The staff was incredible and the location of the hotel is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with a fantastic view. The buses here are so convenient to travel with! The food was absolutely amazing!

While it was a bit pricey, the quality of the experience is well worth.
Everything is very clean, the amenities are great for a wellness retreat, the Internet and wifi is fast, and most importantly the food (breakfast/snacks/dinner) was unparalleled. Service was very professional and quick. There is also plenty of parking available.

Amazing location, nice hotel overall, beautiful pool area and good breakfast. However, in summer, it can get very hot and rooms dont have airco. Also make sure not to book a room facing the back of the hotel. The views are completely obstructed by trees, there is a busy road right behind them and the balconies are right above the massively loud cooler installation of the restaurant. When we asked for another room we got one with a view on the mountain, which is a completely different experience 😊.

The rooms are nice, but without AC, and the road is very noisy. The spa is for nudists, which they don’t tell on their website…. The staff is cold and sadly, doesn’t give good recommendations (we didn’t follow them). The breakfast is good. Sadly, we found the place wasn’t worth what they charged us.

I know that an hotel needs enough parking place. I just found in a pitty to have a drink on the terras with view on the parken cars. Only negatieve point we have. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Amazing holiday at Parc hotel Miramonti. If you are looking for a pet friendly hotel with great location and services, this is the place 😊 We had a nice, modern room with big bathroom, more than enough space for a couple with a dog. The wellness area was also great, even with a rainy day outside when the saunas were busy, it didn't feel overcrowded, we could still enjoy the wellness and relax a bit. The food was also good, enough sweet and savoury options for breakfast, always two/three options for each course at dinner. Special thanks to the staff of the restaurant, they were always very kind and helpful.
It would be nice to maybe have an electric kettle or coffee machine at the room and some welcome kit for dog as we are used from other ****hotels, but those are just little details, everything else was great. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Very friendly staff, excellent service, great food, only improvement would be to move this hotel to the ski slopes 🤩

Amazing place, it has the whole package. The services are great, very close to the cable car to the slopes with regular buses services from outside the hotel, great food, rooms are clean and nice SPA. Special mention to the personnel working here, so lovely, welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was our 4th stay in your hotel and already the last one. Starting with the fact that unfortunately the quality of food has declined. To the poor hotel service. Each time we had things added to our bills that we did not order for the room. The matter would have been quickly solved by signed bills every day after dinner and there would have been no problem. However, the worst was the behavior of the lady at the front desk in this situation. She behaved insolently did not listen to us, spoke unpleasantly after which she pretentiously threw money at us and refused to listen to the end. Such behavior is unacceptable towards a clique.
For the future, I would suggest that any additional room order be signed by the guests, as has been done in hotels around the world today for years, and would reduce unpleasant situations and the distaste left behind.
