great rooms and service

It was a beautiful and classy hotel. The service of the staff who were as refined as the history of the hotel was also good. I was so sad that I had to take a day off from traveling from Tuscany to Sorrento. Spa is famous city. Next year, my family decided to come back with a relaxed schedule.

The staff were lovely and the indoor pool is beautiful. There is a Turkish bath with the suana and steam room. And the rooms are comfortable.

Beautiful and elegant....spacious and relaxing....just missing some detail in the decoration of some of the things the rest great location

A very majestic and regal, beautiful inside and with friendly staff. However the spa is not particularly beautiful, in fact it is essentially mediocre.

Everything about Silva Spendid is really splendid! The room, the spa, the pools, the bike tour, the massages and the food, all perfect! The staff is helpful, friendly and so welcoming. We will definitely be back! So relaxing.

Spacious room with balcony - too bad the view wasn't the best. Spa was well kept and clean. Friendly staff. Close to Rome. Delicious dinner. Loved the appetisers! Breakfast had many choices - don't eat the pancakes nor the maple syrup (wasn't real Canadian maple syrup. 😂😂)

Nice stay. Wifi is very bad. Laundry service is expensive, be careful!

Very nice, clean, well cared for. All anti-covid-19 regulations are observed. It has a beautiful park and a beautiful swimming pool. Large rooms. Aesthetically very pleasant. Owner absolutely helpful, nice and kind as well as all the staff. In the restaurant with fixed menu you can eat very well! Compliments!

I'm leaving tomorrow ..but two days in this hotel are fantastic Dear staff. Quiet room a swimming pool surrounded by fantastic green and well cared for. Abundant breakfast even if only sweet .. a stone's throw from the center .. Experience with nothing else to redo!

Small family run hotel striving to improve itself, and getting there!

Clean room , no fridge balcony or safe pleasant staff

We stayed here on our one week trip to the region and had a fabulous stay. The hotel is in the most gorgeous setting with pituresque views from the roof, wonderful for an evening glass of wine. The hotel staff were amazing; so accommodating with nothing too much trouble, they were able to recommend the best places to eat and made us feel like part of the family.

The hotel has too few parking place and the room was too small, that a person can't open the door if near the bed and there is no space for the luggage. The personnel is very gentle and helpful and the hotel itself was recently renovated, but the price is too high for the room dimension and services (without air condicioning).

Main part of Hotel and amineties were OK...Kleen and well kept with good out door seating area. Bar prices were good. Evening meal was very good... However the room wasn't over generous in size and the bathroom was very very small... When using the toilet part of you was in the shower. Non of the air conditioning worked we opened the balcony doors in our room to let some cool air in and unfortunately...

Small showering booth, low beds, old AC, flimsy blankets, and a simple breakfast. Not bad, not good. Adequate for what you pay.

Lovely place in the city but in the woods. Full service pool professional owner but attentive to every detail. I recommend full board. The breakfast is plentiful and the pool is surrounded by a fantastic green corner. In reality the hotel is in the woods adjacent to the entrance to the spa. Fantastic reality. Family atmosphere but extremely elegant. Prices are very low. A must visit ❤

Reasonable price Clean and kind staff There is no laundry service or coin laundry but you can use coin laundry in downtown of Fiuggi which is placed next to supermarket "SIGMA Fuiggi".

Very nice hotel as per italian standards. Small parking and you have to leave your keys at the reception but they manage it. I think it would be difficult to find anything better in fiuggi. Good value for money. Rooms clean and very good housekeeping!

Great central location, Spa & beauty treatments. Gym,sauna plus indoor/outdoor bar areas,food was tasty & plentiful .Busy spot due to weddings,parties & conferences ONLY downside was the Language barrier with Staff & any Info sheets all in Italian and Greek.

We had an amazing time here in this beautiful and luxurious structure! The hotel is located in Fiuggi’s centre and you can reach it by car or by public transports! We’ve started our journey from the Heaven SPA…and let me tell you is a proper heaven! The staff is very friendly and very prepared! I had 2 massages by Paola (magia dei sensi and pulizia del viso) and omg I was living for it! Last massage...

Very silent and good hotel.

Seemed new, exceptionally clean and nice. Staff was professional, nothing more nothing less. They could've been more informative at check in, we had to ask for all information ourselves about the spa, breakfast etc. Spa was a nice touch for our last night in Italy. Breakfast was basic but good and plentiful. Over all a good experience 😊

I stayed there for a summer school (6 days). My room was amazing! Renovated, very clean and cosy. All the people that work there are so friendly and always tried to help me. Even the other tenants were sweet and friendly. Overall it was a great experience, totally recommend!

We stayed at the hotel for the second time as part of a school trip. As in our memories, we were particularly well received by attentive and very pleasant staff in a clean hotel. The whole team was very patient and caring with the students (birthday cakes, loans of keys when they were forgotten in the room, etc.). We will definitely choose this hotel for our next stay!

Very good came as a group for two nights the rooms are very functional the staff very pleasant I recommend. The location is pretty good, we spent the day in Rome and the next day we were going to Naples, which didn't take much transport time between the hotel and Naples.

I was a guest of the Hotel for New Year's Eve, there were Christmas decorations so beautiful that passersby entered the courtyard to take pictures. Warm, clean and quiet rooms with an easy-to-use air conditioning system - crank with 1, 2 and 3 - may seem futile but in many hotels you need an engineering degree to get the temperature you want. The staff is very friendly and always present, great flexibility...

If you are looking for a modern hotel with locked windows don't come here. This is a beautiful Art Nouveau structure, with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. The rooms have a small terrace. Very good catering and very kind staff. I will return, I hope, with other groups.

Very modern bathroom with many features and gadgets. Room without too many pretensions. Bad price / quality ratio. For the night of August we paid 134 euros in 3. For the rest, competent but a little rude staff. Good breakfast. I don't consider it a 4 star hotel

Good simple and clean hotel, rooms a bit small but in the end it is not bad. Good breakfast, and nice staff.

The staff is very helpful, kind and smiling with customers. The rooms are furnished in a 60's style, however the bathrooms are very modern and spacious.

We had a great time, comfortable hotel at the spa, very clean, rich breakfast, Mr. Roberto is professional and very nice and he also advises you on where to go and taste the typical products of the area. I highly recommend it

I was a guest with my husband for a short time at the Fleming hotel in Fiuggi, together with my daughter, my sister-in-law and their respective families. For everyone it was a peaceful stay, made very pleasant by the kindness of the owner Matteo and by the punctuality of the staff. The cuisine is simply excellent. We will be back. The staff and owners are extraordinarily kind. I took advantage of the half board and I must say that I had a great time. It is the classic spa hotel, well maintained with small rooms but comfortable for those who only have to stay a few days. Certainly in 2021 a more modern TV and a mini bar in the room would not hurt.

I absolutely recommend a stay .. clean rooms, very friendly staff and always available for any change of program. As for the food..excellent!

We really enjoyed it! Mrs. Gina, together with her husband, Mrs. Recommends and the splendid Roberto, for a week made us feel at home !! They are all very kind and very helpful: we needed to have breakfast very early in the morning and Roberto has always satisfied us! Even at 5am freshly prepared breakfast! Simply fantastic cuisine, it's hard not to make an encore of carbonara, matriciana or saltimbocca...

The place has reasonable price, the food is great, facilities are clean and staff members are educated and polite. If it wasn't for the chaotic check in process thay could have gotten a perfect score. Highly recommended nonetheless.

We are staying as a group with leger travel. Our room is clean and comfy, although the shower is very small. We have a balcony overlooking the foyer. A kettle is in the room, no tea or coffee supplied you can buy a pack for 8 euros. Staff are friendly. Continental buffet breakfast, pastries, meat and cheese. We only had one evening meal in our hotel which was OK but after a 36 hour coach ride I would...

Not as impressive as in the photos. Plus the cleaning team leaves something to be desired (and some hairs on the bathroom wall). I also found a coin on the floor and left it there to see if it disappeared, and after 2 days it seems as if the floors arent cleaned. Breakfast is also ridiculously lacking.
