The staff were excellent - a credit to the hotel. Enjoyed our room in the annexe as it had a great outside seating area. Meals were very good and great value. Interesting selection of wine, and helpful recommendations.

Located in a beautiful, relaxing, nature setting, Hotel Relais is perfect for a quiet or romantic getaway. Be sure to book dinner here-you will not want to leave once you arrive. Good selection of wine, a stunning pool (it was still open in October), beautiful rooms, and very friendly staff can be expected.

The hotel is magnificent and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It’s situated between some of the most iconic cities and villages in the Tuscan region. We’d come back anytime.

Beautiful location in heritage mill with wonderful food. Breakfast was generous and very tasty, however the dinner is not to missed with fabulous food and incredible local Chianti wines. The waiter deserves special mention as he easily accommodated our dietary requirements, provided excellent recommendations and in depth knowledge and expertise with the wines.

The building is extraordinary, the pool is nice and clean. The restaurant is not open, they only open for dinner and reservation is needed. Price for dinner is higher then other castles around the area. Food is very good. Coffee is very good and normally priced around 1 euro (2023). The road is bad and extremely dusty, yet accessible with normal cars

Beautiful hotel and setting. Facility is maintained in an immaculate condition by the professional and friendly staff. Pool is amazing and crystal clear/clean. The restaurant has a fixed menu but the food was delicious. The chef is talented, attentive and very involved in all aspects of the operation. The included breakfast was very well done. Rooms are spacious and well very comfortable.

Hotel Le Pozze di Lecchi isn't a bad hotel. The road to get there is pretty rough, especially in a stick shift, but we made it. The hotel from the outside and the lobby look amazing. Outside at the pool was great too. The staff was very helpful on wine tours and places to eat. The reason I am giving this hotel only 3 stars is because our room was pretty bad. The room was small but it is Europe and we didn't book a suite so my wife and I expected that, but the bed was very very uncomfortable, to the point neither of us slept well. There were mold looking stains on our sheeta (they did change those for us once we pointed that out to good sheets). The air conditioning did not work, it ran the entire day and night and our room was very warm anyways. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was pretty good but some of the other places we ate at were a lot better. My last complaint was the wifi straight up didn't work at all. My wife saw some reviews of people complaining about it, and we didn't need it so it wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice if it just worked a little. We were told they have it so it was disappointing to not have WiFi for 3 days. Overall, the hotel was not bad, we had a good time, but I would tell my friends to look for somewhere else first because I think there are better places for the same price.

An outstanding hotel. We received the absolutely best service during our stay here and there are three people that I’d especially like to mention. Vincenzo gave us great and honest recommendations making our trip absolutely fantastic and fitting to our needs. Pietro made our breakfast and pool-stays an absolutely joy and Max and his family gave this gem of a place the heart that it has. The rooms are cleaned impeccably each morning and the kitchen is great. Location-wise this is also a winner: you get there by driving a 1,5km dirt road bringing you to the peaceful Pozze. There is a little secret route which allows you to walk to the charming town of Lecchi in only 15 minutes. It’s also a short drive to all the towns and wineries in the area. You will have an amazing time here.
