The breakfast is very good and rooms are comfortable and very clean. I would recommend the use of satnav to find this hotel and we dont find it easy!

We stayed there for a ceramics festival. The rooms were fine, if rather basic - a tea/coffee making option would have been good. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. It is a bit of a walk fromthe town centre.

This is a very pleasant place to stay if you like old hotels as much as we do. We booked a standard room through a booking service. The room itself was quite plain but very clean and certainly adequate for our one night stay. If I were staying longer I,d probably opt for an upgraded room. That said, the bed was unusually comfortable and there were plenty of towels and hot water. Breakfast was plentiful...

Spent a few days here after attending a wedding nearby. What a place 😀 when you enter the building it is very impressive. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful and we were able to check in early. Our room was immaculate and cleaned everyday. Hotel in a great location for business travelers, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The thing I appreciated most was the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and the tranquility of the place, away from traffic. Good value, simple and clean accommodation in the agriturismo part of this small complex on a fruit farm. The half board was good value with home produced food. Note there is also a much smarter "hotel" part with dramatic internal rooms with 1970s furniture.

I spent the three days behind the New Year with 10 friends. A suggestive countryside location, very modern houses that do not lack any comfort. The staff, at least for the restaurant and the farm, was friendly and helpful. I put three stars because of the owner, who on several occasions has proved to be intrusive without apparent motivation, entering the house without knocking. Overall a great experience

This is one of the absolutely best places we've ever stayed at, and we've travelled a lot during 25 years. The beautiful and exquisite house, the wonderful hosts, the tranquil garden, a true paradise. We only booked one night, and we should have stayed at least a week, or two! ...and there were homemade cookies and cherries waiting for us...

Do you want to see what heaven is like? Here, then you must stay here. Enchanted place, surrounded by greenery and nature. The house is simply wonderful, welcoming, ultramodern, comfortable. The hospitality is 10 and praise, Mrs. Concetta and her husband are exceptional, never found such kindness.

Difficult to criticise anything about this hotel, unless you're looking for a beautiful location. It's clean, quiet and has exceptionally helpful staff. Breakfast is not bad at all. A perfect transit hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good system of bufet, you can buy everything you need directly form the reception. Litle bit noisy rooms, you can hear noise from the other rooms. Ideal fort short business trip.

So the hotel is actually great. The beds are super comfy. Breakfast is really small and pretty much has nothing, the food on the other hand is really tasty. I actually cannot give it a smaller review because I know in Italy breakfast is normally in a small portion, but still no variety. Everything else is okay and the parking is big. I Recommend.

I stayed at B&B Faenza for 1 night, the staff was very kind and helpful, the parking space out is good and easy to park. The room was really good for it's price, the breakfast was also good and tasty BUT not big variety there, I would like more options at the breakfast! Also one negative is the location of the hotel because is far away from the city centre, so you need car for sure if you want to walk...

A week in Forli with all you need. Everything was good from ease of check in - to locating the room - and dining in the restaurant - good selection on the menu and everything was delicious.

Overall verdict was very good and the breakfast was excellent.

Staff at the reception desk was extremely helpful. We arrived to early and they let us leave our luggage in the hotel while we were visiting Forli. We were also leaving the hotel early in the morning and they prepared breakfast out of restaurant opening hours which was very nice and unexpected.

Large rooms with large private bathroom, strategic location 2 steps from Piazza Saffi and the ring road, still located in a quiet area with little traffic compared to the parallel streets. Great experience, I recommend it.

A good compromise between price and service. Hospitality, kindness and courtesy are at home, a good cleaning of the rooms. The parking in the structure simplifies everything. I advise!

A great little jam in the town. Perfect for a quick stay. Our family and relatives spent a night for a special occasion and passatore ticked all our needs. Rooms are very well cleaned and warm. 100% players choice hotel. We were a party of 14 with some doubles, quads, singles and triple rooms. They have gone above & beyond during our stay for a hockey tournament at Pallindromo Forli, it’s just over a mile away. Lucio was so accomodating(we informed him of lactose free breakfast options and even preference of beers inc 0% beer, he happily provided) Beds were super comfy , leisurely breakfast...

The hotel is a good location near the F1 circuit. The rooms are old but the AC work well. The breakfast was good. Convenient hotel but nothing special.

The hotel enjoys a convenient location, close to the "Autudromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari". The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and cleaning takes place every day. For breakfast, scrambled eggs with bacon and a lot of different pastries and fruits.

If you consider helpful and friendly attention is important then this is definitely worth 5 stars. After that the room upgrade was a nice size with a comfortable bed and decent shower room. Some people mention the noise from adjacent rooms. We agree this could be a problem but it didn't last long for us so I guess we were lucky.

For me everything was alright. Maybe room were not up to date, but it was still okey. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful.

The staff and general services are great, but maybe it was my luck that I haven't found the bed mattress comfortable enough. Also, the WiFi connection was a bit unstable. If you want to be near the racetrack, I recommend this place. Only 8 rooms. Very basic, very clean and comfortable. The owner was a delight. Set above the circuit and very easy to drive to. You will need a car.

Beautiful and typical hotel with an astonishing view on an iconic spot of the Imola circuit. The atmosphere is amazing, you can feel and smell the real passion for the motorsport as soon as you walk in! The service is excellent, the owner takes care of the guests in a friendly and homely manner. For me it is way better than any “cold” 5 stars hotel, highly recommend, especially if you are a motorsport...

Guest in this hotel for suzuki bike day. Place located on the edge of the rivazza in addition with a huge garden where you can really see a large part of the circuit. Really excellent service and courtesy. Staff very helpful. Excellent price given the location also very quiet and beautiful. I highly recommend it and definitely go back!

Was there on Formula 1 by the work (13.04-19.04). It's very good place, very nice hotel owner. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good enough. Dinner is excellent. This hotel have very cool spot to see some zones of the track. I hope i'll be back then pandemic is over, hope this country will handle all Covid problems as fast as it can. Thank you!

Great staff, amazing Italian breakfast with coffee for a small price of 2,5 euros, very clean, with a good wifi. Peaceful area, but very close to city center. 20 minute walk to train station, which we were using every day. Many bars and restaurants around the hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Marta for a few days. As soon as I arrived, the staff made feel me welcome. Parking was arranged and check-in was fast and smooth. No shower but a whirlpool bathtub. Might be interesting for one night. If you want to take a shower you have to sit into the tub. Breakfast is very good if you like Italian breakfast. Rolls are hard as a rock 😂 Croissant very delicious. Waiters are friendly also concierge.

Extra —clean Hotel!!! Our Room was big and comfortable . All the accessories needed where in the bathroom (including a facial cream)!!! A decent hotel for the money. A bit run down but overall clean and comfy.

I stayed at this hotel in several occasions and the conditions are good, rooms are nice, breakfast with plenty to choose from but the biggest plus is the staff which is very nice and willing to help with every request that I had. Also the hotel is located very close to Villa Igea where you can get very fast by walking.

Reception staff was helpful, room was big and well done. Breakfast was very nice and they serve you handmade cappuccino not from the readymade machine. Location is central and easy to get from the airport to hotel by bus and the bus stop is few meters away

Very good experience. Large clean rooms. It has a laundry, kitchen and a large garden. Flexibility to enter and exit without problem at any time. And very well located. But the best of all has been the treatment without a doubt. They have treated me very kindly. If I have to come back, I will definitely book here.

The owner is very helpful. Although the bathroom was shared it was always very clean. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a hot meal. In the area there are many free parking spaces.

We came with our dog without prebooking. The hotel is in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The receptionist was very very friendly. The room very clean, the wi fi very fast. At the ground floor is a pizzeria where we will have our dinner. Review of the pizzeria later! The hotel is highly recommended!!!
