WOW! This is the best place to stay at if you're looking for a home away from home. Fulvia is an amazing person to be around, offers a delicious breakfast (and an open kitchen for juice/fruit/cake during the day - who does that?!), and always wants your stay to be the best it can be. On top of all that amazingness is that this place is super clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very comfortable modern structure with the center of Grosseto at an attractive price. The city center can be reached on foot. Internal parking. Clean rooms with TV and air conditioning. Nice idea of ​​breakfast in the room. In the morning you open the door and you find a box with everything you need for a hearty breakfast outside the door. In-room kettle and coffee maker to top it off. Refrigerator...

Nice, clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, excellent location from the center, reachable 5 minutes on foot, and on the road to the sea, parking ok. With a slightly lower price it would be Outstanding.

Flat style,newly furnished, good facilities super clean ,just 10 minutes walking distance from the historical centre. Rooms are daily serviced. Breakfast decent, great and helpful host and hostess. I loved it.

Great bed and breakfast. Hosts are super nice and can give you great tips. Rooms are spotless clean and big. I had a view of the old city wall. Also it's near the Duomo.

We stayed one night in Grosseto. The guy who welcomed us was super nice and thorough in the explanations of the structure and room itself. The B&B is in an excellent position just inside the walls of the historic center, welcoming and modern. The breakfast was impeccable and served by Mrs. Vania, who was also very kind and helpful. La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima per visitare Grosseto e dintorni. Situata in mezzo al verde, lontano dai rumori della città, dista 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di Grosseto. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e la pulizia eccellente.

Gute Lage. Nicht weit von Grosseto und auch nicht weit von Marina di Grosseto. Alles ruhig. Gut fur Fahrradfahren. Wir werden dort nachstes Urlaub machen! Besitzer hat Fahrrader umsonst gegeben!

This is my home for 7 years we are guests of Lido and Fiorella in this farmhouse Vero! Vegetable garden and chickens that give their guests sweet and juicy tomatoes and fresh eggs that Fiorella simply lets guests taste. The two beautiful, clean and well-furnished apartments know how to pamper us, the pine forest behind the always ventilated house allows us to spend hours in the fresh air in serenity...

As usual from Lido and Fiorella you feel at home ... the friendliness and availability are the first thing .. the calm and tranquility of the place and the cheerfulness of the owners make the days really pleasant. A few minutes drive from the sea. Also spoil our 4-legged friends. What more do you want? We love it.

I stayed in the hotel for about 5 months in 2017 due to work and I must say that I felt at home. The owners Lido and Fiorella are very special and very helpful people. Beautiful week in September, guests of Mr. Lido and Mrs. Fiorella perfect and discreet hosts. They also welcomed our half-breed German shepherd, without problems. The apartments are comfortable and equipped with everything. Truly a beautiful oasis of peace, where we will return for sure 👍🏻

Totally surrounded by greenery ... to get there there is 1.5 km of dirt road but it is DIVINE

Staff is absolutely amazing, like a family. Beautiful pool (good temperature), everything done with having sustainability as priority. Breakfast DELICIOUS!!!

We just reluctantly left this fantastic FARMHOUSE. We stayed for eight days with the apartment and breakfast option. Comfortable structure, we have provided ourselves with all the essential things for the house and instead we found a super-equipped apartment, from the tablecloth to the coffee machine! (Not obvious since we have already had to buy everything) Breakfast .. there is everything and more...

Excellent place to enjoy the different parts of Tuscany… the owners especially Matteo and all staff are exceptional and very accommodating and friendly… a lot of activities are available like baby foot and ping pong, and the pool is very nice… the location of the place is also very suitable… breakfast is quite delicious… would love to go there again

I went there on vacation with my family a week ago. What about a wonderful place run by an equally fantastic family. Quiet and super suitable for children (and families). A well-kept playground and a magnificent swimming pool in which my children have super fun. We ate every evening in the local farm. Excellent food and drink, poolside dinners and children playing on the rides or in the green space...

Incredible place, the owners are very friendly and the breakfast is amazing.
