If you’re in Fano for a business trip, this is the place to stay. Very clean hotel with a good breakfast in the morning. A close 10 minute drive into Fano. Also a short walk to a mall that has anything you may have forgotten for your stay. Would recommend!

I stayed in this hotel and I must say that the room is standard, the bathroom is very small in my opinion, the quality of sleep is good, the breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel and the quality of the food in the restaurant is also not the best, in short There are ways where we can improve in my opinion.

This hotel is very friendly and the staff is incredible. I dont speak Italian but half of them knew English and were a big help. I will stay here again for sure. Usually I travel with Marriott, but this was the closest I could find in the area and was quote happy

The hotel and staff are great. Accommodations are clean the staff is professional and polite. The area is close to a mall, which can be convenient, but not close to tourist attractions.

We were passing through and stayed only one night at this hotel. We were greeted kindly by the porter who showed us where to leave the car while waiting for a free parking space right in front of the building. The hotel is very well-kept, the room with a spacious bathroom is a little dated but everything is very clean.

We had a fantastic stay. Room was perfect. Bathroom was huge. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful. Hotel was in a great location at the edge of the old town. We had some lovely food nearby. We stayed at this hotel from August 14th to 17th. The location on the seafront is excellent. The room is simply furnished, with a pleasant window overlooking the seafront, new fixtures, daily cleaning, a television, and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and bidet, but the sink is a bit small. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We gave stayed here many times in the past. Our room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is always enjoyable, with fresh baked goods, meats, cheese, and hot coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning service is amazing and they are very quick to turn around the room every morning.

Unexceptionable welcome! Laura makes you feel right at home. The structure is a bit old (the external curtains should be changed in my opinion). Great location, really a stone's throw from the beach. The hotel is nice and clean, but I found the rooms (at least mine) a bit small. The bathroom was functional but not very recent and with some problems with the siphons .. Fortunately we only stayed one night, so it wasn't a big problem. Really very kind and attentive staff. Kind and courteous. The place is very nice with many clubs just a stone's throw away and very close to free and private beaches. I spent one night on half board but I regretted the half board because there were so many places on the sea where we could eat fresh fish. Instead the breakfast all ok! Recommended for overnight stay with breakfast.

Perfect location for the beach and city centre, easy walk to both locations. Parking was available for 3 of the 4 nights, the last night we had to find our own so the parking is not gauranteed. Overall it was a great stay and would definately recommend.

Fun in Fano I have to especially comment on the help I received from Philomena (sorry if I spelled incorrectly) This young lady made this trip much less stressful than it was. She was so helpful and kind I would have been lost without her. All the staff was fantastic but she especially was there for me.

Generally hotel is up to 3 star standards. Staff is friendly and breakfast is ok. I dislike that next to hotel is located a night club with a loud music till 3 am. Closing of window and ear plugs will not help!

Palazzo Rotati is one of the best place to live when you are in Fano. Rooms are very spacious and furnished nicely. Working staff take care of the guests. I stayed at this place for two weeks and did not face any problem. Breakfast is served in the rooms to make stay pleasant and comfortable.

Welcome was friendly and helpful. Parking is basically down to you although they enable you to enter the Central Zone. Apartment was nice. Linen high quality. Bathroom soap etc was questionable and not really up to standard. Our main issue was the Breakfast, served in your Apartment. Limited choice and not the best quality. Coffee undrinkable.
