I've been there twice and have had a great time so far! The room is nice in its simplicity, clean, with excellent air conditioning. My room was called "Lavanda" and has a large veranda with a table and a view. It is perfect for dinner in the evening. Very helpful owner.

B&B Le Terrazze (Crotone). Highly recommended !! The owner is very kind and helpful. Clean and well-kept rooms. Abundant breakfast. Located in the center with a beautiful view and services all very close. If I were to return to Crotone, I would have no doubt to book at Le Terrazze.
Location very welcoming not to mention the fantastic view that can be enjoyed on the terrace set up with gazebos and wicker armchairs with sofas. Then "first and foremost" the welcome from "Mr." of Mr. Vincenzo, a genuine and professional person. I strongly recommend it.
Rooms are fairly adequate, elevator is an antique suitable for two people. View from the top provides a nice vista of the city. Breakfast is acceptable but nothing to write home about, coffee is from automated machine and tastes terrible. If I return to Crotone I will look for other location.

The location of the property was ideal for proximity to shops and eateries. Very walkable. It’s was very hot when we were there so the air conditioning in the room was very welcoming when returning from the day out.

The location of the property is excellent, the only sea view terrace on the bay with a spectacular sea together with Alexa's music in the background is worth the price of the stay! In addition to this, the apartment made available to make us more comfortable had every comfort, fantastic cakes prepared by the skilled hands of the mother of Francesco the owner, the latter a perfect host does his utmost...

I wish i could give this place 15 out of 10! Extremely clean, spacious room and equiped better than my expectations. Great espresso coffee, thoughtful details everywhere and in room breakfast that was plentiful..it was a wonderful stay for me. I would definitely come again! Highly recommended!
We were winging it after a long day driving from Monopoli in Puglia, with no accommodation booked, what a delight to get last room at Franco’s place 👍😊, lovely welcoming feel and family vibe, even some home made cake, wish we could’ve stayed longer 🇦🇺✅❤️😊
The room was very nice with a great view over the coast. It was very clean and the many nice little details made it lovely. The host was very kind and brought us fresh cake every day. The location was also good, around 25 minutes into the city along the coast. All in all, it was a great stay and we totally recommend this B&B.
I came for one night and stayed for three. The room, which is spacious, warm (even in February), tastefully and well-furnished with a fridge, microwave and coffee machine has a lovely view out over the garden to the sea. I stayed for 5 nights. I have to congratulate the owner for his care and especially for his attention to cleanliness. Leaving aside the central area and close to everything there may be, we had a great time. We had all the amenities and the price was excellent. When we return to Crotone we will certainly return here too. Highly recommended to everyone

Poor ventilation The room was uncomfortably hot, the air conditioning kept turning off. Although there were doors onto an enclosed courtyard , one could not leave them open as they looked directly into the opposite bedroom, where one could easily see the bed, etc.

I stayed at this property since 08/22/2016 I can only recommend it. Amazing location owner and very polite staff .. if I pass I will surely be their guest again.
