This hotel should be reclassified… not a 4 star by any means. The staff were inattentive, especially at breakfast ( coffee was the only thing which wasn’t self service and my goodness the hassle to ask for a coffee, get the attention of the waitress etc wasn’t worthwhile. Our room was tired, actually exhausted, paintwork shabby, bed basic, old pictures, poor lighting. We stayed three nights and the wheelie bin below our balcony remained on its side for our whole visit with its contents hanging out. The hotel needs refurbishment, they should be ashamed of the breakfast offered,it surely doesn’t take a lot to have fresh bread rather than warmed up hard rolls and no butter. Weirdly the hotel is obviously a food hotspot in the evening with a bustling restaurant so they can do something good… but not for hotel guests.

Worst staff ı have ever seen !!!they did not change my reservation which ı made by mistake at the same time ..ı will forward my complaint to all positions through my lawyer..they are literally stealing people s money .never ever stay there !!!!!they are never helpful and no one can speaks English

Great old town city location by river port.
The hotel staff and services are very good. Really cozy hotel. We had an hotell room with a terrace towards the river with the morning sun shining in on us. Good breakfeast with local honney, good choice of meat and fruit. Great coffe. The dinner was amazing with good seafood, must try for youre stay. Note its in the city you got to accept some noise, but we felt it was perfectly situated for us in the old town center. An historical city with fort, castle walls and old buildings. Cozy marked. It was room for us to park right outside something we did.

Perfect location for the beach and city centre, easy walk to both locations. Parking was available for 3 of the 4 nights, the last night we had to find our own so the parking is not gauranteed. Overall it was a great stay and would definately recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days on business and will avoid it in future. How such a hotel can get 4 stars is a mystery. I had a casual conversation with my room neighbours in which they pointed out to me that the hotelier sometimes even comments on well-intentioned reviews in an insulting manner and that there is not the slightest understanding of constructive feedback. When looking through the reviews, I actually realised that the hotelier rejects all those with a lower rating and reacts in a superficially snide manner.

Fun in Fano
I have to especially comment on the help I received from Philomena (sorry if I spelled incorrectly) This young lady made this trip much less stressful than it was. She was so helpful and kind I would have been lost without her. All the staff was fantastic but she especially was there for me.
