A great hotel. The room was lovely and modern with a lot of charm. All the staff were excellent and were a well drilled unit. And best of all it was extremely good value on the DBB option

I loved the hotel! The spa is amazing with its outdoor jacuzzi, great for people with kids since there’s a sort of baby parking area. The location is perfect, lots of amenities nearby.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I bike packed here from Venice on a month-long trip and couldn’t have been happier with my stay. Wonderful hotel in the heart of the Dolomites. We've spent 4 nights there and we will be going back. The view from the room is amazing, and even the bathroom has its own balcony. Their restaurant serves delicious food. For dinner we've tried the menu and the a la carte options and both were exceptional. The staff is very friendly and they are looking out for you.

The breakfast was outstanding! Hardly ever have I seen such a variety of choices. Soy milk was very appreciated. The room was spacious. Next time we will make use of the spa and the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel with lift and friendly and helpful staff. I only stayed one night, but would happily return. Rich breakfast the next morning. Just a few problems: the windowsill window didn't close properly, plus the shower didn't deliver cold water. Maybe it was just my room problems. Hotel located in a very quiet place, away from the chaos, in the middle of the meadows. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice place, did not use the wellness, but had the half board dinner with the room. Meal was very good, and service excellent. Rooms well appointed and typical for the area. Town is nice and only slightly touristy a nice place for an evening or morning walk, or shopping. Only down side was the cost, a little on the steep side.

Excellent reception of the staff always very kind and helpful. Stunning view of the blades and great compliance with anti-covid regulations. Upon arrival, everything is sanitized and wrapped, including the room remote control. Only thing to improve is the mattress, perhaps because it has a spring base and not a slatted base. Close to the center of town and the chairlift. Plentiful breakfast. But the best part of this hotel is how accommodating the staff is. They have great communication and even worked with us to make something work when we both had unexpected situations come up. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it!

Hotel with excellent value for money. The location is also perfect, you can easily walk to the start of the Tognola cable car as well as to the center. Having two little dogs, we appreciated the attention given to them; upon arrival they made us find a bowl and a beautiful blanket for sleeping. The food is also excellent, local products and dishes are enhanced as it should be. Great!!

It was cheap compared to the other hotels here. We had breakfast, which wasn't the best, there weren't many kind of food. The beds were comfy, the rooms were tidy. The walls are very thin, you could hear everything happening not just from the other room but from the whole corridor. The staff were polite though. I could relax after 10pm, when other guests slept too. it could use a refurbishment.

We requested & received a high floor balcony room with mountain view facing front. (4th floor is the top.) Room was a large junior suite on 4th floor, but due to some low ceiling beams, I kept hitting my head while navigating around the furniture. (I'm 5'11".) Visited Restaurant Centrale. Delicious food, nice atmosphere, reasonable prices and extremely quick service, which was really surprising. From what I tasted, highly recommend trying goulash and for dessert - tiramisu (apple strudel is a close second).

Heaven! Slightly off the center. Delightful family-run hotel surrounded by greenery. A stone's throw from the path to the Ces hut. Hotel is located on the banks of the Plank pond: with so many ducks! If you want to relax, it doesn't get any better. The restaurant is also excellent, the waiters are very kind and attentive to meet all needs.

Price was great, staff were super helpful, facilities including laundry, pool, games and parking along with proximity to the center make this a great place to stay. The only thing you should be aware of is that some of the rooms are dated but they're fully functional and equipped, when balancing this with the other points it's a non issue.

At a cost of 550 euros per day, we took advantage of a beautiful room, huge and "mansard" on the top floor. Great dinner in mid-August. A sumptuous wine list (The Bowl of Cherry Blossoms from the Wine Anthology). The hotel is not for everyone, but it's worth it. We have relaxed after months of isolation ... which was necessary. We had a really lovely stay at Hotel Regina; the employees especially are what made the trip memorable. They took great care and went out of thier way to make sure we had a special stay. They were also very accommodating of our furry, four-legged family member. Would highly recommend!
