Beautiful location with fantastic views of the Alps. The family who owns it are amazing—kind, helpful, flexible and thoughtful. I would highly recommend a stay here. The outdoor patio is lovely space to have a beer, wine or mojito, which is expertly made by Eneo.

Incredible hosts! I cannot say enough about the hospitality at the Astoria. We were there as part of our TMB tour and it was simply the best on the tour up to that point. I experienced an unfortunate injury and the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. It was a Saturday and no local clinics were open, so they found a doctor who came to my room. They loaned me crutches so I could get around...

I stayed in this hotel for one night and had a fabulous welcome. The bedroom was nice and big, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were not overheated which was a real plus. Great breakfast buffet and really lovely staff who made me feel very welcome.

Rooms are a bit dated but very clean. A lot of noise from the roadway that you notice if the windows are kept open. It is a family run hotel and they are very nice and accommodating. Enjo (who is the young man that is there all the time) is absolutely WONDERFUL. Helpful in every aspect. Nice outdoor area where you can enjoy a beverage. Bus stop is close by.

Had a weeks stay here with friends while skiing / boarding , nice comfortable rooms , lovely staff , food in the restaurant was great e we it’s good choice every night and lots of it ! Very handy shuttle service to and from the slopes every half hour , Would certainly go back !

A lovely hotel very close to the tunnel & Skyway! A lovely stopover for a couple of nights. The hotel was perfect in terms of location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was delicious! Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent central location. Very nice staff. However this hotel is more basic than I could have even imagined. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything. So constantly woken in the night with doors slamming and guests talking. Woken from unbearably uncomfortable beds with pillows which are probably less comfortable than my hard suitcase. The Hotel Centrale is located exactly as it is named. It is in the very center of Courmayeur, close to the major bus stop, restaurants, the main shopping street, and - it was important to us - to the Tour du Mont Blanc trail. Breakfast was great. The staff were so helpful and very nice. The room was as described and the common areas were lovely - the staff will make you a coffee or tea after the day of skiing so great to enjoy this in front of the fire!

So thankful to have come across this after a marathon day (literally) on the Tour du MB. The reception, the treatment during our stay, the breakfast, the gelato. Beautiful property and setting.

Comfortable room with breathtaking views of the mountains from our balcony.  The staff were friendly and the room was clean.  The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

We had a lovely ski holiday, staying here. The staff were lovely, the breakfast is fantastic. The room (46) was good the only thing I would have liked is a kettle for making tea but this might not be common it Italy....

The property is quite original, as it looks like it was made in the rock. Rooms are modest but confortable and personnel makes everything possible to make you feel comfortable. Hotel Dolonne was the perfect spot for us to get some rest during our TMB hike. The service was exceptional, and the gal at the front desk was very kind and personable. Just back from a one week stay at this quirky 15th century hotel. This is a great accomodation if you'd like to visit Skyway Montebianco. It's 15mins walk away from the cable car. There are also bus stops if you wish to go around Courmayeur. This is a very simple hotel. Rooms are small and unequipped, breakfast is minimal, lobby is small and there isn't much to do there. The decorations on the wall include stuffed animals and as it looked, other parts and statues of animals. Booked this hotel as a last minute ski deal with Crystal ski. It’s a family run old fashioned hotel with the welcome and service you’d expect if you were their family. Amazing hospitality in a spectacular location. We could see Mt. Blanc from our balcony, and at night the stars came out over the mountains. There are several great hikes available from the doorstep, and the restaurant next door - La Clotze - comes highly recommended. I really hope come back to this magical place not too long from now.

Owner of this hotel is very kind. Room is clean, circumstance of hotel are very nice. We will be able to see Mt Blank and Grand Jory’s etc. Bit far from town, but restaurant etc are very near. We can go there on foot. One of the nice restaurant is five minutes on foot.

A wonderful spring stay at Shatush Mont Blanc. Breathtaking view of Mont Blanc right from the room, cozy accommodations, attentive staff, and excellent cuisine. The Skyway cable car is just a short walk away — perfect for mountain walks or reaching the summit. An ideal place to relax in the Alps. I’ll definitely be back!

I love a club, but this one is painfully loud, and the drink token system is inefficient and slow. Saw 2 DJs on 2 nights, one was very good, one was just OK

Modest facilities. Booked an evening meal with the hotel on line, but discovered that it was not open that evening. Recommended local restaurant within 8 mins walk was excellent. Breakfast mean - no fresh rolls and little choice. Guess we were out of season! Word of warning: depending on your direction of travel to this hotel, Mont Blanc Tunnel is completely closed from 2 September-16 December...

The place hasn’t been open for very long and is an absolute gem if you’re looking to stay somewhere with easy access to both the Courmayeur ski area and the Helbronner lift. Both within spitting distance. It is a bit removed from the Courmayeur village itself but fret not, the restaurant and bar are stellar with an ambitious Sicilian chef running the kitchen. Highly recommended.

I don't eat breakfast but the coffee was good. It looked like there was a good selection of hot and cold if you wanted it.

The music it's really nice but I don't like the fact you are not transparent about the prices when is apre-ski. The menu is showing a price but you end up paying more. "The prices may vary". This is the only hint. 2€ for 0.5L of water in the menu At Apre-ski you receive 0.4L for 4€.

Among the places to stop at the lower part of the resort this is one of the best. Many types of food, many places to sit and youmg & refreshing music by the DJ all day long. We used the site only for short stops but there is a possibility to stay for one night or more... We haven't try that...

The location is overall phenomenal. If you have a choice, get a room facing Monte Bianco (NW or NE). Dinner was very good, with exceptionally attentive and helpful staff. We had a traditional polenta dish, grilled trout, and opted for the house white wine, which we found significantly better than expected. The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was okay.

Delicious food and great selection of wine. I have known the place since I was little, same family owning the restaurant/hotel for years and it's never been disappointing. In summertime is great to eat outside, in the trees.

Excellent restaurant ! We had dinner - 2 families with 2 kids. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Food was exquisite! We had pasta and meat. Meat was very tender. They also agreed to prepare pasta for the kids (that was not in the menu). The "castagne con gelato" are delicious. We marked it as a "place to return to". We highly recommend.
