So really two things: I can highly recommend the (dorsal) massage by Julia. It was phenomenal!!! Secondly I really appreciate the kindness at the service of the restaurant… I’m vegan and they tried a lot to balance the non-vegan things with some vegan food like a self-made almond cream, but they also went shopping for me to buy a vegan yogurt 👌

Great hotel, the Spa is out of this world! Fantastic Art everywhere, the staff are brilliant, and the wine was amazing....

Phenomenal hotel with wonderful food - highly recommended.

We were not guests, but came here for lunch as other venues in town were closed for a holiday. What a delight! The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue, and hope to stop by again.

Just did the day spa and it was amazing. 50 euros for the afternoon to visit the spa... hot tub,pool, sauna and steam rooms. It was quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating. I went twice last week! I would book my hotel there next time, for sure!

Stayed here already multiple times (10?) in winter. Nice rooms; excellent shower. Food has improved since two years ago. Same is true for the body massage treatments. Room for improvement: * service during diner could be friendlier and faster (if your table is in the far corner, your cappuccino sometimes arrives cold) * give a tour in the wellness (little info available)

An amazing hotel to visit with your family. Service is perfect and the place is near our favorite ski resort. The location of the bus stop nearby is really helpful as well. The food and drinks are the best I have ever tried. All of our countless stays in this hotel have always been excellent.

We had stayed already at the Waldsee Hotel, but in winter time. We had visited the area in other seasons, but without having the chance of staying at the hotel. This has been our first time in summer. The location itself is worth the staying: the place is absolutely gorgeous! Our favorite hotel in Northen Italy. We love to stay here every year we come. Very peaceful location with lake and forest. In hotel you have full pansion, sauna, water pool.

The hotel in general is tidy and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rather minimal, especially the selection of bread and bread rolls a little disappointing. Rooms are clean, but the carpet floor was a bit smelly and the green color a bit special. Also the sanitary installation could have benefited from renovation. Relief with downer We went hiking. Since I unfortunately had a stomach problem, I was very happy that I could go to the toilet here without any problems. Unfortunately I was confronted by the senior behind the counter when leaving. He told me very clearly, with ill-considered and personally hurtful words, what he thought of me after I hadn't pocketed a euro. Since I myself come from the catering trade...

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. Felt very at home, great and friendly staff. The room was very nice and very clean. Breakfast and dinner just great.

Hotel with great attention to every detail, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious room with large terrace (family with 2 children) impeccably clean. Really high-level dinners and well-finished dishes. Swimming pool and open spaces complete the whole.

Gutes Hotel in Völs St. Anton

We spent a great weekend! The Romantic suite is super accurate in every detail. The super abundant breakfast with the possibility of requesting gluten free products. The spa is clean and welcoming. The jacuzzi on the balcony is a plus and was appreciated! We had a great time and will be back soon!

Every single person working this hotel is perfect. Small reception makes you feel a personal touch. Small bar makes you fell like a private event. Tours are custom to your abilities and the free ones are amazing please take advantage in the summer. The sport massage was perfect for my back and my wife’s shoulders (lots of stressful hikes). We were looking for two double rooms for two non-contiguous days at the end of August. Two dogs should also come along. The Gasthof Kreuzwirt was the only one to answer 😊. We were very satisfied, enjoyed the free welcome drinks in the bar. We would have gladly accepted the half-board offer, but unfortunately I can only eat gluten-free, which was not possible.

My partner and I stayed one night here. Hotel truly in the center of the town, but with ease and availability of parking. Kindness and impeccable availability, we were served a welcome drink, bus tickets and the room was comfortable, clean and welcoming. Hearty, delicious and satisfying dinner and breakfast. I highly recommend.

We have stayed several times in this hotel. Immersed in a charming village, convenient location for any type of winter or summer excursion, excellent food, clean and well-kept rooms and the managers are very hospitable, kind and know how to give you excellent information on activities and excursions to do. Each time I can't wait to go back.

Excellent location with a view on one side of the Sciliar and on the other of the village of Fiè. Bright and spacious apartments equipped with every comfort. Around small lawn with swimming pool and games. Very recommendable

We stayed for a week in July in this splendid farmhouse, totally surrounded by greenery, with a magnificent view of the Sciliar mountains. Also a three-minute walk from the bar and supermarket and a little further from the center of Fie'. Perhaps the apartment was a bit small for four people plus a dog and maybe I didn't share the cost of ten euros a day to host him ... however overall to be recommended

We stayed here for a week and felt very comfortable. Great hosts, modern apartment, great pool and very well-kept complex. Ideal because the bus station is just around the corner and takes you everywhere. Gladly again!

Very nice family run hotel. Have been here several times. The half board is world class. After the excursions, the pool is a welcome refreshment. I highly recommend it.

Good beer but no care machine at the bar

A good place to have a variation from the common typical food that you can get almost everywhere. Few trout recipes that you'd expect but cannot find, some typical cold dishes, and some different sauces to accompany the meat.

Great farm with a breathtaking, secluded location and extremely friendly hosts. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation. If you are looking for absolute peace and plenty of space for the children, this is the place for you! Great starting point for hikes and very tasty bread service.
