Hotel Luis in Fiera di Primiero

I had one of the most unpleasant experiences at Hotel Luis. Despite being paying guests, we were treated with complete disrespect. The owner’s attitude was unacceptable from the start, and the worst part was when he decided to close the hotel at midnight, stating that he needed to sleep! This left us feeling stranded and completely unwelcome, as if our comfort didn’t matter at all. Even with good food and decent service from the staff, the owner’s behavior overshadowed everything. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. There are far better options where guests are treated with the respect and care they deserve. And as the cherry on top of this disastrous experience, we discovered that the final bill didn’t match the negotiated price! If we hadn’t checked it ourselves, we would have been overcharged.

We were guests of this hotel one night in July. From the outside it looks nice but the first thing that hits you when you enter is the musty smell in the lobby. The room was nice even if the furnishings were dated. We stayed in the spa, nice but with an annoying smell of bleach and perhaps a little small and poorly maintained. We decided to have dinner in the hotel since at the reception they told us about a dinner with a choice of 5 first courses, second courses, buffet side dish and mixed desserts for 30 euros. It looked good and we had excellent expectations as it was a 4 star! A 4-star hotel that doesn't think about offering a vegetarian menu to its guests but that tries to imitate something at the last moment and that, and this is really nice, apologizes because that very evening there is no fish in menu (typically vegetarian dish!). A further lack of respect and professionalism is the acidic and surly way with which they treated us when we decided to leave the table without having dinner and go to another restaurant in the area to eat something. Same haughty treatment reserved the following morning, as if we had somehow been "branded". Overall terrible experience and definitely not recommended!

last Saturday my boyfriend, my best friend and her boyfriend stayed one night in this hotel, never again... The owner, when our boys left the hotel, came to our room without knocking and opened the door as if nothing was. This doesn't seem like an appropriate attitude from a hotel owner to me.
