I limit myself to voting 4 because the place is special for those coming from outside, however the rooms are located inside the hospital, excellent cleanliness, the staff who manage the site very kind, excellent service for those who need not to leave the hospital, I as a worker found it a bit uncomfortable

It is a 2-star hotel that does its part with dignity, so you shouldn't expect anything exceptional. The room was small but clean, as was the bathroom. Television, safe, queen-size bed with a notable "hole" in the middle (which disturbed my sleep a lot). A hotel just outside Ferrara, convenient for quickly arriving in the centre. Normal rooms, certainly a little old in furnishings, especially the bathroom. Very friendly and helpful owner. Overall a good hotel, slightly expensive compared to the services offered.

Very comfortable and handy, very close to the autostrada exit Ferrara north. We stayed there during last Cersaie. Family hotel with very good service an people. Hotel is basic, beds maybe a bit small, breakfast area also tiny, but I enjoyed the stay very much.

Optimal position, in the center. Friendly staff, always smiling and helpful even if only present from 9 to 20 more or less. The double room was minimal and nicely decorated even though the view was on the roof. Positive aspect was the luggage storage. Value for money more than fair

I really liked the Smart concept, essential services with excellent quality, price, courtesy, cleanliness, location! Smart means a clean room with soap dispensers, as the big hotel chains are doing, no breakfast but there are 2 bars one in front of the hotel and one at 10 meters, very central, 5 minutes on foot a public parking cost. € 4.20 per day. Simple and unpretentious hotel very close to the center of Ferrara. Certainly one of the strong points is the parking, cheap and located 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Spacious rooms, with somewhat basic but nice furnishings, with air conditioning and above all clean. It was in a very good position (5 minutes walking from the center), the facility and the room were clean.

We had a nice stay here! We arrived after check in time but could check in ourselves with easy instructions. Good communication. We had a room with a view and slept like babies in the nice bed and good working air conditioning. The place was neat and clean. There was even a place to store our bikes!

Good, clean place, good pricing. My only issue was that the bed ij my double room was not a couples' bed. As such it was not very comfortable for a couple to sleep in. The staff is very friendly and house keeping is daily. Would recommend for a low cost stay in Ferrara

Much more than a simple Room & Breakfast! We stayed 4 nights in the triple room with our two children aged 1 and 3. The property is welcoming, clean and with spacious rooms. Available in the common room, in addition to the coffee and tea machine, also a fridge, microwave and stove for small needs (in our case really appreciated for preparing baby food!). I chose this b & b for its location very close to the Cona Hospital, having to do a competition. The structure is very nice and welcoming, the staff very kind and always available and impeccable cleanliness. The location of the b & b is strategic, being about 3 km from the hospital and 15 minutes from Ferrara. Parking, breakfast, fast internet, perfect reception are spoiled by insufficient air conditioning and ventilation in the room, which does not guarantee comfortable sleep on hot days

The best thing about the hotel is the staff, both in front office and breakfast, always extremely kind and available. The hotel was comfortable and clean, the position is strategic with a mall and easy access to means of transportation nearby. Breakfast was plenty and varied. Excellent cost-benefit experience.

The welcome of Anna (owner) is familiar. It makes you feel comfortable as if you were at home. She is a nice, kind and caring girl. The house is gorgeous on the outside (my thing), and nice clean on its premises. It is very functional: very close to the highway / hospital and 5 minutes from Ferrara. Great 8 day stay with our two sons (6 and 8) at Edoardo's. The place is great, the room is spacious with all the necessary comfort.
