My stay exceeded expectations! Hotel staff was very accommodating, meals were wonderful. The purpose of my stay was the group cycling. The ride leaders were fantastic! They safely guided us through the countryside to scenic and historical sights. The spa and pool facilities were great after a day of cycling. I highly recommend, and I would do this trip again!

Lovely hotel. Great facilities. Excellent service and good food. Only disappointment was that we asked for a lower floor and were allocated a top floor room. Beautiful, comfortable, clean room, but we had to keep the curtains closed and we could not use the balcony because of my fear of heights.

It was a beautiful and classy hotel. The service of the staff who were as refined as the history of the hotel was also good. I was so sad that I had to take a day off from traveling from Tuscany to Sorrento. Spa is famous city. Next year, my family decided to come back with a relaxed schedule.

The staff were lovely and the indoor pool is beautiful. There is a Turkish bath with the suana and steam room. And the rooms are comfortable.

I had an excellent stay here. With a guided mountainbike ride, comfortable bed and bath, and amazing spa services. The location is a walk away from the bus, and lots of local eateries and cafes.

Overall a wonderful place. Very clean, comfortable bed, fast Internet, decent breakfast with plenty of coffee choices if that's your thing. Activities and spa services as well. Small family run hotel striving to improve itself, and getting there!

Clean room , no fridge balcony or safe pleasant staff

We stayed here on our one week trip to the region and had a fabulous stay. The hotel is in the most gorgeous setting with pituresque views from the roof, wonderful for an evening glass of wine. The hotel staff were amazing; so accommodating with nothing too much trouble, they were able to recommend the best places to eat and made us feel like part of the family.

The hotel has too few parking place and the room was too small, that a person can't open the door if near the bed and there is no space for the luggage. The personnel is very gentle and helpful and the hotel itself was recently renovated, but the price is too high for the room dimension and services (without air condicioning).

The whole place could do with a deep clean, the lift smells dusty and damp. Staff are helpful enough, and efficient But i would not wish to return. Breakfast could be so much better, with fresh fruit more choice.

Lovely place in the city but in the woods. Full service pool professional owner but attentive to every detail. I recommend full board. The breakfast is plentiful and the pool is surrounded by a fantastic green corner. In reality the hotel is in the woods adjacent to the entrance to the spa. Fantastic reality. Reasonable price Clean and kind staff There is no laundry service or coin laundry but you can use coin laundry in downtown of Fiuggi which is placed next to supermarket "SIGMA Fuiggi".

I was a guest of the Hotel for New Year's Eve, there were Christmas decorations so beautiful that passersby entered the courtyard to take pictures. Warm, clean and quiet rooms with an easy-to-use air conditioning system - crank with 1, 2 and 3 - may seem futile but in many hotels you need an engineering degree to get the temperature you want. If you are looking for a modern hotel with locked windows don't come here. This is a beautiful Art Nouveau structure, with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. The rooms have a small terrace. Very good catering and very kind staff. I will return, I hope, with other groups.

The food is passable. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were some issues like the Wi-Fi not getting to our room and that the wall plugs made out chargers boiling hot. The staff were nice to us and very professional but they only spoke Italian.

I'm leaving tomorrow ..but two days in this hotel are fantastic Dear staff. Quiet room a swimming pool surrounded by fantastic green and well cared for. Abundant breakfast even if only sweet .. a stone's throw from the center .. Experience with nothing else to redo!

We were in a pilgrimage may 2018 and we are housed in this hotel. A very nice hotel and much more is the very accomodating owner (Gino) and staff very much willing to serve us food either 4:00am or late at night.

After a summer of work, we allowed ourselves a weekend of complete rest and we chose the right place: the welcome was excellent, the room, small but beautiful and original, and then what we were looking for, the relaxing SPA, with qualified personnel. In short, we can't wait to go back !!!

We stayed at the hotel for the second time as part of a school trip. As in our memories, we were particularly well received by attentive and very pleasant staff in a clean hotel. The whole team was very patient and caring with the students (birthday cakes, loans of keys when they were forgotten in the room, etc.). We will definitely choose this hotel for our next stay!

Very good came as a group for two nights the rooms are very functional the staff very pleasant I recommend. The location is pretty good, we spent the day in Rome and the next day we were going to Naples, which didn't take much transport time between the hotel and Naples.
