The location is perfect centered & all the Staff were focused on Happy Guests. The Breakfast is The best huge Buffet we've ever had anywhere. Christina at the desk helped us a lot in directions taxis etc but all others did as well. Hats off to the Manager & Excellent Teamwork we'll be back again to see Museum Grock.. Thanks Rob & Terrie

Nice breakfast and staff Nice and helpful receptionists. Excellent breakfast with a broad selection. Also very friendly staff working there. Fantastic location in the central part of the city. Clean room. On the downside the hotel feels dated in its interior. It could need some new flowers in the reception, coloring, carpets and furniture.

We stayed five nights at this hotel in Imperia. The staff were very helpful, and the location was great for restaurants and shopping. Our room was comfortable and we slept very well there. We would recommend it.

A very pleasant welcome from the reception staff who were very helpful. Our room was a junior suite which was large and had nice areas although a little strange in shape due to the angles of the building. Only thing not to like was that the window blinds were mostly broken and the windows had a odd height with some skylights and some at floor level so with bars outside the windows this gave the rooms...

The hotel was clean and convenient, the staff was charming and helpful and the breakfast that was included was phenomenal. Would recommend for sure!

Rooms are much better than what’s shown in the pictures, still with the 90s look though, could need some updating. Lovely view over Borgo Imperia from the terrace. Staff is super friendly.

Unfortunately, a bad room in a beautiful setting .... We found ourselves in a room that probably remained in the 80s, perhaps in the early 90s, with a bathroom without windows but with the toilet positioned right inside the shower ... Just seen we didn't want to believe it ... We thought it was a joke instead ... It was reality. When I was taking a shower, I even bathed toilet paper everywhere ......

Good family hotel experience. Interesting rear entrance with key for customers and the patio that is accessed and enjoyed from the rooms. To improve that breakfast should include salty (ham or sausage). The perfect room, sink and bed. Thank you!

The hotel is in a beautiful position, it is not facing the sea but you can reach the sea a few kilometers away ... The hotel is located near a public car park and is free of charge. The only minus they should put air conditioning in the rooms. The service and the staff very kind excellent breakfast.

Nice affordable hotel, with an old-school style but clean and recently renovated. Far from the center of Imperia, and near the highway, but not too noisy. Good italian breakfast, I recommend the capuccino.

A great stay A great resort perfectly placed by the coast. Close to walk to restaurants at the sea front, parking at the hotel and a lovely garden. Breakfast had a good selection; all cakes were home made. Would definitely go there again!

It is a place with very good vibes, it makes you feel special. It is very quiet and very close to the beach and Imperia, enjoying a good walk. The staff is unbeatable and above all, above all, they have a coffee that is out of this world because it is so good. We will return without a doubt.

Evening at the Leonardo resort in Imperia for an aperitif with live music...a beautiful experience by the pool with attentive and kind staff. A place where time seems suspended! The cuisine is particularly refined and so is the selection of wines! I had invited friends to share this experience! We were all satisfied!

Beautiful evening in company, in this enchanting place where you can breathe harmony, the friendly and helpful staff. The refined and homemade buffet aperitif on Wednesday evenings which I recommend to everyone! Thanks to all the staff. I will be back very soon!

We spent 2 nights in 2 adjoining rooms, the welcome was good, the swimming pool was open but a little cold in this season, the breakfast was generous with excellent little homemade pastries. The hotel is a little out of the center of ms center 5/10 min from the sea.

The place is nice and the swimming pool is beautiful. They have the garden very well taken cared. They also produce their own olive oil. We were a bit disappointed as they did not offer us breakfast, which is something i value a lot in an agroturismo.

Very nice! It's quiet located, but but close to the highway. The Suits are tidy and big enough for stay there for a longer time.

I stayed at this resort for 1 week (during Easter) with my boyfriend. I felt in paradise: the weather was beautiful and I enjoyed reading and sunbathing in the quiet of my private garden. We both relaxed in the grotto and went for long walks in the wonderful surroundings. Our apartment was rather large and very clean and the staff extremely friendly. Definitely a worthwhile experience!

Structure to be closed dilapidated and smelly, we stumbled upon it out of desperation, an insult to small family-run pensions, nothing is up to standard, (they probably have some saint in heaven) dearest compared to the prices of Imperia, the highlight is the breakfast four pieces of cake in one dish to divide in two. The hotel is well located right across the beach, the room was comfortable with perfect view on the Sea, the staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast was good ! You can book a parking space for your car (12 euros) in front of the hotel which is very convenient.

A modern hotel in a good location looking over the sea and the marina. Very well maintained throughout with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Hotel reserved car parking was right outside and well worth the E12 per day. Will definitely recommend.

Nice room with good view from the balcony. All are very friendly. The breakfast is all the time the same, but you can oder also other things you want. Near by you can find a lot of good restaurants, bars.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. From the moment of arrival, the experience was fabulous! The young woman at reception was so professional and friendly and our room, facing the sea, with a wrap around balcony, was sensational. The decor is ultra modern and very chic, The rain shower in the bathroom was heaven on a stick! To lie in bed and see and hear the sound of the water added to the experience...

A great few days spent by the sea midway through a road trip from the UK. Good value no nonsense hotel with friendly staff with good English spoken. Pleasant restaurant. Across the road to a family-friendly beach club. Bookable parking another benefit.

I stay at Hotel Ariston every time I visit Imperia and it never disappoints. The rooms are spotless with newly refurbished bathrooms, the breakfast spread is always delicious, and the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. This hotel is value for money. Location is excellent. 3 mins walk to cable car and 6 mins walk to taormina town. The bus station is next to hotel therefore good for exploring. Well situated near sea and not far from center of town. Breakfast good. Room spacious and well equipped.

You can imagine you are living in another time, just by walking through the hallway. Very helpful staff and wonderful grounds and swimming pool. Perfectly situated between the two towns which make up Imperia. We walked, so can’t comment about driving. Would definitely book our sea-view apartment again.

The location and view are really beautiful and world class but the hotel itself is in need of TLC. The furniture is a little old and the apartment itself could be cleaner. We had a spacious room with Streetview. Comfortabel big bed. Excellent breakfast buffet with service. Many restaurants in walking distance. Nice things to see and do in the surroundings. Nice view to the see ( not all rooms will have the view though). Closely located to market, small cafeterias and paid beaches and summer clubs. On the weekend loud music in the evening till 2-3 am is disturbing your sleep (if you are not a party type yourself). Not much to choose from for breakfast (no typical for the region salty breads like focaccia). Friendly service. Rooms are clean.

I stayed for a few nights in June and it was such a lovely hotel. The staff are very accomodating and the rooms are immaculate and new, the pool is relaxing and the restaurant is absoulutely amazing!

Voleyball, other sport activities, Bolt scoters nearby and bus to go to the sea. There was laundry - it was good!

The resort is nice, decently serviced and reasonably priced. The staff is AMAZING and their service is OUTSTANDING. This will definitely become my reference point for my next holidays in the area.

What a brandnew, clean and wonderful resort! The friendly staff is even taking away fallen leaves every day. They make sure the place is picture perfect. The swimming pool has the ideal temperature and adults as wel as (little)kids can enjoy. The patio houses are extremely clean and have a functional layout. We're definitly coming back here. Were sad to leave!

This review is solely of the food and atmosphere. Soo much salt. Make sure you are thoroughly hydrated before eating here. The Buffola was great so was the calamari. The dessert is what justified 3 stars, it was great. The view is amazing and the pool is great. The live music(sax player and dj) is a nice touch.

Nice place. We were there to swim, but the pool looked bigger in the photos. Either way, was a good way to pass the heat wave.

The property is located in olive tree fields on the hills a bit further inland, overlooking the ligurian sea and impreria. We really loved the scenery around it and the time we spent at the two beautiful pools. The breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly. It was also very close to several beautiful Ligurian medival villages, and good restaurants, if you would like to have a treat in nature but...

Very relaxing refuge from the city. The pool was beautiful and clean and the place comes with 2 cute kitties. The check in was really easy and the views were incredible. The only thing I would mention to fellow travelers is to bring some snacks bc there is limited food. With a few snacks and some wine this place is perfection.

We had a terrific stay at san damian and will be coming back for sure.

The Relais San Damian is not a typical hotel but a friendly home where you come to stay, not just to sleep. Relaxing at the pool in the meticulously maintained garden with the sea-view really makes your day!
