Hotel Madison

This year I have already returned twice, it is so good, you always find cordiality, kindness, cleanliness of all the environments. A very fresh hall for relaxation really excellent. Parking behind the hotel for a fee but covered and uncovered. There is no 2 without 3 ;-) compliments to all
The staff always with a smile.

This hotel is quite large, there are two hotels attached together connected by the dining room.
The service is excellent, always available.
In the buffet there is a varied choice of starters and various vegetables, the buffet is made up of foods made by them, the waiters are kind and friendly.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
There is an electronic safe in the wardrobe, two bedside tables at the edge of the bed, a desk and a TV (what a shame it's not SMART).
The bathroom is quite clean and there is a comfortable corner shower.
The Wi-Fi in the hotel is not very strong and kept getting disconnected (because they are all connected to the same network).
The location is excellent (it is not near the sea), there is a promenade that reaches the port and all the bathrooms that border the promenade.
THE sea is not very clean especially in the afternoon when the waves bring algae to the shore and the beaches are clean, they are equipped with rubbish bins.
On the beach there is also a play area for children, a hot shower, table tennis and a beach volleyball court.
This experience was wonderful, I would like to go again as soon as possible, I recommend it.

Unfortunately I cannot evaluate the hotel in detail, because due to a problem with our booking I was unable to stay there.
But I want to leave a review regarding the treatment they gave us.
As I was saying, due to an error, our reservation had not arrived, when we introduced ourselves and clarified the inconvenience they immediately took action to find a solution and within 10 minutes they found us another hotel to stay in and took care of everything .
I must say a spectacular and very efficient service, so I hope to be able to return to these parts to stay in this hotel.😃

My partner and I spent 5 dream days with our rottweiler! The room for two people was more than fine, equipped with a bidet, shower and a mini balcony, mini bar and air conditioning! For two people and a large dog it was more than fine! Wonderful staff! Salvatore, Giuseppe and Simone were truly spectacular! We felt at home, always smiling and incredibly friendly! The food was really good, the mid-August celebration was just as wonderful as the menu and the cake! Excellent position . I would go back immediately! Thanks to all the staff (even the girl at the reception has always been super helpful with us!) Thank you very much, we will carry you in our hearts

Congratulations to everyone, excellent hotel, fabulous treatment. Eat as well. Fantastic and central location but also very quiet and serene. Staff and Davide very kind, professional and attentive.

We stayed for a week, we had a great time, the hotel was out of the way even if it was in the centre, a stone's throw from the sea, very clean, the food was good, the guys in the dining room were good and friendly, Giuseppe in particular was fantastic. I would definitely come back.

Nice place Gabicce!!! If you then find a welcoming structure like the Madison with excellent cuisine and excellent service with friendly, professional and very helpful staff, you have everything you could want. When you finish your holiday you return to Milan reluctantly. Anyway thanks to all the staff and see you soon you are the best.

Cozy room with air conditioning, no mini fridge, the staff was super friendly upon our arrival, they immediately let us use the luggage storage service. The central location makes the stay in the structure even more pleasant. Excellent value for money.

I stayed for 2 weeks (end of June and beginning of July) with a group of 34 elderly people. Excellent hotel. Staff at all levels, literally extraordinary. Excellent and varied restaurant. In 15 days never a repeated dish. Absolute cleanliness. Quiet location. The beach service staff were also very helpful. Gabicce has a shuttle that runs from the hotels to the beach for people with reduced mobility. Warmly recommended.
