Wonderful staff, very friendly. Very clean, beautiful gardens and great views. Breakfast was ample with a good variety. We ate dinner one night and the fish was very fresh.

This was amazing stay in fantastic hotel. Would recommended to enyone. Place is just unbelievable with unforgettable views.

Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect for going to the beach. The parking lot has more than enough space and is near to the rooms. We had everything in our room we needed. Fantastic! The Hotel is beautiful, modern, well-kept and above all super clean! The fact of being 1 meter from the beach is priceless (possibility to reserve at the hotel beach). Fantastic terrace overlooking the sea where you can have dinner or entertain yourself with a view of Gaeta, wonderful! The hotel has a large car park so zero stress! Beautiful place, nicely renovated and very quiet, at least during my stay in early october. Wegen I opened the windows at night, it was perfectly silent except for the beautiful sound of the waves on the beach. Sunbeads on the beach were for free for hotel guests, and for lunch they served a big portion of excellent Spaguetti with mussels and clams at a very reasonable price. Noise insulation inside...

By the beach excellent food great night life

The breakfast was out-of-the-box and local pastries. The coffee was good. The dining room is lovely with a fine view of the sea, but we were there at the end of the season and I think they could not keep a chef available for all meals. The grounds, parking and access to the beach were outstanding. A classic early 20th century Victorian hotel.

We stayed from 19 to 25 July 2021 and this allowed us to appreciate the elegance, tranquility and fantastic location on the sea. All this made us breathe an atmosphere of old-fashioned elegance. We will definitely be back!

Simple but clean and comfortable hotel. Good cooking. A little outside the center of Formia and the train station, but close enough to the sea.

Is a restaurant but also a pizzeria and a Inn. I went here for the pizza that is very "light", thanks to the dough ingredients, and is not expensive. Tables are available indoor (with air condition) and outdoor, under a tent.

We stayed at the property during the Easter holidays. The stay was excellent: very comfortable bed and clean and tidy room. We also recommend you try their EXQUISITE restaurant for both fish and meat dishes. Very kind and professional staff, we can't wait to return... We thank the Celletti family again so much

A fantastic cool place , built like a resort with several different buildings. Location oversees the beach and you can choose beach chairs or pool chairs. I assume that this used to be a very luxurious place. A bit of paint and updates would not hurt. Same for the WiFi which was so slow that you believed that you were back in 2000. Service was super and the view from our room was fabulous

Beautiful location surrounded by greenery and the sea. Quiet and private. Very good food, perhaps the dishes were served too quickly. Serious and kind staff. Table overlooking the sea and Gaeta. Large, Epoque-style room with large chandeliers, everything has remained as it was in the years gone by! Advise!!

Extraordinary hotel with villas in the Mediterranean forest overlooking the sea. A lagoon between the barrier rocks: fine sand, very clean sea, very accurate seaside service. This Hotel is Stunning. Fantastic grounds and with modern facilities. Such a relaxing place. We stayed for 9 days. Staff are very friendly and speak good English. Rooms are spacious and modern. Pool area was excellent and kept clean. Food was fantastic and a good choice of drinks and cocktails

Nice clean hotel. On top of a little hill gets some tefreshing wind. The view is beautifull from the outdoor pool and park . You can fine outside and the food and service are ok. The staff is kind and friendly. I stopped nyvfor a business trip and it was perfect.

Was a good hotel, now looks not tidy anymore as before. Looks almost a ghost house. Went here to play tennis and the field was deformed and craked. Sad to see this situation. Many big hotels in Formia are in these situation.

Nice and quiet place with private beach accessible with a lift

The breakfast buffet was good, with quite a lot more to offer than most other hotels. The room standard was not top notch, and showed signs of aging. Good location for families, as it was right by the beach.

Excellent hotel on the coast of Formia. B & B in front of the beach, comfortable and clean. Our room, called Terracina, particularly spacious with a large terrace, located on the first floor. Minimal but sufficient breakfast. Very useful internal parking Friendly polite staff very helpful. Highly recommended for location, parking and staff.

I recommend this paradise surrounded by nature. It is forbidden to be bored thanks to the hospitality received and the stories of Mrs. Ada. We spent 4 unforgettable days here, characterized by varied and never predictable breakfasts, genuine tastes, mystical and bucolic scenarios. What left us amazed beyond the courtesy of the two hosts, was the impeccable cleanliness, better than any 4 or 5 star hotel...

We booked via booking.con but when we arrived they wanted to give us a smaller room saying the room we booked was for 4 people and asked us to pay double for the room we chose. But this was not indicated when we booked the place as we asked for a room for 2 adults. The larger room was vacant anyway. We chose not to accept the small room and didn't stay. We found other...

It's a very relaxing place. Not far from the beach and the sea (5min) you can discover a very particular mountain nature. Confortable and sweet home where to stay how much you like. Familiar approach. You can find a very high level of culture speaking with owners. I love it.

Great communication. Despite change in arrival time due to bus issue no worries. Midday check in so much appreciated. I stayed with my family at this B&B last week. The location is great, in the center of Formia near the port. Under the building there are all the necessary activities: bar, supermarket, bank, pharmacy etc. The owners are very helpful and courteous. They welcomed us, unloaded our bags and took us to our room. Being a historic building, the rooms are also in classic style, if you do not have many pretensions...

We stayed only one night in the structure, Marco was very kind and very helpful. The large rooms with super clean ensuite bathroom. The friendliness and generosity of the lady in charge of the breakfast (super abundant) made this stay at the top. Super recommended Thank you so much Until next time
