Stayed here for during NYE 2023 and had a blast at this hotel. The breakfast each morning was delicious. I was there for multiple ski trips and enjoyed the ski closet that the hotel had to store the equipment as well as to dry the boots. The hostess was friendly and entertaining. Also, I recommend the dinners at this hotel as the chef is renowned and it was the most delicious food I have had in Europe. I recommend staying here next time you find yourself in the Klausen/Northern Italy region.

We had a particularly delightful stay in this beautiful hotel. Fantastic location a few steps away from the pretty village of Chiusa, a town within easy reach of all the treasures of the Dolomites. The breakfast each morning (included in the tariff) was superb. The view from our balcony of the gorgeous valley and mountains was exceptional. And finally, the staff were attentive and friendly. The only drawback is the lack of air-conditioning, which is very common for the region. However, to compensate the delightful pool made for a refreshing cool down after a day of walking and sightseeing.

In June we spent a few nights at the Bischofhof and treated ourselves to a gastronomic treat at the Jasmin twice. Hotel: Exceptionally clean and well-kept hotel (this is almost a given in South Tyrol, but the hotel is exemplary in this respect). What we missed was the usual warmth - friendly but somehow distant. After eating back from a walk, the hotel bar is usually closed (staff?). The multi-course menu is sensational and offers excellent value for money.

Had a very nice time, relaxing amenities like the pool and garden were lovely. Breakfast was a hit every morning and enjoyed our view from the balcony!

This was a perfect spot for our trip! The hotel itself is beautiful and the family that runs it are fantastic. The breakfast that is included is perfect to start the day and there are plenty of dining options less than a 10 minute walk away in the cute village.
If you're looking to get away from the business cities but still be close to some of the top hikes in the dolomites, this should be a stop!

I stayed 4 days in August with my partner in this hotel. The welcome was immediately very familiar and courteous. The hotel is truly noteworthy, small but with better quality services than many more famous hotels. The garden all around the hotel is nothing short of spectacular and very well-kept with a breathtaking view of the castle and the Sabiona monastery. The best view is from the hot tub right next to a small hill in the garden. With a short walk you can easily reach the center of Chiusa. Breakfast is served as a buffet with quality products, we really appreciated the pre-cut fruit and always at the perfect point of ripeness. The only slightly sore point was the room which unfortunately did not match the rest of the hotel, it was really very small and with dated furniture, probably one of the few not yet renovated. However, it was very clean and at least the bed and mattress were very comfortable. The parking lot was large and there was never a problem finding a place. Definitely a highly recommended hotel but perhaps avoid the standard room.

Great service, very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, light and practical. Great pool with amazing view. Location is good, easy to park and short walk to the small, but cute town. Breakfast is good.

Great little hotel perfect for Dolomite sightseeing Great little family run 3* hotel with nice pool, pleasant outside jacuzzi after a day of hiking the Dolomites, a confortable spa area we had a great sauna pre heated by the manager while coming back from our hikes. delicious generous breakfast. You can have drinks served around the pool. The manager is very helpful with tourism issues. The only back draw is no restaurant at night but Chiusa village has a large choice of local restaurants.

A lovely boutique hotel within short walking distance to town. We absolutely loved our stay here! The beds are so, so comfortable! Very clean and gardens/hotel is well taken care of. Breakfast was delicious and fresh and lots of variety. We loved using the pool, spa and wellness centre after many days of hiking in a row.The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating to a few changes we made. We will definitely recommend this to friends and family! Thank you!
