A pleasant hotel with very friendly and smiling staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms. The location of the hotel is right next to the Estenze castle and on short walking distance from the city center. Decent breakfast. Private parking provided little away from hotel.

staff is very nice, location is the best in Ferrara, however a few items are needed here: shower has no shelf or ledge or anywhere but the small floor to put anything - bar-soap, shampoo, wash rag, etc; in the room: window screens in all the bedrooms to allow fresh air in without flys and bugs, (this will save energy money too), and also weather stripping insulation around the doors to each rooms...

Very nice, clean, well located hotel. Choose a room well, We had room 118 and a view of pigeon droppings. We was afraid to open the window so as not to inhale pathogens. In addition, water in the room is extra paid, although I have not found a price list anywhere.

The hotel has a very special theme and a spa. My room was spacious and super clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and nice and I highly recommend this stay. The location is also good not very far from the center and the castle.

We had a lovely, relaxing time here! We stayed in the Annex rooms as they had more space and we found the rooms very quiet and in general of great value! All the staff were extremely polite, professional and friendly. Breakfast was varied and of good quality. We would definitely recommend & return to Hotel Annunziata!! ☺️

Reasonable priced hotel with large rooms and good breakfast. Breakfast is plentiful (international). Quite ok hotel for short stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is commendable. The fitness area is very small and sparsely set up with very old gym equipment (needs desperately renovation). The staff is accommodating and very helpful.

This hotel is pretty good, except that there are not enough plugs in the room and there is no plug next to the bed. The front desk was very welcoming. I was surprised at how many bottles and cans there were for breakfast, but it tasted good, and the rest was good.

The hotel is located opposite a shopping mall with many shops such as a Sephora, and even a supermarket! Only a 5 min walk away, and the main town is very accessible too with lots to do! Location is very good. While close to the historic city center ~5min also at a 15m walking diatance from the train station. Rooms are ergonomic in many aspects (light switches,sockets , storage spaces etc) but there are doors connecting them that dont soundproof well i.e. I could hear my neighbours TV. The reception was very kind and the room was perfect, altough both mine and my colleague's had the heating turned on (it was late april and there were 26° outside). We asked for it to be turned off and they complied. The hotel itself is close to the train station, a couple minutes by car and 10 by feet.

I come often for work to Ferrara, but I love to stay next to the Castello. During this pandemic I've been already twice here and the service is amazing. It's difficult for me to find places in Italy where I can get Gluten-free food (due to my allergy). Wonderful original little Italian inn, close to the centre. Great warm welcome from Antonio, clean, comfortable rooms with a single lift to floors. Lovely breakfast with great coffee in a smallish room on the ground floor. A far cry from the impersonal and characterless hotel chains. A memorable place to stay.

Staff was very nice, quick and helpful. Breakfast was a positive surprise, a lot of food choices and good coffee. Room was pretty big, had a good (and silent AC), TV with chromecast support. All in all, by far a better experience than the "4-Star" Mercure I've stayed the day afterwards, which had none of those things at a similar price.
