Had a fabulous stay in Rufina at La Speranza Hotel GRAZZINI! The owner was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel itself was beautiful and well updated for our purposes. Stayed at this hotel for two nights (29-31 August 2021) and was pleasantly surprised with the price and the quality. The staff (who are English-speaking) were very easy to deal with. Incredible farmhouse in the Tuscan hills. We stayed here for 5 days and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to relax and leisurely explore the local area with its incredible scenery, wine and food. The rooms and pool area are fantastic and there are some amazing restaurants nearby filled with locals. Florence is also only a 35 minute drive or 40 minute train away.

One of the many amazing selling point of this place is the view, beautiful (sunset) view over the mountains of Tuscany. Diner at the restaurant was great, good food and friendly staff. Apartment was clean and comfortable with air-conditioning. It also has a good size swimming pool.

Very nice location and very kind staff. But the food for the ceremony wasn't great... Coccoli (fried piazza dought) were uncooked inside, the mixed grill very salty, the green salad watery and tasteless. On the other hands first courses were very good. Not enough waiters led to tables always lacking water, especially after the salty grill. Good potential but room for improvement.

Wonderful little hotel tucked in the Tuscan countryside! Adriano welcomed me and made me feel at home right away. A hotel lodge on the up. The owner / manager was pedantic, sweating all the small stuff. This however had its benefits too, well attention staff and a lovely accommodation overall. The food and kitchen staff were outstanding, meeting our vegan needs in stride. Great real estate, incredible vistas.

Villa Grassina is stunning in many ways. The views are breathtaking. The location offers so much. The rooms are super nice and the staff are a dream. They are so willing to offer support/help and advice. The restaurant offers local wine from the region and has an amazing view over the Tuscany countryside.

It's very close to the railway station, though a bit uphills. We really liked the cleanliness and the quality of the rooms. The garden with sets of tables and chairs was very lovely. The place seems to host occasionally art exhibitions, the creative atmosphere is in the air.

No idea why this hotel is rated 4-star. Room is okay, but the bathroom need major improvement. Overall pretty average but worth the value. I'd give a 3/5. 🙂

My opinion is for the entire house and pool rental, not just one room. The negative points are only in relation to the price paid, which is more than 3,500 euros for three weeks. Good experience for me as this was my first time staying in a well preserved 800-year house. The house was decorated in vintage. Just look at the pictures I posted and you find the host was thoughtful in selecting pictures and decorative items to create the atmosphere. We didn’t try the swimming pool but the pool looks very nice. The house surrounding is really big enough for family fun.

The most wonderful experience and fantastic stay was the verdict from the entire family . Villa Campestri is a unique blend of elegance and informality. The Villa itself is beautiful. The decor is chic, yet comfy and welcoming. The views from all aspects are simply breathtaking. As for the food it is delicious. The service is excellent and the staff cannot be more helpful and accommodating.

A splendid villa in the midst of a superb landscape in a rather unknown corner of Toscana. Nice host that was happy to answer our questions. Uncomplicated checkin and good (sweet) breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean, albeit strongly perfumed (we put the perfumer into the cupboard, which reduced the fragrance to enjoyable).
