the restaurant, the remaining areas (in practice just the bar...) are small and not particularly attractive.

We had a really nice stay here during the winter holidays. The localization is great, hotel is clean and good. The food was really delicious. The swimming pool is small but this wasn't an issue. The service was amazing, lovely and kind people. I hope I will be back soon.

Stayed for one night only, the price was better than the previous hotel I had booked and the location was much better, but not perfect for our trip. But a 1 night stay in peak Xmas week isnt easy to find.

Once again, I spent a very nice winter vacation at the Alaska Hotel. Very good cuisine, nice service. Functional ski room, clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and functional, cleaned every day.

If I could, I would give it 6 stars ... Perfect and recently renovated rooms, extreme kindness of the family consisting of Mara, brother also cook, companion of Mara cook, elderly parents. Excellent cuisine and an exceptional attention and availability and skill in making almost ALL the dishes on the menu in a gluten-free version, even special pastas, canederli, sacher, strangolapreti, gnocchi ......

We stayed at this hotel for the first time this year and the holiday week was very positive. The hotel managers and staff are always professional, helpful and smiling. Hotel is small sized, located just a few meters from slope (easy one) and has cozy atmosphere (which is all great for us). Tidy and spacious rooms, well maintained and kept clean. Although the wellness centre is not that big, it has everything you need to regenerate after skiing. Staff is very helpful, especially Mara who was so kind and welcoming for us! Food is all ok, maybe would be even better...
