Amazing location, right beside the Palazzo Sri Consoli in Gubbio with its stunning views. Staff are wonderful; friendly and helpful, especially Olga who served us apperitivi on the squre, even moving the chairs and table into the sun. The room was spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. Really fabulous stay.

If you are a fan of the TV series Don Mateo, you have to stay at this hotel. We were in the room that Maresciallo Cecini stayed. Beautiful room. Great hotel.

I spent my time at the hotel in June and everything was outstanding. The location is in the heart of medieval Gubbio, with a breathtaking view. The breakfast was the best I ever had, great selection from scrambled eggs to 10 types of pie. The staff was very courteous and shared great tips for places to visit nearby. I will definitely come back soon. Thank you Daniela and staff.

It's a lovely and cozy hotel at Gubbio. I stayed there 4 nights as I was attending a conference in the beautiful town of Gubbio. The rooms are decent sized. They have 3 different buildings within the same hotel which are interconnected. Had breakfast at the hotel and no other meal there. Breakfast was decent. Lots of cakes, cold meat, fruits , boiled egg and egg to order, breads and cereals etc. Staff...

Beautiful hotel in the best location in Gubbio. The decor is plush and lovely and the staff couldn’t have been nicer, more friendly or more professional. The very helpful lady on reception allowed us to leave our bags and check-in early at 12.00pm because our room was ready.

Historic hotel in an excellent location in medieval Gubbio. Lovely, helpful staff. Beautiful frescoed breakfast room. Wonderful views from our lavish rooms with frescoes on the ceilings and gilded mouldings above the doors. Gubbio is a very switched on tourist town that has remained authentic. Highly recommended.

I attended a 3 day conference at this hotel. The conference was held in a long dungeon sort of the room which was very narrow but not bad. We were about 80 people in that conference and it was managed very well but the organisers and the hotel staff. We had our lunch at the hotel restaurant and it was good.

The room was ok but there was a party at the hotel restaurant until 3 am. So we had the windows shut the room got very hot and there was no remote for the air con. The night clerk didn't speak English. I terrible nights sleep.

this was the second time I chose hotel Tre Ceri, it didn’t disappoint this time neither. great location, nice and helpful staff. the breakfast is nice, and the room is tidy and I love the colors of the bed.

Hotel in the center of Gubbio, excellent location. Very small rooms but with good cleaning. The breakfast is very very poor, it includes a croissant and two pieces of cake with no choice of salty. Dinner, on the other hand, is just enough, you can choose a first and second course. Overall recommendable. The hotel is located in a strategic place to visit the city, paid parking and with a few more steps there are free parking spaces. The welcome from the owners (Andrea and Elena) are education, kindness and willingness to please the customer. We had a wonderful stay at Nikis Resort. It is a beautiful resort! It’s is perfect to relax and enjoy some time in nature. The staff is very helpful and kind.

From the first moment we came to property till the end it was apsolutly fantastic. We were there with 3 children and all services were beautifull. Nikis resort exceeded all expectations. It is a gorgeous and secluded hotel up in the hills of Umbria with the most amazing views where you feel truly relaxed and away from the noise. Amazing location, good service. The only thing doesn't match with amazing views and rooms is the food. Sad pasta, lamb chop just with 2 tiny mushrooms grilled , no sauce. I mean for 20€ and produce around the area they can do much better. Room for improvement.

Too bad that the economy rooms are a bit poor at the price of 65 euros .. while with just 20 euros more 85, you have a beautiful mini-apartments inside the castle (the economy rooms are located further away in a structure that is not very well kept. . Nice place and wonderful real castle where to spend time and have very good time in Umbria, the green heart of Italy.

We were overwhelmed by the hotel. Period, Full stop, The room was large, comfortable and well furnished and the bathroom was the best we experienced during our two-week Umbrian sojourn. The spa, pool and gym facilities are astonishing! We devoured two wonderful meals with "curated" wines provided by the excellent wait-staff.

The hotel, the hoteliers, the food, the room, all of them were great. But on top of it all, I had a massage and your Masseuse was excellent. I love her service!

Pros: Nice spacious hotel. Very quite. Good indoor pool. Good gym. Every day room cleaning. Friendly staff. Ok location for travellers by car. Cons: Not very much child friendly, no playgrounds, no entertainment, some dangerous places for small kids( e.g. sharp corner in outdoor pool). No good outdoor pool for children. Not everything cleaned perfectly, some spider net on the lamp in our room. Price...

Beautiful hotel, with outstanding features (swimming pools, spa, paddle court...). Great place for us to stay and rest when driving across Italy. The restaurant was also excellent with great dishes. I would have enjoyed a bit more info when I checked-in to better understand what the hotel had to offer, but I obviously find out by myself. Overall, I can only recommend this excellent hotel!!

We only dined at the restaurant. Despite the prices being higher than average, the food was good and the service, at first a bit stand-offish, improved throughout the meal. Both dishes arrived quickly and were well-made. I'd return here but next time I'd combine it with a stay at the hotel.

We have just spent a week at this hotel. Whilst the rooms are adequate the staff are superb; so friendly, welcoming and always a smile. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and have catered for us well - special thanks to MARA and GIANLUCA. The breakfast was really good and we even get one at 5:00 in the morning when we leave . We did a cookery class which was good fun and we met some lovely...

Good base to see the town of Gubbio (enjoyed the cable car and views) and surrounding areas. This hotel is comfortable (yes perhaps a little dated but adequate), with a very attentive and friendly staff team. Great wifi. We enjoyed our time.

My wife and I have just returned from a 5 night stay at The Sporting hotel in Gubbio. We were a little sceptical about how the hotel would be based on some of the reviews we had seen before we departed. I would like to make it very clear that we feel the negative reviews are very unfair!! It is true to say the hotel is a little dated and the new management are aware of this and have plans to make improvements...

Charming, with lots of space around it and in an excellent position (only 2km from the center of Gubbio), it is managed with love by Barbara and Marco. Exceptional hosts. We only stayed one night, but we found ourselves divinely. The room is a wedding favor. In the morning Barbara made us find a rich breakfast with really good homemade cookies and cakes. Impeccable cleaning. Highly recommended!

Even though we were just passing through for one night, we were able to experience how pleasant this B&B is. Courtesy, hospitality, cleanliness, atmosphere all 10 and praise! Too bad there are only two bedrooms, but perhaps this is exactly what makes the stay intimate and...

Stay at Paradiso was very pleasant. Room is cozy, clean and full of comfort. Barbara and his husband are great hosts. House is countryside so it's green all around. Fantastic place, highly recomended

Proprietario gentilissimo ci ha dato la disponibilità di lasciare i bagagli e i caschi da moto in stanza per visitare il centro in libertà.

Characteristic room with exposed wooden beams, comfortable, clean and spacious bathroom with shower. The building is located on the edge of the historic center of Gubbio, in a very quiet spot and very close to everything. Barbara, the owner, is a very nice person and was very welcoming.

Extremely clean room and bathroom, excellent quality linen, very comfortable bed, Barbara's extreme kindness and helpfulness, the ideal location within the historic walls of Gubbio just a few minutes walk from all the places to visit, excellent value for money. These are some of the many positive points that I found and make me definitely want to return. Absolutely recommended.

Just returned from a weekend, a wonderful, relaxing, quiet place, surrounded by greenery as far as the eye can see. The farmhouse has been renovated, the apartments are well-kept, equipped with everything, perfect hygiene and cleanliness. Stefano and Claudia are nice, very kind and always available. I really recommend it to everyone!

Position was great, just outside the city centre. Free parking really close to the hotel also simplified the short stay. Staff was really helpful and gave us a lot of tips.

Perfect position very close to the town centre with secure main entrance after dark. Wheelchair users will struggle with the main entrance ramp and stair even if using the lift. Lovely room with fully equipped bathroom and interior courtyard facing balcony. Air conditioning could be stronger, during the visit temperatures reached 38 and the AC was not as strong as it should be. Fantastic breakfast...

Central location and nice, rustic building. Rooms for four people are very small and cramped, while bathrooms are very large and comfortable. Dinner was provided in a restaurant nearby and was absolutely terrible. Breakfast was very scarse and croissants weren’t fresh.

The room was small but clean. We did have small black bugs in the room but I attributed it to having the windows open because it was so hot the fan didn't do anything to bring relief. I wish they had added a fridge but the space is so small there isn't any room for one. The staff was friendly and it was nice being able to enjoy the pool. The seafood was delicious but their menu wasn't very kid friendly...
