Very nice place, did not use the wellness, but had the half board dinner with the room. Meal was very good, and service excellent. Rooms well appointed and typical for the area. Town is nice and only slightly touristy a nice place for an evening or morning walk, or shopping. Only down side was the cost, a little on the steep side.

The food, service, location, room, and spa were all great. The only problem was parking, not that unusual for hotels in Italy. The small cramped parking lot was full most of the time. We had to park a quarter mile up the road.

In a fantastic location an hotel in refurbishment, we found a fantastic staff , from the kitchen to the tour guide that made Us feel at home , keep on going guys…you are on the good route….

The pool and sauna were great. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Fairly close to some good trails.

We only used the spa, and was great. They sauna, jakuzzi, swimming pool, relax area. You can drink water, tea, and eat apples there. I would recommend it 5/5

we enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. It is a very clean and comfy place, with friendly staff and lovely wellness. rooms were clean and big enough. we have to take one star from our rating down due to our personal prefferences: we missed just a real duvet, as there were just blankets and quilts. there was no vegetables for breakfast. wellness closed at 7:30 which we found a bit too early. also...

Great property with incredible views but limited restaurants in town

We had the best experience at Hotel Luis. Giacomo and the staff made us feel like they were welcoming us into their home. They were so helpful and went above and beyond many times over, making our stay and our trip a delight. Can’t say enough about their hospitality. Highly recommend!

We were been very satisfied with accomodation. Hotel is overall pretty nice and well stylized. Staff have been willing everytime we needed some help. Wellness services was excelent! Personally, i would like to highlite the orthopedical mattress and pillows, which is the thing we really appreciate.

Very welcoming place near Fiera di Primiero center. The staff are young and really helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. We chose full board and were extremely satisfied. Rich, varied and very good menu. To highlight the well-stocked breakfast buffet, there is also a mini buffet dedicated to children. The hotel also has a bar service.

I loved the hotel! The spa is amazing with its outdoor jacuzzi, great for people with kids since there’s a sort of baby parking area. The location is perfect, lots of amenities nearby.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I bike packed here from Venice on a month-long trip and couldn’t have been happier with my stay. Apparently I was the first guest to ever bike there from Venice. :-) Davide and his front desk colleague were amazing and very flexible with my checkout due to rain. Wonderful hotel in the heart of the Dolomites. We've spent 4 nights there and we will be going back. The view from the room is amazing, and even the bathroom has its own balcony. Their restaurant serves delicious food. For dinner we've tried the menu and the a la carte options and both were exceptional. The staff is very friendly and they are looking out for you.

The breakfast was outstanding! Hardly ever have I seen such a variety of choices. Soy milk was very appreciated. The room was spacious. Next time we will make use of the spa and the restaurant.

Fantastic experience, really 4 stars as expected clean with attention to every detail, the rooms different from each other with its particularity, finely furnished with modern references and natural wood, the really large spacious rooms, the gem is the linen bed, satin sheets and pillows where you sink to be enveloped in a restorative cuddle. In many rooms there is also a Jacuzzi. Impeccable service...

Beautiful hotel with lift and friendly and helpful staff. I only stayed one night, but would happily return. Rich breakfast the next morning. Just a few problems: the windowsill window didn't close properly, plus the shower didn't deliver cold water. Maybe it was just my room problems. Despite everything, super tidy and clean double room, with beautiful mountain views.

Just returned from a stay at Fiera The hotel is in a wonderful location, just steps from the center and on the road leading to the ski slopes. Hotel located in a very quiet place, away from the chaos, in the middle of the meadows. Clean and comfortable rooms. Ideal place for families with small children, both for the kitchen (vegetables from their garden) and for the large, safe, fenced garden. Cuisine with lots of choice and good quality. Wow! Unique walk in an enchanting landscape! Walk of 1h and 30 from the car park to the Treviso refuge, where there is a glacier accessible on foot. It seemed easy, but the last 800m are quite steep uphill, but worth doing even if you arrive a little tired. At the end the refuge offers different local dishes to make a nice lunch on a breathtaking view. I think photos can speak for me.
