The staff and owners are extraordinarily kind. I took advantage of the half board and I must say that I had a great time. It is the classic spa hotel, well maintained with small rooms but comfortable for those who only have to stay a few days. Certainly in 2021 a more modern TV and a mini bar in the room would not hurt.

I absolutely recommend a stay .. clean rooms, very friendly staff and always available for any change of program. As for the food..excellent!

Comfortable hotel, but it's difficult to come by a coach. One way street, no room to turn back, but a staff is very helpful

The staff were very friendly: I had to check out early on Sunday (at 7.30am) and was not expecting to be able to have breakfast but there was an entire delicious buffet ready for me at 7am anyway!

We went to the "viecc a trovà" hotel restaurant and ate well with fair prices. The lady is very kind.

Truly a beautiful place where anything like immediately. The staff / property immediately fulfilled our needs and was a prodigy in order to make us feel at home. Excellent arrangement of the furniture in the room and finally a beautiful TV in front of the Latvian that seems obvious but it is not. Sufficient breakfast but great staff. Very friendly 3 star family run hotel. No swimming pool or sun beds if that's what your in to. Nice sun terrace with tables and chairs. Close to restaurants and shops.

A clean friendly basic hotel. No tea/coffee in room. Basic food but no tea/coffee offered with dinner. Bedding poor leaving is cold at night. Entrance extremely steep being disabled I had difficulty getting to hotel door.

We spent New Year's Eve here, the room is functional and has all the necessary comforts, our room overlooked the Grand Hotel Terme Fiuggi, the breakfast was rich and varied, the receptionist was kind and very attentive to satisfying our every request I highly recommend staying there, excellent value for money. I was there with my parents who last stayed here (full board) in 1984. For them a welcome return and for me (born seven years later) a pleasant surprise. Friendly and helpful staff, here you can try the real local and homemade cuisine, homemade spaghetti alla chitarra, excellent both with fresh mushrooms and "amatriciana". The dessert is also good, a millefeuille always made by them, exquisite cream...

We stayed 3 nights in the period of August and we had a wonderful time. Room is perfectly clean hotel, large spaces with maximum comfort and impeccable service. Alessandro manages everything with passion and dedication to the customer, maximum kindness and courtesy. Excellent breakfast with high quality products. My family and I highly recommend it and it is the fourth year that we return to this hotel...

Surrounding of the hotel is green. Reception, corridors and rooms are clear. However, as mentioned by the other reviewers, there is a problem with the hot water availability. Number of electrical sockets is limited. Heating system works through hours per day in November, but as I understand it is quite common in Italy.

Not a bad location, the rooms are very small, the cleanliness could be done better (too much dust), the breakfast is top, the staff are friendly, except the ladies who clean the rooms wake you up before 8 because they clean the other rooms and make a fuss, it's not a nice thing for those who are on holiday and also want to get married again. Early November 2022. Group travel by bus. The rooms are clean, specious and well equipped. The sheets and towels were fragnant and clean. Fresh towels every day. The Breakfast was typical Italian, plenty of sweets. Very tasteful home made crostate. We had dinners there, too. It was a three course meal, pasta or soup, meat with potatoes and deserts. Apparently modest location, room with bathroom without particular elegance, but spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, very kind owners indeed. We only had breakfast and the cakes and cappuccino were superb. We will be back in the spring to taste the cuisine too

Pros: the room grade enough, very comfortable beds, very good bathroom, hot or cold shower as you want, free wifi, parking, good breakfast but missing the part of vegetables, ham and cheese (I only had breakfast , so I can't tell you about the other meals). Cons: Closet lock was almost broken, wifi not always working. Despite this, it is a good base and the staff is fast and kind!...

Everything was perfect! Our room was very clean and nice. The staff is professional, warm and very helpful. This was our second time in Iris Crillon in a month. We were so happy with everything that we came back. I am sure we will visit here for the third time next time when we come to Italy. Greetings from Finland!

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, great water pressure, very firm bed and pillows. Jean-Carlo was so helpful and informative, great reviews about local goods, helped me with my bags to my other area hotel. Good breakfast (included) and views.

I recommend to stay here. The rooms are big with fresh towels and shower equipment everyday. You can enjoy nice breakfast and they fry egg if you want. Thanks to the friendly and warm attitude to the visitors I felt myself wonderful. Nice location.

Lovely Hotel, very comfortable rooms, showers are 10 out of 10. Good food , but mainly 5 courses for fixed price of 15euros. Situated just off MAIN thoroughfare. Only one downside was no aircon in rooms, & when we we there in August it was 42deg in the shade. Very accommodating staff.

Great hotel and owners! Breakfasts are included in the stay. We arrived in the afternoon...and the owner of the hotel treated us to a delicious lunch! In general, all the dishes here are cooked with love and more portions! We really liked it here...recommend it!

Sweet place. We were a large group so needed 5 rooms. Some of the rooms were much better than the others. Breakfast was good and included some exquisite jams and honeys. The host is a lovely man who communicated very well with us.

Honestly, one of the best stays my wife and I have had in Italy. Family owned and operated with a restaurant on site. They make almost all of the food from their own products from the farm. Nice swimming pool that was tucked between old Roman walls. Rooms are very nice and feel very comfortable. I'd love to come back and visit just to say hi to the amazing family that owns the property. Beautiful property, large sized rooms, jacuzzi bathtub. The property has a swimming pool on site, a restaurant, and plenty of seating area if you just want to sit and read a book, outside or inside. For a small fee, you can have breakfast in the morning, and it was delicious. We also did dinner at the restaurant one of the nights and it was some of the best food of my life. Excellent location for those arriving by public transport as it is located a short distance from the bus station. Great for seniors and for longer stays. It enjoys a beautiful garden where you can spend the afternoons. Near the anticolana source.

A hotel located in a truly privileged position: in the middle of a wonderful park, very close to the center of Fiuggi. The availability and the courtesy of the owner make this hotel really welcoming.
