Parc Hotel Miramonti in Fie

We came here as a group of friends and family, booking four rooms with amazing views over the mountains. The first thing worth mentioning is how wonderful the restaurant staff were — as a frequent traveler, I can honestly say they were some of the nicest, most attentive, caring, and considerate people I’ve met.

The hotel lobby is spacious, welcoming, and nicely designed. Our rooms were all on the same floor (which we really appreciated, considering how full the hotel was). The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and showers — and those mountain views were incredible. The only challenge we faced was the heat, as we’re used to air conditioning. We couldn’t sleep with the windows open because of mosquitoes and insects, so adding fly screens or fans would make a great improvement.

Our stay included half board — breakfast, dinner, and afternoon snacks. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety, and dinner was excellent: a different four-course menu every night. The portions were generous, so since we’re not big eaters, we often shared dishes to avoid food waste.

The restaurant team truly went above and beyond. They noticed we had a baby with us and offered freshly cooked meals for him every day, always checking if we wanted a warm meal prepared — something we deeply appreciated. One of the staff even made sure to mark which dishes we could eat since we don’t consume anything cooked with alcohol or pork.

Overall, a huge thank you to everyone working at this hotel. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay truly special.

Lovely hotel. Great service. Super friendly management and staff. Would definitely come back! We wound up here by coincidence but enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Amazing experience overall, the half board meals were delightful! Only complaint is the wellness centre is not amazing, its clothing optional which made us uncomfortable and we didn’t end up using it. Would have been nice to know before booking! The hottub was not hot and the pool was a lukewarm temp. Location was beautiful but a bit far outside of town. Otherwise, all the staff were lovely, rooms were spacious and clean!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The restaurant team was equally attentive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent location and service. The staff is there to please. They helped us in planning our daily outings and the food was excellent. So nice to not have to worry about planning for breakfast and dinner. It was great to have both an indoor and outdoor pools to look forward to after being in the mountains all day. So many things to do in this beautiful area of Italy. We hope to come back would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Location and view - absolutely perfect 🫶🏻, breakfast and dinner - just incredible, so many options, the a la carte serving is divine, the menu is well organized, everything is fresh with local ingredients, was vert impressed. The staff 👌🏻👌🏻, very helpful, willing to speak with great details. The room - 🤌🏻❤️, super clean, comfy bed, great shower, all covered in wood, classy and so nice. A lot of parking places - outside and underground, daily snacks with sweets and freshly baked pizza - I could’t understand why this is not a 5 star establishment. Highly recommend it !!

The whole experience was wonderful - from the spectacular location in the shadow of Schlern to the fabulous five course meals, great facilities and first class service. It was the perfect location for accessing Alpa de Suissi and the Val Gardina, which are out of this world. The 170 bus stop is 100m away and the included mobilpass works well to get to attractions as well as to and from train connections in Bolzano. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the little town of Seis and the dining room shared the same wonderful view. Dining was well organised and the dishes creative and plentiful. The swimming pool in such a picturesque location was exceptionally attractive. Staff were incredibly obliging. Adrian in the dining area went above and beyond, including arriving early to ensure we had food packed in lieu of breakfast when we needed an early departure and helping to ensure I had regular icepack for an injured ankle. Vasile, at dinner time was very obliging as well. Room servicing was consistently excellent. Parc Hotel Miramonte undoubtedly deserves a five star rating!

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were big and spacious. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff accommodated dietary requirements. An exceptional stay! Thank you!
