Excellent stay at this hotel! The location is ideal, just a short walk from Gubbio's historic old town, a breathtaking medieval walled city. The rooms were fantastic, and the hotel itself has a unique atmosphere, almost like staying in a museum.

I've been to the Cappuccini twice -- the first time 18 years ago on my honeymoon, and now recently on an extended family trip (with kids, parents, cousins). We were overwhelmed by the hotel. Period, Full stop, The room was large, comfortable and well furnished and the bathroom was the best we experienced during our two-week Umbrian sojourn. The spa, pool and gym facilities are astonishing! We devoured two wonderful meals with "curated" wines provided by the excellent wait-staff.

The hotel, the hoteliers, the food, the room, all of them were great. But on top of it all, I had a massage and your Masseuse was excellent. I love her service!

Beautiful hotel, with outstanding features (swimming pools, spa, paddle court...). Great place for us to stay and rest when driving across Italy. The restaurant was also excellent with great dishes. I would have enjoyed a bit more info when I checked-in to better understand what the hotel had to offer, but I obviously find out by myself. Overall, I can only recommend this excellent hotel!!

Amazing location, good service. The only thing doesn't match with amazing views and rooms is the food. Sad pasta, lamb chop just with 2 tiny mushrooms grilled , no sauce. I mean for 20€ and produce around the area they can do much better. Room for improvement.

Perfect position very close to the town centre with secure main entrance after dark. Wheelchair users will struggle with the main entrance ramp and stair even if using the lift. Very good clean hotel, very good breakfast and lovely friendly staff

Central location and nice, rustic building. Rooms for four people are very small and cramped, while bathrooms are very large and comfortable. Dinner was provided in a restaurant nearby and was absolutely terrible. Breakfast was very scarse and croissants weren’t fresh.

Amazing location, right beside the Palazzo Sri Consoli in Gubbio with its stunning views. Staff are wonderful; friendly and helpful, especially Olga who served us apperitivi on the squre, even moving the chairs and table into the sun. I spent my time at the hotel in June and everything was outstanding. The location is in the heart of medieval Gubbio, with a breathtaking view. The breakfast was the best I ever had, great selection from scrambled eggs to 10 types of pie. The staff was very courteous and shared great tips for places to visit nearby. Very comfortable hotel with a wide choice of rooms. Very close to the historic center of Cagli, reachable on foot in a few minutes. The only negative note is the lack of an internal restaurant and breakfast room. However, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be consumed in various places in the immediate vicinity, all within easy walking distance.

We spent a great and relaxing holiday with the family. Best view ever on the valley from every side of the Agriturismo. Also the swimming pool is very quiet and clean. Food is also excellent, great chef. Supermarket at only 5' drive.

Beautifull place beautifull people. The hosts are great people, very warm, polite and helpfull. The house we stayed in was very clean and cosy. The surroundings and the swimmingpool are also top notch. There is a restaurant where the hosts cook some amazing meals.

I spent 10 days with my family at Le Colombe and it was the most relaxing vacation I had in a long time. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the place is surrounded by olive trees, grass areas and amazing view over the hills. Very relaxing country stay, clean rooms, very nice to pool

Rooms are simple but good and have everything you need. The house itself and the surrounding area is very very nice. Enjoying the pool during daytime or sitting on the terrace anmt night, drinking the local wine is awesome. The food, especially the dinner, is delicious and the staff is super friendly. All very good clean and perfect. As for the sole 3 apartment I recommend air conditioner because it stays very hot all day at night and sweaty. And I recommend mosquito nets so you can open the shutters and avoid bugs.

This Hotel is literally hidden away under a cliff on the main road into Perugia old town. Lots of signs so you can find it easily On arrival there are plenty of spaces to park and only a 2mtr walk to the door. This hotel would greatly benefit from renovation. It's old. Breakfast was ok. The location is good. The very helpful front desk people said you can go to Perugia on foot, but the climb is quite steep. As an alternative driving to the closest parking is about 5 minutes.

Hotel is in the midst of nature. Two bus stops away from city centre. Its very good value. For money. Not ideal for people who have mobility problems. Hotel offers a good bfast and has a restaurant. One needs to use taxi for getting tovtrain station.

Romms are vey very standad. Breakfast is good, I found that a 3 or 4 stars in Italy are just a matter of price but not quality. For me, it needs a lot of repairs and improvement details to be a 4 star. Air conditionning was not working.

Family of four. It was beyond relaxing! Loved the horses and donkeys and our daughter loved the dogs whiskey and the other. The hosts were so kind. We had the most amazing time and stay at the Castello and wished we stayed longer! Just to say we actually slept in a real castle is incredible!! The grounds and castle itself was amazing with so much to see. They had a great pool with hot tubs and the view of Peruigia from the pool and deck areas was stunning! This was my happy place. Just incredible to stay in a 14th century castle were the Templers lived. Just outside of Perugia. The inside and outside will blow your mind. The breakfast and staff were fabulous. Beautiful views, you name it. It had it all.

Absolutely gorgeous places, and wonderful staff. Still only 4 out of 5, because we suffered both nights a lot from the noise of our neighbors above; sleeping was possible only with ear plugs. We had a panoramic room (i.e., a rather expensive category), and still the noise isolation was almost non-existant. We would happily return, but inquire beforehand about a room with no noise problems.

Nice place in the middle of the Assisi country. Good staff and friendly service. The building was born in early 1700 and it is full of history. The position is strategic because you can reach the historic center of Assisi in a three minutes. We'll be back there for sure at the next trip to Assisi.

Very nice campsite with facilities that are clean and well taken care of. Ideally situated for trips to Assisi and Marmore Falls. High pine trees provide a lot of shade, but pitches are mostly open. Includes a restaurant with amazing food that is somehow cheaper than most food in Italy.

Staff is welcoming, food is very good. Croissant with coffee in the morning and pizza in the evening is recommended. Camping is located 5 KM from Assisi and 8 minutes from the airport. Campsite is located at a T crossing of a busy road which causes quite a bit of noise. Restaurant across the street has regular loud music until late in the evening. The noise pollution depends where your stand is...

We stayed in our campervan for two nights. A great welcome from the team including information about Assisi and the Basilica of St Francis. Nice clean facilities, great restaurant, and great shade to park under. Shuttle to and from assisi, free of charge.

A lovely campsite with all of your needs catered for including a bus service to Assisi. Even towards the end of September, there is a splendid restaurant, a take away service, hot showers, secure dog walking area, lots of shade and above all they are lovely people to do business with! A really good idea is that they issue a tag and you settle up all together at the end of your stay.

Hotel under renovation, but it has all the comfort that a customer is looking for. Friendly and helpful staff, it also has a brand new SPA and a good outdoor pool. The house has a history of 1600 years. Italy is such a magical place. The room is very large and the ceilings are very high. It is very comfortable to live in. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

We booked this property based on the positive reviews. This historic residence dates back to the 14th century and is strategically located for visiting Assisi, Spello, and Rasiglia. The room is antique-style and clean, but we weren't impressed with the bed or the restaurant. This a fantastic 13th century former castle near the airport (5 mins) reasonably priced. The staff are fantastic and one has just said taxi's are too expensive and is going to take us to the airport. That is real excellent service

This room was delightful. The photos don't do it justice. Warning the room is up 3 to 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) but it is 100% worth it. The large private terrace and the views are amazing.

I booked this hotel because I wanted to watch Ishikawa Yuki's volleyball match in Perugia. I was able to get to the match venue in less than 30 minutes using the mini-metro. It was a very cute hotel, and the bathrooms were clean. Also, an espresso machine and bread were prepared in the room, and although I had to leave early the next day, I was grateful that I could get up early and have a leisurely...

Two nights in Perugia In the perfect location, and obviously recently renovated, as everything is in excellent condition. The room was a little bit on the small side, but not excessively so, and was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was above average, and with lots of choices.
