M Glamour Hotel

I stayed in this hotel for four days. However, my friends and I don't have very good memories of this hotel... there would be a lot to explain... in summary I can say that the rooms were appalling, just think that from our first entry into the room there was an unpleasant odor. which persisted throughout our stay... furthermore the rooms were meticulous and narrow, so much so that it was even difficult to access the bathroom.
As for the service, I give them three stars overall because they carried out their efforts regularly. However, I gave two stars to the location because, especially during the winter season, there is no way to move around to relax or visit important tourist destinations, except by taking a bus or a shuttle... in short, even if I had to return within the Marche region, I think I will no longer stay in this hotel for the reasons listed there.

They don't know what hospetality is for foreigners. They have to learn a lot otherwise this hotel will not last.

Hotel is dirty and definately is not 4 star hotel! In the pool there are swimming insects and green algaes. Rooms are also dirty (layer of dust on the night lamp, wardrobe, behind bed). Moreover accordind to ranking standards 4 star hotel rooms should be at least 14 qm whilst they are 9qm... another point is food. It is disaster - no fruits, scrambled eggs are awful, no good tea/coffe. For dinner we got rissotto which contained rice and melted cheese - and we needed wait for this 30 mins. Even water is not free for the dinner!
Value for money is not delivered. Even in 1 or 2 star hotels it is way cleaner and food is better. There are ants in the rooms and some insects walking close to restaurants. I have pictures which confirm all of the above statements. Wifi is not working at all.
No idea who gave this hotel 4 stars - to put it mildly it is HUGE misunderstanding!
