Okay hotel, service was good, decor is tired, bathroom pokey with scarce toiletries and paper. Breakfast was poor, bar snacks worse. Spa was good but we were surprised to be billed €15 each after using it. Overall disappointing.

The owner/administrator of the hotel is very friendly and nice. He gave us a lot of information about what to do around. Their response to any requests was really fast and accurate. The room was pretty clean and the whole facilities. They speak English very well.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel is quite new, neat and clean. The room was large, quiet, with well-functioning air conditioning, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a wide choice of both salty and sweet. The coffee was that of the bar.

Great place for a tour stayover. Modern and new building with comfortable rooms and a very helpful and capable barista. Even has Kleenex in the bathroom, which often lacks in the country even in four star hotels. Breakfast room is glass-windowed upper floor. Very good lava muffins. The environs are not great, but that's not why you choose this place anyway. Gas station is close by.

I want to live here! Everything about this place is "HOME"! Seriously, this is truly paradise! The sounds, the smells, the afternoon sun, the wine, the distant dog barks and Italian voices. Please oh please let me live here! The owners are beyond remarkable, the staff superb, the food and wine excellent, the ambiance is over the top. I can not say enough about the magic here! We love it!

Nice Location to visit Grosseto and explore Maremma Park by Bike. Michele and His mother were great and very helpful Hosts. She even prepared a delicious cake for us. The Kirchen was Well equipped.

Best host I've ever met. Michele, his kids, and mom are just the best :) They gave us plenty of tips where to go, what to see, etc. There are bikes available (even with the baby seat and helmet). Lots of entertainment for kids and the garden is very nicely styled. We just felt like in the second home :) The location is very good. 10 mins by car to the see, 25min by bike to the Marema national park...

The Razza is a wonderful, romantic place to stay close to Grossetto. We stayed with two teenage girls in an appartment in the old main building. The size was quite good and it was well equipped if you want to selfcater. Shops almost around the corner, but car needed. Breakfast was included and simple but tasty. The restaurant is wonderful, small bar included, drinks were even served at the swimmingpool...

Huge lounge kitchen bedroom, great pool area, free parking, gardens, staff, outdoor eating area.

If there were there would be ten stars as the rating that this farm deserves. The well-preserved farmhouse, belonging essential and spacious but equipped with all comforts. Staff very kind and very helpful. The location is spectacular and central to Grosseto. Although another management but the restaurant is the icing on the cake for a dream location. As soon as I can, I'll be back.

Loved it. Facilities are clean and there is free WiFi in the camping ground. There is a bar and restaurant too. Go early to the the cafe bar if you want fresh croissants! :) Only downside is no power socket for charging phones /devices etc.

Nice clean accommodation near by the beaches. There is a small playground at the site. I liked free bikes which you could rent to get to shops. The apartment had all we needed and was nicely clean. There is a lift and trolley so it is easy to get your luggage to your apartment. Parking possible around the hotel, no reservation needed
