Just a wonderful stay with great amenities and at a reasonable price. Many hotels in Fiuggi are charging astronomical amounts and pricing out most people. Silva is focused on customer service and we had an amazing experience, will definitely be back.

I just want to know everybody that this hotel has a wonderful team. I wanna thank them their job on 08.07.2023 when our flight was cancelled and we were transported to this hotel for the night. It was a beautiful and classy hotel. The service of the staff who were as refined as the history of the hotel was also good. I was so sad that I had to take a day off from traveling from Tuscany to Sorrento. Spa is famous city. Next year, my family decided to come back with a relaxed schedule.

The staff were lovely and the indoor pool is beautiful. There is a Turkish bath with the suana and steam room. And the rooms are comfortable.

A very majestic and regal, beautiful inside and with friendly staff. However the spa is not particularly beautiful, in fact it is essentially mediocre.

Main part of Hotel and amineties were OK...Kleen and well kept with good out door seating area. Bar prices were good. Evening meal was very good... However the room wasn't over generous in size and the bathroom was very very small... When using the toilet part of you was in the shower. Non of the air conditioning worked we opened the balcony doors in our room to let some cool air in and unfortunately...

Lovely place in the city but in the woods. Full service pool professional owner but attentive to every detail. I recommend full board. The breakfast is plentiful and the pool is surrounded by a fantastic green corner. In reality the hotel is in the woods adjacent to the entrance to the spa. Fantastic reality. Family atmosphere but extremely elegant. Prices are very low. A must visit ❤

Reasonable price Clean and kind staff There is no laundry service or coin laundry but you can use coin laundry in downtown of Fiuggi which is placed next to supermarket "SIGMA Fuiggi".

Small family run hotel striving to improve itself, and getting there!

Clean room , no fridge balcony or safe pleasant staff

We stayed here on our one week trip to the region and had a fabulous stay. The hotel is in the most gorgeous setting with pituresque views from the roof, wonderful for an evening glass of wine. The hotel staff were amazing; so accommodating with nothing too much trouble, they were able to recommend the best places to eat and made us feel like part of the family.

The hotel has too few parking place and the room was too small, that a person can't open the door if near the bed and there is no space for the luggage. The personnel is very gentle and helpful and the hotel itself was recently renovated, but the price is too high for the room dimension and services (without air condicioning).

Small showering booth, low beds, old AC, flimsy blankets, and a simple breakfast. Not bad, not good. Adequate for what you pay.

Disappointing, except for the lady receptionist. Foid mediocre, rooms ok. Male members of staff treated guests with an undisguished air of superiority

Oldish furniture, good meal, nice view on one side of building, small shower. Overall: it's correct, not perfect.

The food is passable. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were some issues like the Wi-Fi not getting to our room and that the wall plugs made out chargers boiling hot. The staff were nice to us and very professional but they only spoke Italian.

Sono stato con mia moglie una notte, Abbiamo usufruito della Spa e siamo stati veramente bene, in portineria sono stati educati ed hanno soddisfatto le nostre richieste, la colazione ricca e ben fatta ed abbiamo conosciuto il Maitre Annito che è stato molto educato, simpatico e professionale. Struttura molto bella anche se datata . Stanno apportando delle migliorie ma c’è ancora molto da fare . Gli ampi corridoi sono bellissimi . Nel complesso buona la pulizia . Colazione con poca scelta ma tutto di ottima qualità . Personale molto cordiale !

Very nice, clean, well cared for. All anti-covid-19 regulations are observed. It has a beautiful park and a beautiful swimming pool. Large rooms. Aesthetically very pleasant. Owner absolutely helpful, nice and kind as well as all the staff. In the restaurant with fixed menu you can eat very well! Compliments!

I'm leaving tomorrow ..but two days in this hotel are fantastic Dear staff. Quiet room a swimming pool surrounded by fantastic green and well cared for. Abundant breakfast even if only sweet .. a stone's throw from the center .. Experience with nothing else to redo!

It was just one night and I haven't been there long, so what I can say: clean, friendly stuff, good breakfast, great location, very good value for money. I think I will consider this place next year!!

Mr. Gino was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was really nice, it's a family oriented hotel and also good for couples who want a relaxing time. We got the chance to use some of the free amenities like: pool, garden, billiard room. Highly recommended to visit this amazing hotel.

The hotel is a little dated but extremely well maintained and very clean. Gino and the staff are lovely and the food is very good.

Impeccable cleanliness throughout the structure, every detail is taken care of by Mr. Gino, attentive and present hotelier. It had been a long time since we had come across scented white sheets and towels. Well-kept park with a variety of flowers and plants and a heated and clean swimming pool. Observe all covid procedures carefully. The excellent breakfast with delicious homemade cakes every morning...

We were in a pilgrimage may 2018 and we are housed in this hotel. A very nice hotel and much more is the very accomodating owner (Gino) and staff very much willing to serve us food either 4:00am or late at night.

After a summer of work, we allowed ourselves a weekend of complete rest and we chose the right place: the welcome was excellent, the room, small but beautiful and original, and then what we were looking for, the relaxing SPA, with qualified personnel. In short, we can't wait to go back !!!

We stayed at the hotel for the second time as part of a school trip. As in our memories, we were particularly well received by attentive and very pleasant staff in a clean hotel. The whole team was very patient and caring with the students (birthday cakes, loans of keys when they were forgotten in the room, etc.). We will definitely choose this hotel for our next stay!

Very good came as a group for two nights the rooms are very functional the staff very pleasant I recommend. The location is pretty good, we spent the day in Rome and the next day we were going to Naples, which didn't take much transport time between the hotel and Naples.

The staff is very helpful, kind and smiling with customers. The rooms are furnished in a 60's style, however the bathrooms are very modern and spacious.

We had a great time, comfortable hotel at the spa, very clean, rich breakfast, Mr. Roberto is professional and very nice and he also advises you on where to go and taste the typical products of the area. I highly recommend it

We really enjoyed it! Mrs. Gina, together with her husband, Mrs. Recommends and the splendid Roberto, for a week made us feel at home !! They are all very kind and very helpful: we needed to have breakfast very early in the morning and Roberto has always satisfied us! Even at 5am freshly prepared breakfast! Simply fantastic cuisine, it's hard not to make an encore of carbonara, matriciana or saltimbocca...

Comfortable hotel, but it's difficult to come by a coach. One way street, no room to turn back, but a staff is very helpful
