Okay hotel, service was good, decor is tired, bathroom pokey with scarce toiletries and paper. Breakfast was poor, bar snacks worse. Spa was good but we were surprised to be billed €15 each after using it. Overall disappointing.

Excellent stay, especially with dogs! The breakfast was way above the Italian standard, everything was clean and well maitained, and its a dogs paradise: separate pool with deck chairs for dogs with for people and dogs, a dog park, and agility park.

My stay at Fattoria Maremmana was great: the room was nice, clean and the breakfast was good.

Nice clean accommodation near by the beaches. There is a small playground at the site. I liked free bikes which you could rent to get to shops. The apartment had all we needed and was nicely clean. There is a lift and trolley so it is easy to get your luggage to your apartment. Parking possible around the hotel, no reservation needed

Incredibly peaceful and relaxing location. A place immersed in nature and very peaceful, a stone's throw from the Uccellina park nature reserve. Yes, you can enjoy a shared swimming pool and a quick connection to the beach by bus or along a beautiful cycle path. If you are looking for a small corner surrounded by nature and relaxation, this is the right place!

Nice appartements and swimming pool in a small town. The place is very quiet so perfect if you want a relaxing holiday. The beach is easy to reach by car or bus. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and of course the park entrance.

This hotel is the real deal. Everything you could ever want in a resort - beautiful rooms, spa, delicious breakfast, and the most incredible staff. We stayed here for two nights of our honeymoon and cannot recommend it enough. This place offered an ideal Tuscan escape. It's surrounded by gorgeous countryside and is only a short drive to a sandy Mediterranean beach, where you can reserve chairs at the hotel's partner beach club. Great nights stay - we had a family room with interconnected rooms. All very clean with a very welcoming check in. Pool was nice and it is centrally located in the town and so close to the beach. Breakfast was lovely. I couldn't fault the hotel.

Went in the company of another couple, very attentive and kind staff from the reception to the restaurant staff, I said it was my husband's birthday and they offered us an aperitif, something truly unexpected and welcome. The best thing about this hotel is the location, pool and ability to get a massage. Other than that it's mediocre for a 4 star experience. The rooms are old and tiny. The bathrooms are very inadequate and the shower is pathetic. My first room had a broken sink and toilet and the patio had broken chairs. This is the second time we come back and I think we will do it again. The menu features quality fish dishes with generous portions. The price is right when you consider the freshness of the fish that is served. Very kind and attentive staff. We stayed a weekend in this hotel with friends, everything was perfect from breakfast, dinner to the room and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff throughout the hotel, the car park is a bit far away but with patience you can find a place even closer.

Great for the price. Please avoid the rooms with sofa bed. We were fortunate enough that availability meant we were upgraded at no extra cost after the first night. Management were very pleasant and the location is superb.

We stayed for ten days at the Rossella hotel and enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately the parking is a bit far but, given the excellent location close to all useful services (beach, minimarket, dry cleaner, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream parlors, restaurants and more) and a stone's throw from the town center, the car is not needed. nothing at all.
