Spacious room with balcony - too bad the view wasn't the best. Spa was well kept and clean. Friendly staff. Close to Rome. Delicious dinner. Loved the appetisers! Breakfast had many choices - don't eat the pancakes nor the maple syrup (wasn't real Canadian maple syrup. 😂😂)

Very nice hotel room but I had problems with the payment they said something I did something else so was not so happy about it

It was a beautiful and classy hotel. The service of the staff who were as refined as the history of the hotel was also good. I was so sad that I had to take a day off from traveling from Tuscany to Sorrento. Spa is famous city. Next year, my family decided to come back with a relaxed schedule.

The staff were lovely and the indoor pool is beautiful. There is a Turkish bath with the suana and steam room. And the rooms are comfortable.

Very nice hotel as per italian standards. Small parking and you have to leave your keys at the reception but they manage it. I think it would be difficult to find anything better in fiuggi. Good value for money. Rooms clean and very good housekeeping!

Great central location, Spa & beauty treatments. Gym,sauna plus indoor/outdoor bar areas,food was tasty & plentiful .Busy spot due to weddings,parties & conferences ONLY downside was the Language barrier with Staff & any Info sheets all in Italian and Greek.

Very comfortable hotel. Conveniently located in Fiuggi. You can have your relax time from spa, steam tube, and sauna. Also water bedding are available and open air spa to enjoy. Food is perfectly in Italian style. Breakfast is ok with both continental and typical Italian coffee and cappuccino. The parking slot isn't that large, but it's for free and the doorman helps you to find your parking place...

The hotel "Ambassiatori" just Super!!! Is one of the best in the city. The position of the hotel in very quiet area. The hotel is located in the city centre, between the two thermal parks.The Hospitable Staff.Very happy

Seemed new, exceptionally clean and nice. Staff was professional, nothing more nothing less. They could've been more informative at check in, we had to ask for all information ourselves about the spa, breakfast etc. Spa was a nice touch for our last night in Italy. Breakfast was basic but good and plentiful. Over all a good experience 😊

I stayed there for a summer school (6 days). My room was amazing! Renovated, very clean and cosy. All the people that work there are so friendly and always tried to help me. Even the other tenants were sweet and friendly. Overall it was a great experience, totally recommend!

Everything was perfect! Our room was very clean and nice. The staff is professional, warm and very helpful. This was our second time in Iris Crillon in a month. I recommend to stay here. The rooms are big with fresh towels and shower equipment everyday. You can enjoy nice breakfast and they fry egg if you want. Thanks to the friendly and warm attitude to the visitors I felt myself wonderful. Nice location.

Lovely Hotel, very comfortable rooms, showers are 10 out of 10. Good food , but mainly 5 courses for fixed price of 15euros. Situated just off MAIN thoroughfare. Only one downside was no aircon in rooms, & when we we there in August it was 42deg in the shade. Very accommodating staff.

Lovely place in the city but in the woods. Full service pool professional owner but attentive to every detail. I recommend full board. The breakfast is plentiful and the pool is surrounded by a fantastic green corner. In reality the hotel is in the woods adjacent to the entrance to the spa. Fantastic reality. Family atmosphere but extremely elegant. Prices are very low. A must visit ❤

Reasonable price Clean and kind staff There is no laundry service or coin laundry but you can use coin laundry in downtown of Fiuggi which is placed next to supermarket "SIGMA Fuiggi".

The place has reasonable price, the food is great, facilities are clean and staff members are educated and polite. If it wasn't for the chaotic check in process thay could have gotten a perfect score. Highly recommended nonetheless.

We are staying as a group with leger travel. Our room is clean and comfy, although the shower is very small. We have a balcony overlooking the foyer. Not as impressive as in the photos. Plus the cleaning team leaves something to be desired (and some hairs on the bathroom wall). We stayed here on our one week trip to the region and had a fabulous stay. The hotel is in the most gorgeous setting with pituresque views from the roof, wonderful for an evening glass of wine. The hotel staff were amazing; so accommodating with nothing too much trouble, they were able to recommend the best places to eat and made us feel like part of the family.

The hotel has too few parking place and the room was too small, that a person can't open the door if near the bed and there is no space for the luggage. The personnel is very gentle and helpful and the hotel itself was recently renovated, but the price is too high for the room dimension and services (without air condicioning).

The food is passable. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were some issues like the Wi-Fi not getting to our room and that the wall plugs made out chargers boiling hot. The staff were nice to us and very professional but they only spoke Italian.

I'm leaving tomorrow ..but two days in this hotel are fantastic Dear staff. Quiet room a swimming pool surrounded by fantastic green and well cared for. Abundant breakfast even if only sweet .. a stone's throw from the center .. Experience with nothing else to redo!

I was a guest of the Hotel for New Year's Eve, there were Christmas decorations so beautiful that passersby entered the courtyard to take pictures. Warm, clean and quiet rooms with an easy-to-use air conditioning system - crank with 1, 2 and 3 - may seem futile but in many hotels you need an engineering degree to get the temperature you want. The staff is very friendly and always present, great flexibility...

If you are looking for a modern hotel with locked windows don't come here. This is a beautiful Art Nouveau structure, with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. The rooms have a small terrace. Very good catering and very kind staff. I will return, I hope, with other groups.

Mr. Gino was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was really nice, it's a family oriented hotel and also good for couples who want a relaxing time. We got the chance to use some of the free amenities like: pool, garden, billiard room. Highly recommended to visit this amazing hotel.

We were in a pilgrimage may 2018 and we are housed in this hotel. A very nice hotel and much more is the very accomodating owner (Gino) and staff very much willing to serve us food either 4:00am or late at night.

Personalize service was excellent. We were 42 pilgrimes and the hotel was very flexible in adjusting time for the breakfast and dinner according to our request.

After a summer of work, we allowed ourselves a weekend of complete rest and we chose the right place: the welcome was excellent, the room, small but beautiful and original, and then what we were looking for, the relaxing SPA, with qualified personnel. In short, we can't wait to go back !!!
