Fantastic location. Very clean. Isolated in the woods. Exceptional welcome, availability of the owner to pick us up and take us. The only flaw is that since the road is very steep and unpaved, it is not suitable for street bikes and low-trim machines.

A very cozy toscanian location. 👍🏻: Very clean and very quitet. The pool is a little bit cold but excelent for a hot summer. The views are awesome. 👎🏻: You need a SUV to get there, the road is a little bit dangerous. The kitchen doesn’t has esential condiments like oil, salt, sugar.

A good place with air conditioning in each room, you have to go to the town a bit, but there are nice views and a large swimming pool. The worst thing to do is to sit a mosquito on the ceiling, you will not find it

A beautiful very clean Agritour. However, the road there is a bit adventurous and a 4x4 car is recommended. The view is stunning, the pool a bit small but very pleasant. The apartments are lovingly and superbly furnished. Kitchen is really well equipped. Outdoor grill and even a fireplace in the living room. The Agritour also produces its own wine and oil... Tastings are also offered free of charge...

My opinion is for the entire house and pool rental, not just one room. The negative points are only in relation to the price paid, which is more than 3,500 euros for three weeks. I therefore question the value for money and not the location. If you like peace and quiet this is a great place to stay. Beautiful holiday homes with all the necessities! Lovely swimming pool with its own permanent places, which you share with three holiday homes. Florence is about 45 minutes drive and is of course a must see. The location is less ideal, you are in the nature reserve in no time, but the other well-known cities in Tuscany are at least 1 hour...

About ten of us had lunch, we really enjoyed it! They are very welcoming, very intimate and homemade, we felt at home! Delicious food: Tuscan, Mugello tortelli, cut that melted in your mouth at a super affordable price!

Incredible farmhouse in the Tuscan hills. We stayed here for 5 days and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to relax and leisurely explore the local area with its incredible scenery, wine and food. The rooms and pool area are fantastic and there are some amazing restaurants nearby filled with locals. Florence is also only a 35 minute drive or 40 minute train away.

The most wonderful experience and fantastic stay was the verdict from the entire family . Villa Campestri is a unique blend of elegance and informality. The Villa itself is beautiful. The decor is chic, yet comfy and welcoming. The views from all aspects are simply breathtaking. As for the food it is delicious. A splendid villa in the midst of a superb landscape in a rather unknown corner of Toscana. Stayed at this hotel for two nights (29-31 August 2021) and was pleasantly surprised with the price and the quality. The staff (who are English-speaking) were very easy to deal with. I came in on Sunday 21:00 with no prior booking, and got a room within minutes. I was also allowed to use shared facilities (canteen, kitchen, fridge and parking). Podere Capitignano is a great place! Our family spent there an amazing time. We stayed in La Fattatoria - this house has everything you'll need and is so beautiful and clean. The view from the swimming pool is breathtaking. We wished we could stay longer and now we're thinking of when we can come back there. I recommend it sincerely, you will be more then happy in Podere Capitignano!
