Clean room, great parking and friendly staff

Okay hotel, service was good, decor is tired, bathroom pokey with scarce toiletries and paper. Breakfast was poor, bar snacks worse. Spa was good but we were surprised to be billed €15 each after using it. Overall disappointing.

Spacious and immaculately kept, friendly and helpful staff, pool lovely and enough sun loungers. Calm environment. 20 minutes mins from marina di albarese. Close to supermarket and shops and seaside resorts. Love that there is a tuesday event at the restaurant and disco.

Absolutely stunning location for beaches away from traffic. The complex is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. You can hire bikes for 10 euros a day. Great cycle track that takes you throught national park to thr beach. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel, wonderful staff. The folks at the reception are very nice, helpful and friendly. The AC in the room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious with an outstanding selection of pastries and croissants. Also nice walk to the historic city center of Grosseto from the hotel. Everything almost good. Keep in mind that you will need adaptors for electricity sockets, but if you will forget it. You could get it in reception. About breakfast, I dont like continental breakfast. No sausages, eggs extra cost 3 Eur. They offer ham and cheese.

Nice old style hotel, a little to be renewed to get rid of that decadent flavor, but it is right in the center of the city. You can come here if you don't want to drive after tasted lot of local wines (so good!). You can park just out of the walls for few euros for all the night.

This is something from the begining of the last century. Walls covered in cloth. Total silence. Clean baths with bidee, huge bed, great break-fast. Great value for money!

Perfect location, you can come to the entrance of the hotel with your car and they will take it to the garage. The price for this service is 25€ per night. The hotel itself it's ok, the common areas are good, the moquette has to be replaced as soon as possible. Rooms are outdated with very old furniture (keept in optimal condition). Beautiful farm kept very well, clean pool and apartment. Possibility of long walks or bicycle rides on the property. The only thing to review, to eliminate the garbage you have to get out of the seal, and the containers are often full. However I recommend it, relaxation and silence are guaranteed.

A paradise ... in the open countryside with infinite spaces available within the property ... very clean room furnished in the typical style of the area .. Excellent breakfast and the owner really hospitable and helpful. All this made two wonderful days spent in this beautiful place .. Thanks P.A

The rooms are big and very clean, everything in the room is new and feels like after a renovation. The stuff is very nice, 24H desk, gave us recommendations where to eat and where to go. Great breakfast.

Nice breakfast, clean room, friendly and helpful front desk staff (especially Marco), incredibly convenient for catching the train or walking to the old town. Being scent sensitive the unscented linens were appreciated.

The owner/administrator of the hotel is very friendly and nice. He gave us a lot of information about what to do around. Their response to any requests was really fast and accurate. The room was pretty clean and the whole facilities. They speak English very well.

Truly a wonderful place, the experience of the cowboys and the Maremma cows is wonderful. Especially suitable for families with children, with a beautiful educational farm, well-kept gardens. The story of the Maremma and the cowboys is also very interesting.

B & b very nice, the apartments have kept and clean. Surrounded by nature. Just a few minutes from Grosseto. No noise is heard at night. Very friendly staff. Classic breakfast without too many frills. A family dimension. The only flaw happened to me, they didn't have the pos for payment, just cash. But still it remains very valid.

Some 15min drive from Grossetto but definetly worth it if u want to feel Toscana, enjoy the quite and the landscape. Beds are quite comfortable and there is heating what makes it a good in between seasons destinations. For breakt fast u have coffee, pastries, yoghurts, muessli and some fruits. Highly reccomend if u want to relax and enjoy in privacy

Own house in a very beautiful, hilly area. Wonderful peace. Here you can relax, read and enjoy a good time. Sea half an hour by car. Hiking in the national park is probably also possible.

Really an excellent Bed & Breakfast, immersed in tranquility, the apartment was really pretty, independent from the others. The breakfast is really fantastic, cakes, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, really a lot of choice, since it was good weather I was able to make it comfortably seated in the garden in front of the breakfast area exchanging some chat with the owner who is really very kind.

La pisizione è ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi località. Nonostante quasi confinante con l'aeroporto militare, nessun dusturbo, gli aerei partono di giorno, durante la notte si dorme benissimo. Si entra ed esce dalla struttura in completa autonomia ed a qualsiasi ora. L'appartamento accogliente, pulito e con ogni confort. Purtroppo la vacanza è stata troppo breve.

Excellent structure: we stayed for two nights bringing our dog, for which we did not have to pay any extra. Around the apartments there is a large garden where the dog was able to run around for a while. Also good cleaning, only note: there was nothing to clean any dishes used, except the dishwasher with a capsule inside. For the rest, nothing to add: the location is good for getting around Grosseto...

Good reference for when I'm around here. I needed a room to sleep with breakfast and I found it at the Courts. A little dated, but clean environment. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful and the breakfast girl was cheerful. The price is a bit high, but in these parts it is very difficult to find less. From this place you can get anywhere in Maremma. Recommended.

Arrived here by chance, a wonderful surprise ... Located in a very quiet area of ​​Grosseto, it has large and very well kept apartments. The person who brought us the key, very kind and punctual. In the center of Grosseto but with a nearby parking, the rooms are in a second floor building without a lift.

Overall cheap accommodation but certainly functional for a place to relax at night after a beautiful day in the sun. Rather comfortable bed, room with a small desk, chair and a small fan that you can't ask for the same as an air conditioner but that's ok. Bathroom with all the necessary amenities.
