I only stayed one night because I had to do a half day in the bike park. I had a very good time and the owner, Rodolfo, was an exquisite and extremely helpful person. Agreement with two nearby restaurants when the internal restaurant is closed. Equipped with room for bikes and a truly excellent breakfast. Fair price compared to the quality of everything. Good location close to the center of Fai.

In this structure I found a very nice and easy-going owner and his deputy, a very sweet girl, helpful and always smiling. I chose the residence solution and I must say that nothing is missing in that apartment. I'll be back!

SPECTACULAR...!!! beyond expectations.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a "home" environment where you have everything available.
We stayed in the Faggio room with half board and a varied and abundant buffet breakfast as well as dinner where the local specialties constitute a part as well as a tempting part to choose the truly important part.
Impeccable cleanliness and very kind staff...
last but not least, in fact...I would say that what makes the difference from other hotels is Rodolfo the owner...Always available and unique in his empathy...

We stayed 4 nights in the apartment, convenient location for services, clean place, friendly and helpful staff and owner.
A small play area kept our son busy and having fun and we took advantage of an aperitif in front of the fireplace, top!
We will be back this summer, recommended.

The structure is not new but it is very well maintained and above all extremely clean. We stayed 2 nights for 4 of us (2 children and 2 adults) plus our little dog (one of the few facilities that accepts dogs). We had a good time, the beds are comfortable, the staff very kind and helpful.
The breakfast is plentiful with great things to enjoy.
It has a very convenient bike/ski storage room. It has an elevator.

I cannot fail to leave a great review for the home owner. Bravo Rodolfo! Make your customers feel at home. Hotel located in an excellent position, close to the bus stop and in a quiet area in Fai della Paganella. We stayed half board and it was worth it. Excellent dinners (I had to do an encore with homemade tortelli, a delicacy) and a nice abundant breakfast! Adequate rooms for a 3 star. The garden with a playground for children is also excellent, a valid entertainment with a 1 year old girl and a half.
