The breakfast is very good and rooms are comfortable and very clean. I would recommend the use of satnav to find this hotel and we dont find it easy!

We stayed there for a ceramics festival. The rooms were fine, if rather basic - a tea/coffee making option would have been good. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. It is a bit of a walk fromthe town centre.

I had to stay two unplanned nights in Faenza waiting for my car to be repaired and the B&B Hotel Faenza was really a pleasant surprise. Very clean, fresh and comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. A big thanks to Denata at the reception for her professionalism and kindness. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very clean. But in terms of design/comfort they are very simplistic. Due to empty walls you can hear the reflection of your voice. The staff is very friendly and helpful but the breakfast was really bad: very little choice, the scrambled egg bowl was always empty. The synthetic juice is disgusting. The service and the staff were actually pretty kind, very nice place to share moments, the only one incovenient was that to arrive to te hotel walking was a bit dangerous, other than that, a reliably and comfortable hotel ✌🏽

Standard or higher than standard highway motel. All normally good. The only objection was very cold breakfast room, we were having brwakfast in coats.

Excellent accommodation, rooms are large, clean and comfortable. We had very good food in the restaurant and enjoyed the SPA and it’s facilities. Location is also good: quiet and conveniently close to city centre.

Beautiful hotel. Room is spacious and breakfast is fine. Well located in the center of the city full of options for restaurants. Very nice staff but they don’t help you with luggage. Be aware with the elevator. If your room is located on the higher floor, the elevator goes up to a certain level and you have to carry luggage by stairs.

This is a very special place. My wife and I came here on our honeymoon, and upon hearing the occasion, the hotel upgraded us to an absolutely astounding suite. The room was huge, with an incredibly comfy bed, a frescoed ceiling, and a white-marble bathroom. We decided to come back later in our trip, and they help a suitcase for us until we returned. Hotel is ok. The rooms are nice, clean, modern and spacious. The people at reception are friendly. The people working in the restaurant are not. Especially the young man who works there in the evening. He started yelling at me for putting a glass on another table which meant he had to take away the paper table cover. It wasn't even my glass... So I wasn't the culprit but got the blame nonetheless....

Hotel in a great location for business travelers, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The thing I appreciated most was the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and the tranquility of the place, away from traffic. Furthermore, next to the hotel there is an excellent restaurant, delicious pizzas !!

I was happy for a quiet 2 star, good bed, plenty of towels and I was alone, clean ..

Very comfortable b / b, 10 minutes from the center, with air conditioning, fan, TV. With breakfast included inside the room, with electric moka with ready coffee. Fridge.

It's a student lodge. Not suitable for business trip or to visit places around. A limited places but good good for students.

Elisabetta and Stefano are splendid, courteous, helpful and discreet. They made us feel "at home" in their romantic B&B. Excellent cleaning, nothing is missing and in case of need Stefano goes out of his way.

I stayed in this structure and I can be particularly satisfied, the room is cozy, clean and tastefully furnished with all comforts. The welcome and kindness of the owners makes you feel at home. Highly recommended for those in the area. 10/10 rating and praise

Extraordinary architecture and creative design. Every square meter offers some inspirational detail. The garden is enormous and dotted with herbs and kitchen veggies, and the surrounding acres of fruit trees offer a really unique setting.

Very suggestive location immersed in the green countryside a few kilometers from Faenza, the room where I stayed was spacious and very bright, the plants inside and the large windows overlooking the green gave me a sense of connection with nature, inside endless design furniture and works of art, the kitchen is well equipped but the highlight of the farmhouse is Mrs. Miria who takes care of the place...

Like being at home. A place where there is care, attention and professionalism. Careful recovery of an old farmhouse, of its barn where design and contemporary art combine to make the complex unique. Beautiful park, excellent cuisine (truly Romagna) ...

Good value, simple and clean accommodation in the agriturismo part of this small complex on a fruit farm. The half board was good value with home produced food. Note there is also a much smarter "hotel" part with dramatic internal rooms with 1970s furniture.

I spent the three days behind the New Year with 10 friends. A suggestive countryside location, very modern houses that do not lack any comfort. The staff, at least for the restaurant and the farm, was friendly and helpful. I put three stars because of the owner, who on several occasions has proved to be intrusive without apparent motivation, entering the house without knocking. Overall a great experience

This is a newly renovated old villa mid-way between Faenza and Forli and good for both, Francesca was a great host and the breakfast was especially good.

A fantastic property in a great location and easy to find. We had a lovely room, clean and with a comfortable bed. We had a lovely breakfast sitting outside in the sun. Francesca was lovely with good English and recommended a nice little restaurant not to far from the villa.

Very well restored, but in the rooms there is no air conditioning ... in the bathroom there is no soap holder and towel holder but overall it was a positive experience.

We spent just one night in this beautifully restored estate in the greenery and silence of the Romagna plain. If you come by bike, it can become a good starting point for itineraries suitable for any type of training also thanks to the possibility of being able to keep cars and bikes safely in the estate. We spent the night on a very comfortable bed in a splendid frescoed room whose story was told...

Wonderful villa, the owner an affable and polite person, very good and sufficient breakfast. The room where I was very nice and spacious with everything you need to spend quiet nights, the very nice garden with those autumn colors. Its spaces are beautiful and even the entrance to the Villa has its charm.

This restaurant was recommended some years ago from our hotel. When returning after five years, I spent two more evenings with my friends in this awesome restaurant. Very fresh food, homemade pasta and bread, meat and beer. Here you get good quality for your money, very nice ambiance (vintage pig farm buildings) and the best friendly staff

Stayed there for a work trip the rooms were great. The breakfast was great, the lunch was great and the dinner was great! Lovely staff and amazing atmosphere!

Beautiful place , deserved to be visited. I walked through all rooms and spaces, it’s huge and all different. Very typical. The cuisine also very various and tasty. Prices mid/low and good dishes. We had different orders and all was nice! For sure back again when in the area!

The place is very nice and clean but unfortunately the room we had gave us another room and the communicating wall had a nice hole that made us feel everything that our neighbors did with very different times from ours. In short, it seemed to have them with us in the room.

Friendly staff. Large and clean room. Use of a beautiful swimming pool included in the price. homemade breakfast but plentiful, sweet and salty. It is not possible neither to have lunch nor to dine, but in the surroundings there are several restaurants and farmhouses ... you are spoiled for choice.

I often travel for work.For those who love cleanliness and silence in rest, for those looking for the hospitality and friendliness of a real B&B, this place is just right for them! I spent a week for a refresher course in Faenza and I found a warm, welcoming place with a lot of attention to detail. They gave me a lot of attention and made me available a series of agreements with restaurants and things...

Una bella struttura, in particolare il giardino è molto bello. Il personale è accogliente e gentile. La stanza è dotata di tutto quello che è neccessario. Inoltre la struttura è "amica della bicicletta", quindi per chi viaggia in bici è veramente consigliata.

I was with the camper, great place to spend the night and close enough to the center, water and electricity included for 15 euros per night. Good guys, kind and courteous lady who greeted us.

Het uitzicht en de ligging en het ontvangst door Gabriel. Wij waren er in feb dus geen gebruik gemaakt van zwembad, maar dat moet zomers echt top zijn. De omgeving is perfect voor fietser en wandelaars. Brisighella en Faenza zijn beide mooie stadjes met goeie restaurants en leuke barretjes.

An oasis of peace surrounded by wonderful nature. The house, the garden and the swimming pool are splendid. The house is cool even in the scorching heat of this year. The details are taken care of and each room has its own bathroom with shower. All very welcoming even for my large family. Gabriele is a perfect host. We'll be back!

Trerè served as the host for my wedding and accommodation for my family. The staff could not have made it easier to plan a wedding from the US. Everyone is so incredibly nice. This vineyard was a dream come true. We had 48 people come and enjoy the magic of Trerè. They arranged everything from the Catholic wedding at the cathedral to the music. We cant wait to go back, not only because it was our venue...
