We spent a simply wonderful week. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with our every need. The location is excellent for exploring the city. Just steps from the main attractions, yet in a quiet area. Breakfast, as well as the other meals, deserve an honorable mention. Incredible hotel with sea front location, wonderful roof top bar with views and great swimming pool. The staff were amazing, and when I arrived I was greeted at reception with such a warm welcome from a lovely receptionist/front of house lady called Alicia. Efficient and overall good hotel. Four stars seems too much to me, but it's still not bad: quite large rooms with a nice view, good quality of sleep: service not like a big hotel but pleasant; sufficient breakfast. Adequate price

It's a 3 tending to 3.5. Overall not bad. Comfortable rooms especially the bed. Location not bad. He loses a lot for breakfast. Bread that has been left for several days is best avoided. However acceptable. Fixtures are not good, you can hear noises from the street.

As a start to the holiday we went well. They told us that Calabria would appear... unassuming. But as a first approach, it was really positive. Nice room, clean, quality food service. rich breakfast. It's a shame to have had a tight schedule of archaeovisits...

Noteworthy hotel. Just outside the traffic of Crotone's seafront but close to the beaches and therefore on the sea. Cozy and clean rooms. Breakfast good but can be improved. Very helpful and kind staff. Overall, positive rating.

The generosity of spirit of the owner, Fortunella, who took care of all my needs. I arrived late and she showed me to an excellent restaurant, telling the proprietor to look after me (!) and recommended a fabulous bar (for breakfast). I feel privileged to have stayed at Concordia and will return there when I am next in Crotone for work.

I have been a regular guest for several years now with a certain frequency at the Concordia hotel and I have always had a great time. The staff is courteous and helpful, the bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning, the reception room is equipped with a PC that customers can use and there is an efficient Wi-Fi service. Amazing. As a British man I was the only foreigner in this resort with my Italian partner. How incredible, the private beach was exceptional and only a short walk or free transfer down from the hilltop resort. The activity coordinators were full of energy and enthusiasm every day regardless of the time! I wish I had their energy. We took part in the beach aquafit, games, tennis, volleyball and football...

Before we left we had read the reviews and we were scared about the kitchen. I have to say we had a great time. All the staff very kind, the waiters young but with a great desire to work. Beautiful structure shame about the disorganization of the reception where it took us 4 hours to check in, the guys who laugh and joke with each other making all the customers who have to enter the structure wait. Rude bar staff. Dirty, dusty rooms. And despite having paid a surcharge of 40 euros per week for the rent of the child's high chair, I have always found it dirty, perhaps it was too expensive...

I cannot understand the negative reviews. First I must say that there is an excellent quality / price ratio. We stayed in this village the last week of the summer season and although they were closing we used all the services. The animation boys were few, but they carried out all the activities and cheered us every evening with a different show, also involving the public, without ever being intrusive...

We chose this residence for our holiday. It was the first time but it certainly won't be the last. It is an enchanting place overlooking the sea where you can let yourself be fascinated by spectacular sunsets. The rooms were clean and with all the comforts. The staff is always friendly and helpful not to mention Marina who is an exquisite person, always ready to manage every need in the best possible...

We stayed in three separate apartments. The staff were always very helpful. There is no market inside but the restaurant / bar has very low prices and excellent quality. We forgot that the sheets were missing but with little price we were able to rent them. Very beautiful sunsets

We spent two weeks in this residence and we enjoyed it. When we arrived, the village had just reopened for the new season and not all services were already available; however we did not suffer from the "shortcomings", on the contrary, we enjoyed a truly peaceful period, always finding kindness and collaboration. The location of this property is truly fabulous.

Clean and modern facility. Excellent location with beautiful sea view. Spacious room with a comfortable bathroom. The owners, Francesco and Federica, will make you feel at home and are attentive to your requests. Definitely not recommended for those with walking problems. We will be back.

The restaurant and food quality is higher than everything else at this resort. But the rooms where overly perfumed as if to cover problems with smells from the sewer or other problems with humidity. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious but not windows in either bedroom or bathroom. The seawater quality is questionable. No fish which is never a good sign. The alternative is the pool which is...

It offers you a very authentic, calabrian experience. Every thing is fine and the staff is very nice and friendly, but the facility is not 5 star. There are a lot of unfinish or not well build things around the resort. Very nice Resort, but not 5 star.

Great experience, wonderful, lively, with a space for free car parking space and space for event in all weather conditions. Plus a restaurant with fresh foods that are delicious and enjoyable plus clubbing stage.and many more infact you need to experience it yourself. Remember they have extra hotels you can go for just in case you don't like noise area that is happening there because of marriage ceremonies...

Great evening in a friendly atmosphere. The deck is beside the pool. We had good diner with seafood and pizza. I do recommend this place. And thanks to the staff so nice as usual.

Small family hotel about 600 meters from the beach. The food was cooked for a large party and service was a bit slow. Some dishes were overcooked.

Everyone was very kind to me and made me feel like I was at home. It is a very classy hotel with a beautiful restaurant close to the famous Le Castelle. I will go back every time I have a chance.

Cozy hotel. Located a few steps from the Aragonese Castle. Excellent quality of the dishes served at both lunch and dinner with a wide choice of menu. Very good pizza. The service staff and waiters are kind enough, too bad we can't say the same about the cleanliness of the rooms, which leaves a lot to be desired, the mattresses are very hard and the bathrooms too old, small and with rusty taps.
