Excellent hotel on the coast of Formia. B & B in front of the beach, comfortable and clean. Our room, called Terracina, particularly spacious with a large terrace, located on the first floor. Minimal but sufficient breakfast. Very useful internal parking Friendly polite staff very helpful. Highly recommended for location, parking and staff.

Best place for your holiday. This hotel has beautiful sea view from every room. Perfect, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. I am love this place.

We had a lovely few days of stay. The staff has been very kind and available. Rooms are cozy, with that lovely antique style. For the low season we had the beach and pool more or less for ourselves. Relaxation! We would go back another time!

This hotel was the summer residence of the last Queen of Italy-Elena of Savoy. And that's it. Antique well-preserved furniture serving Royal personages, beautiful sea views, elegant interior.... and I was lucky to get into the inner sanctum of the hotel, through the courtesy of the owners. A former estate and a hidden gem. Well worth a 1-2 night stay. Excellent staff, good restaurant, comfortable rooms an classic seaside views.

A great location and fantastic reception service, unfortunately the restaurant suffer a lack of a good menu as if I understood well is a buffet, even the breakfast isn't at the top, the rooms are all Italian style a bit old that may not be liked by others

Wonderful staff, very friendly. Very clean, beautiful gardens and great views. Breakfast was ample with a good variety. We ate dinner one night and the fish was very fresh.

This was amazing stay in fantastic hotel. Would recommended to enyone. Place is just unbelievable with unforgettable views.

This Hotel is Stunning. Fantastic grounds and with modern facilities. Such a relaxing place. We stayed for 9 days. Staff are very friendly and speak good English. Rooms are spacious and modern. Pool area was excellent and kept clean. Food was fantastic and a good choice of drinks and cocktails

Nice clean hotel. On top of a little hill gets some tefreshing wind. The view is beautifull from the outdoor pool and park . You can fine outside and the food and service are ok. The staff is kind and friendly. I stopped nyvfor a business trip and it was perfect.

The staff was very friendly at Kora Park. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The grounds are lovely. I was very pleased with my stay.

Was a good hotel, now looks not tidy anymore as before. Looks almost a ghost house. Went here to play tennis and the field was deformed and craked. Sad to see this situation. Many big hotels in Formia are in these situation.

The breakfast buffet was good, with quite a lot more to offer than most other hotels. The room standard was not top notch, and showed signs of aging. Good location for families, as it was right by the beach.

Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect for going to the beach. The parking lot has more than enough space and is near to the rooms. We had everything in our room we needed. The room and the bath is modern. The hotel has a wonderfull big terrace with a sea view. Breakfast was typical italian: coffee/cappucino/tee, cornetto and cake. Fantastic! The Hotel is beautiful, modern, well-kept and above all super clean! The fact of being 1 meter from the beach is priceless (possibility to reserve at the hotel beach). Fantastic terrace overlooking the sea where you can have dinner or entertain yourself with a view of Gaeta, wonderful! The hotel has a large car park so zero stress! The staff was very kind and helpful we had a great time

Beautiful place, nicely renovated and very quiet, at least during my stay in early october. Wegen I opened the windows at night, it was perfectly silent except for the beautiful sound of the waves on the beach. Sunbeads on the beach were for free for hotel guests, and for lunch they served a big portion of excellent Spaguetti with mussels and clams at a very reasonable price. Noise insulation inside...

The breakfast was out-of-the-box and local pastries. The coffee was good. The dining room is lovely with a fine view of the sea, but we were there at the end of the season and I think they could not keep a chef available for all meals. The grounds, parking and access to the beach were outstanding. A classic early 20th century Victorian hotel.

We stayed from 19 to 25 July 2021 and this allowed us to appreciate the elegance, tranquility and fantastic location on the sea. All this made us breathe an atmosphere of old-fashioned elegance. We will definitely be back!

Thanks Robby, perfect stay, also from Vicky 🐶. Place not suitable for disabled people in wheelchairs, or with a walker, due to the stairs, and the bathroom with a step.

Really beautiful location, well-kept and very close to the sea, just cross the road to access the beautiful beach with Gaeta in the background. Very convenient for visiting the major points of interest, including the Ponziane islands. It was clean, comfortable and practical. Good bedroom and en-suite, with shared kitchen and sitting out area. The staff were engaging and helpful.

Curious location for this b & b, located in a beautiful and elegant architects' studio. The room was clean, very nice, modern, comfortable. Inside the room a very special bathroom has been created, graceful and complete with everything. However, there is a very nice, very clean, comfortable bathroom with shower in the structure, which customers can use. We were greeted with great kindness and availability...

I stayed in this structure only one night and then took the ferry to Ponza and it was really a pleasant surprise. The owner is very hospitable, kind, nice. The location is great! It is located in the main shopping street and a stone's throw from the covered parking. The rooms are neat, clean and functional. I advise!

Due to a travel mishap I did not ultimately have an opportunity to stay here, but want to deeply thank the owners for their kindness when I needed assistance with my reservation. Simple but clean and comfortable hotel. Good cooking. A little outside the center of Formia and the train station, but close enough to the sea.

Is a restaurant but also a pizzeria and a Inn. I went here for the pizza that is very "light", thanks to the dough ingredients, and is not expensive. Tables are available indoor (with air condition) and outdoor, under a tent.
