The hotel is fine, it's the family that run it that's the problem, we found that unless you're italian your treated like xxxx their rude, ignorant, arragant, unfriendly etc, however the rooms were clean food was ok , I Won't be returning !!!!

Stayed for 8 days had a great time, the room was always very clean the food was really good but we did get fed up with fried potatoes, a jacket potato would have been nice,, the pool was very cold but clean and plenty of sunbeds, all the Staff were lovely and really looked after us

Lovely homely feel. Easy to relax here. Everything you need. Lady on reception went beyond her duty helping us with lifts to the railway station. Bar is generous with alcohol not that we are drinkers but he was very kind to those who were. Lovely views com the fith floor. I would go again.

Good location, clean, staff that speak English, pool, beach club included if you stay for a week. If you travel with kids their apartments are highly recommended.

The staff was excellent in all areas of service. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which took place at the beach. The selection was simple, but fairly nice.

Excellent hotel (4 stars) swimming pool, park, private beach, car park. What more could you want? And instead much more: a large room, I chose the superior, with a priceless view. Structure 10 and praise .. practically on the sea, you do not have to cross any road and lane, moreover the apartments are well equipped even for people with disabilities, what was right for us (large bathroom with floor shower) and then the animals are well accept ... I found myself good quality price in the norm, cleaning being of the trade I noticed some imperfections but clean apartment. Kindness of the cleaning staff and those who manage it. Very convenient location for going to the beach.

Great stay at International vacation rental. Accommodation with washing machine, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Availability to use bicycles and proximity to all services. Beach at 50 meters. Spent 7 days here in 2014 and 12 days in 2017. Good family apartments for small money. Usual range is 65 to 100 euro per night, which you won't find elsewhere at Riviera del Fiori - thirty meters to the beach!

3-star hotel (for me it's worth 4) on the sea of diano marina, family-run, ALL the very kind staff, from the reception to the waiters to the girls who clean the room! Great hotel for families with small children, for other people maybe better to avoid if you are aiming for a relaxing holiday. the food is in the norm, nothing special, simple dishes which, however, vary in the menus. for me as a vegetarian every time at dinner I had to ask to prepare something else or change the dishes because there was nothing. the waiter who served us was friendly.

Visited for a couple's vacation in September. Excellent location very close to the sea and very quiet. The whole staff, albeit essential and mostly young, is extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Small but unpleasant technical malfunctions in the rather sober room: malfunctioning roller shutter, sinks with signs of rust and limescale, few shelves for cosmetics and hangers in the bathroom....

Spacious and well-cleaned rooms .... excellent hotel location .... quality price ni .... on the food some defaiance ..... and very little very few staff and unprofessional ..... but overall acceptable .. ... I reported the shutter closing by itself .... room 28 .... and nothing has been done ..... I don't think I'll be back .....

I stayed at Hotel la Baia for 5 nights in May 2025 for a cycling holiday. We were on a half board package. The hotel is just brilliant. The staff are wonderful, the location perfect, food incredible and it is very good value. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had a super weekend with our young son, we picked the hotel for its beach location, reviews and facilities for the family. The friendly service was exceptionally consistent, it felt more like staying with friends than being in a hotel, certainly more like boutique than huge hotel. Definitely easy to recommend.

Rooms are very small for a family with 2 children

The hotel is not bad in itself, but I do think it is very overpriced. Doesn’t compare to facilities and services offered in other countries in this price range. Will give just an example, the restaurant. We booked half board to not have to worry and the dinner is really very good BUT it took more than 2 hours for the waiters to bring the 4 courses. Way too much for our baby to wait patiently. So...

I was there in early January 2024 and it was really nice, I had a room overlooking the sea with a beach (this came with a supplement but it was worth it), a very nice environment, helpful and kind staff, I think I will return, I recommend it.

After a grueling train trip from Rome, staying here was heaven. Relaxing, comfortable, clean, and the food was terrific. The laid back atmosphere with the waves in the background will put you at ease. We will be returning!

We had a perfect beach vacation. Very friendly and nice staff working at the resort, always eager to help! Rooms are freshly renovated and clean. Pool area is green and calm with olive trees providing shade. Sun-beds at the beach are on a sufficient distance from each other making beach area less crowded compared to nearby.

The hotel surrounding area is nice, the service is excellent but the rooms we had are dated and the bathroom is very dark. You can also hear all the noises coming from the hallway and nearby rooms

Stayed in Aug-2020 and it was fantastic! Rooms were clean and staff were excellent. Always smiling and helpful. Was worried around COV-19 but the whole hotel and apartments were very clean, including pre-booking for the pool area so as not to over-crowd and keep everyone safe.
