Stayed at this hotel in June 2025. The staff were more interested in looking after wedding guests that were not actually staying at this hotel, service was not what you would expect from such a beautiful hotel. I asked the manager for afternoon tea with my wife we waited 30 minutes no tea? I went to find out what the delay was only to find the manager sat at a table on his phone, sorry I forgot. The tea was served within minutes. This was not the only time we were over looked. We decided to have a light lunch toasted sandwich, this was nothing short of disgusting ( see photo) the Chiefs should be ashamed of themselves, to disguise the burnt toasted sandwich the Chief’s turned the sandwich over. I made my feelings clear. The room we stayed in was okay, sadly the air conditioning failed and was not fixed for 24 hours. The beach is nice and quiet in the week gets busy at the weekend. Note there is a lot of steps going down and back up. I personally wouldn’t go back.

We stayed at the property during the Easter holidays. The stay was excellent: very comfortable bed and clean and tidy room. We also recommend you try their EXQUISITE restaurant for both fish and meat dishes. Very kind and professional staff, we can't wait to return... We thank the Celletti family again so much

A fantastic cool place , built like a resort with several different buildings. Location oversees the beach and you can choose beach chairs or pool chairs. I assume that this used to be a very luxurious place. A bit of paint and updates would not hurt. Same for the WiFi which was so slow that you believed that you were back in 2000. Service was super and the view from our room was fabulous

Beautiful location surrounded by greenery and the sea. Quiet and private. Very good food, perhaps the dishes were served too quickly. Serious and kind staff. Table overlooking the sea and Gaeta. Large, Epoque-style room with large chandeliers, everything has remained as it was in the years gone by! Advise!!

HORRIBLE hotel!!!... They say 4 stars but 1 would already be too much, rooms from 50 years ago, dirty, the bedspread must have been at least 50 years old, also grandmother style, breakfast is also terrible, there is no care for the rooms, all for the modest sum of 130 euros per night, a steal.

We have just spent two nights in this hotel. At €210 with breakfast, we are not in a 4 star hotel. Rather a dilapidated and poorly maintained family inn THE + Magnificent setting Superb garden Delicious restaurant Restaurant service at lunchtime and in the evening perfect Swimming pool THE - Tiny rooms (impossible to pass with 2 bags) Horrible bed (the mattress must be 50 years old, it is completely deformed, back pain assured) Very poorly done housekeeping The price of the beach and the swimming pool is not included in the price of the room Very average reception Restaurant service in the morning very unpleasant Basic breakfast, little choice and nothing very fresh Wi Fi very bad Beach service lousy (despite the price, I had to ask twice for towels) Shower hose that leaked and had to be changed (but I had to ask twice) Room very noisy

Room with comfortable bed and vintage furniture, large terrace overlooking the sea with beautiful views and good sea views. Excellent WIFI connection as I have rarely found in the various 5-star hotels around the world. Breakfast poor in terms of offering, especially inexplicably lacking savory foods and fresh juices, only sweets and low quality concentrated juices. Overall, the privileged position makes you forgive the aforementioned flaws. Room price in line with the period and the level of the hotel, in my opinion the excessive cost of half board is unjustified, even considering the good quality of the service offered.

Extraordinary hotel with villas in the Mediterranean forest overlooking the sea. A lagoon between the barrier rocks: fine sand, very clean sea, very accurate seaside service. Excellent cuisine, of high quality with good technique. Absolute availability for the customer. Particular praise goes to the Director, a polite and competent person with total dedication to the customer. I'm sorry to have ended my holiday but I will return as soon as possible. This hotel is located on the seafront in Formia, very beautiful, with a classic style, but I think it fits very well here. The rooms are spacious and equipped with every comfort, as well as every disposable kit possible for every need. The staff was very kind and helpful, also for the cuisine which I found to be of quality, both for breakfast and dinner. I would say the cleanliness was very good....I will be back!
