The charming Alpine style hotel is located right at the foot of the mountains and in the step of the lift. It offers comfortable rooms, studios and apartments with kitchen facilities and a warm welcome.
Built: 1969
Location: 3 km from the center of Courmayeur, to the airports: Milano - 210 km, Turin 150 km, Bergamo - 260 km, 60 km from the ski lift.
Consists of a 4 storey building.
Just 22 rooms.

Very clean, calm hotel, where you can take a rest.
Very friendly staff, available whenever you need.
The hotel pays great attention to Covid restrictions, you can feel safe here.
Delicious breakfast is a great benefit.
Every day Ms Ania proposed special local dishes, explaining details of the local cuisine.
Each time new tastes. Ms Ania had attention to the details and very professional service. Breakfast celebration here is a pleasure.
Close to the hotel there are some good restaurants and bus stop - convenient connection with center of Courmayeur.

Highly recommend the place.
I went there for a breakfast and it was absolutely astonishing !!!!
I had a marvelous experience. The waitress was super caring and very eager to help me navigate through all the delicious cakes and biscuits that were available that morning.
Only to name a few of the many I tried, Sacher tort, pine biscuit, violet meringue,… they were all freshly baked and super tasty. Hats off to the chef in charge of the breakfast you are a magician !
Will definitely come back soon but need to burn some calories before ;-)))))

Was very pleased with my one night stay. Comfortable bed and very quiet, even though road to the tunnel not far away. Was booked with this in mind and wasn't disappointed. Would definitely stay again and book more than one night, to see more in the area. 😁👍🏻

Me and my family stayed here for 4 nights and we have only positive things to say.
- Great service from the owners and staff.
- Amazing breakfast with homemade cookies and cakes. Also bread, egg and bacon,cheese and yoghurt. And great service from the staff giving information on all the different cakes :)
- they made sure we had shuttle to the ski rental and the ski area, without extra cost.
- Clean and cozy rooms with a great view
- They have a bar
- Nice restaurants in the area
And not too expensive with all this included.
