I had only a little problem with a lost object and I had to organise myself to retrieve it because the hotel doesn't organise the shipping on behalf of the guest, but the experience has been throughout very positive

A big hotel surrounded by a garden and fence. You feel secure. Parking inside, dors closed. It's already a bit old but room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is old and the showers should be adapted as there is only the shower from above, out from the wall as you had in the 50s. Towels, hairdryer and amenities are very good. We had a lovely 4 day stay at the hotel. Breakfast everyday was a special treat. The staff are excellent. Very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here for two nights in May. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to bring our two small dogs with us and they could stay in the room too. However, they are not allowed in the restaurant area and they cannot be left alone in the room. There is an outdoor seating area where they will happily serve you food though. Really amazing service however the rooms are outdated. Definitely needs an upgrade. Also no clothing iron available so had to try use a hair straightener to try iron work clothes. Went to work with creased clothes.

The rooms are big and very clean, everything in the room is new and feels like after a renovation. The stuff is very nice, 24H desk, gave us recommendations where to eat and where to go. Great breakfast.

Nice breakfast, clean room, friendly and helpful front desk staff (especially Marco), incredibly convenient for catching the train or walking to the old town. Being scent sensitive the unscented linens were appreciated.

Very friendly staff even though I came around 11, they offered Cappuccino on the house and let me use their WiFi for work till i got the room. Also the mini bar is on the house!

Overall cheap accommodation but certainly functional for a place to relax at night after a beautiful day in the sun. Rather comfortable bed, room with a small desk, chair and a small fan that you can't ask for the same as an air conditioner but that's ok. Bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Managers very polite.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean. There are so many amenities that I did not get to enjoy them all, even after a month of calling this hotel home. Good reference for when I'm around here. I needed a room to sleep with breakfast and I found it at the Courts. A little dated, but clean environment. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful and the breakfast girl was cheerful. The price is a bit high, but in these parts it is very difficult to find less. From this place you can get anywhere in Maremma. Recommended.

Arrived here by chance, a wonderful surprise ... Located in a very quiet area of ​​Grosseto, it has large and very well kept apartments. Good service at eye level, classical hotel of traditional cut and affordable pricing. The room itself has all the attributes and perks which makes the staying a bit more unforgettable. The old radio near the bed, the textile wallpapers and marble stone bathroom. All this is exotic for us from a younger generation.

Everything almost good. Keep in mind that you will need adaptors for electricity sockets, but if you will forget it. You could get it in reception. About breakfast, I dont like continental breakfast. No sausages, eggs extra cost 3 Eur. They offer ham and cheese.

Nice old style hotel, a little to be renewed to get rid of that decadent flavor, but it is right in the center of the city. You can come here if you don't want to drive after tasted lot of local wines (so good!). You can park just out of the walls for few euros for all the night.

The owner/administrator of the hotel is very friendly and nice. He gave us a lot of information about what to do around. Their response to any requests was really fast and accurate. The room was pretty clean and the whole facilities. They speak English very well.

WOW! This is the best place to stay at if you're looking for a home away from home. Fulvia is an amazing person to be around, offers a delicious breakfast (and an open kitchen for juice/fruit/cake during the day - who does that?!), and always wants your stay to be the best it can be. On top of all that amazingness is that this place is super clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

B & b very nice, the apartments have kept and clean. Surrounded by nature. Just a few minutes from Grosseto. No noise is heard at night. Very friendly staff. Classic breakfast without too many frills. A family dimension. The only flaw happened to me, they didn't have the pos for payment, just cash. But still it remains very valid.

Some 15min drive from Grossetto but definetly worth it if u want to feel Toscana, enjoy the quite and the landscape. Beds are quite comfortable and there is heating what makes it a good in between seasons destinations. For breakt fast u have coffee, pastries, yoghurts, muessli and some fruits. Highly reccomend if u want to relax and enjoy in privacy

Own house in a very beautiful, hilly area. Wonderful peace. Here you can relax, read and enjoy a good time. Sea half an hour by car. Hiking in the national park is probably also possible.

Really an excellent Bed & Breakfast, immersed in tranquility, the apartment was really pretty, independent from the others. The breakfast is really fantastic, cakes, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, really a lot of choice, since it was good weather I was able to make it comfortably seated in the garden in front of the breakfast area exchanging some chat with the owner who is really very kind.

Very central location, room with fridge, coffee maker and kettle, very useful. It is not easy to take your suitcases to the second floor without a lift. Helpful staff, we were able to check out at 11 am instead of 10 as expected.

Nice place, an apartment with a few rooms. Clean and comfortable rooms. Common room with fridge, coffee machine and fresh water and with tables for eating. The person who brought us the key, very kind and punctual. In the center of Grosseto but with a nearby parking, the rooms are in a second floor building without a lift.

Beautiful roof terrace on which it is cozy in balmy summer evenings. The guest house is located in the middle of the historic old town. Exceptionally friendly host, he provides free water. But the air conditioning is old and noisy and it smells of smoke in the general areas.

Great place for a tour stayover. Modern and new building with comfortable rooms and a very helpful and capable barista. Even has Kleenex in the bathroom, which often lacks in the country even in four star hotels. Breakfast room is glass-windowed upper floor. Very good lava muffins. Absolutely stunning location for beaches away from traffic. The complex is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. You can hire bikes for 10 euros a day. Great cycle track that takes you throught national park to thr beach. Would highly recommend.

Nice Location to visit Grosseto and explore Maremma Park by Bike. Michele and His mother were great and very helpful Hosts. She even prepared a delicious cake for us. The Kirchen was Well equipped.

Best host I've ever met. Michele, his kids, and mom are just the best :) They gave us plenty of tips where to go, what to see, etc. There are bikes available (even with the baby seat and helmet). Lots of entertainment for kids and the garden is very nicely styled. We just felt like in the second home :) The location is very good. 10 mins by car to the see, 25min by bike to the Marema national park...
