Nice hotel in a fourteenth hundred villa. The rooms and grounds are nice with character. The staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast is good and they have a SPA that is good for relaxing after a business day or sightseeing.

We have a wonderful week of holiday celebrated in Villa La Fornacina. Although the apartment was small, it was fully equipped. The clean, fairly large pool is surrounded by a high plane tree and a hedge, so you can always sit in the shade. Overall it's very nice, despite being in the middle of two very busy roads. well-maintained property with all rooms wood. The pool is not bad. Fair breakfast. Too bad that the cleaning was not at the top. Water full of incrustations, non-clean bidet and window sill with lots of dust and dead spiders.

I can't say enough about this place. Beautiful views, interesting rooms, fantastic pool. Once in a lifetime experience!

Wonderful place, inserted in a unique context of peace and tranquility. The owners are very nice and helpful. Equipped with every comfort, the pool is very large and clean. Close to the most famous towns and villages of Chianti.

Nice camping, but very crowded in the main season. Swimming pools are getting to small for the amount of people. Camping was fully booked, full streets, full restaurants and so on. Accommodation was clean and nice. There are a lot of hills on this camping and getting around takes some effort and time.

First night on the site, Sunday 5th August 2017 and we were able to make a reservation for 4 at 7pm. It was very busy and some guests appeared to be getting turned away. The place is open until 10.30pm so I don't know whether it is essential to book, there are another two restaurants on site, also open until 10.30pm I think. Service was a bit slow but thus is understandable due to how busy it was....

At the moment it is not very busy at the swimming pools. There are enough chairs. And around 9:30 you can pick a good place yourself. I found Locanda Casanuova absolutely amazing place for reconnecting and retreat. The host and all personnel are the kindest people ever. The food and wine is excellent, perfect combination of flavours with magnificent view to Toscana. Perfectly clean rooms with excellent olive cosmetics. We were here for a week in summer 2020. The host (Lorna) had received many cancellations and so we were with only one other family. The apartments are very roomy and cool despite the sometimes hot Tuscan sun. The pool is large and very nicely situated, overlooking the surrounding hills. Lorna is an excellent host and provided us with many suggestions for places to eat. Highly recommended!

A true gem of a farmstay in amogst the family's olive groves and around the corner from Sting's famous farmyard pizzeria. The apartment has charm and is cosy with all the equipment you need. Host Enza is so friendly, we booked last minutes without breakfast, i requested breakfast for 6 at 730AM, they are kind enough to prepare us home made breakfast by 9 AM!
