Great reception staff.Room was lovely very warm and modern. We did move because the Buvette bar plays very loud music until midnight and we have 2 small kids who weren't sleeping. We we're in the residents block in the 1000's. We got moved to the 4000th block which was much better. A great hotel with modern rooms and right next to the ski slope. Despite its size, it provides a nice warm atmosphere and good food for breakfast and dinner. There are many facilities as well. The only thing is that around the check in time, the line at reception gets really long. Overall a go-to hotel whenever I ski.

The hotel overall is great, staff is good and friendly. Service is great. The only thing I would recommend is that breakfast needs more variety and other diet alternatives. Rooms for families are decent size, clean and modern with great views. The hotel overall is clean and with caring staff.

Access to the ski lockers is a massive pain. It's two floors below the access floor, the elevators/lifts are not good, and even after taking them you still have to take the stairs for half a floor. Excellent service: warm, kind and accomodatig. Our room was small, as I had read in other reviews, but it is clean and with a fantastic view. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The spa (entrance included in our booking) is not big but for us the perfect size. It has a sauna a steam room and a pool. The breakfast is excellent :) The restaurant is also very good, with local choices, not very big portions...

Quality ski hotel, small spa, good food, small bedrooms but comfortable

Eccellent hotel. Great restaurant. Very useful free shuttle bus to the ski area. Only negative remark is the spa: they charge 12 € each day of access, but it is rather small and not worth the extra charge.

Chalet Eden is really a beautiful hotel in the heart of the pine tree wood in La Thuile. We only had tea at the cafeteria, but it was instantly obvious how authentic the venue is. Definitely advised in you Santo to have a nice time in La Thuile.

My hubby and I had a lovely break away here. The room was gorgeous with a very comfy bed and fabulous hot shower and bath, great after a full day skiing. Absolutely perfect! Very close to lifts, facilities were impeccable, staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Only problem was that we didn’t have more time there. Would absolutely stay there again on any future trips to area.

This is a fantastic hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We stayed for 4 nights and were very sorry to leave. Our room was very comfortable, amazing bathroom, good bed and bedding. Lots of towels and toiletries. Would have liked maybe one English speaking news channel, but the barman put the match on for us! The spa when open, will make it perfect. Skiing was amazing too.

Great Hotel to stay in the LA Thuile the staff are happy to help with everything the rooms and very clean and spacious great spa and lounge to chill out in after a day of sking a nice selection of nibbles was also provided every night free of charge the sking area is just 2 minute walk from the hotel so I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel

Alexis, the night manager, when we arrived later than expected was super helpful and stayed to make us feel very welcome, the other managers were also very friendly and helped us pick great hiking trails and advised about the local area

Amazing experience!!! Locanda Collomb was our favorite stay in all of Italy. Ombretta’s hospitality and great recommendations made us feel like we were home. There was a delicious breakfast buffet every morning which prepared us for skiing. Great location, not far from phenomenal slopes of both Italy and France. La Thuile is beautiful and quiet with amazing restaurants. Please do yourself a favor...

Located on the road to San Bernardo pass, which in winter time is closed and only accessible on skis or snowmobile/snowcat arranged by the hotel. Great place to stay for skiers and a good starting point for hiking/snowshoeing. Good cuisine on site. Nice rooms and professional staff.

Great self catering apartment. Nice kitchen with induction hob, sink, all necessary utensils, pots and pans. We stayed 2 weeks very comfortably. Good size double bed, and lovely bathroom. Staff (owners) were very accommodating and helpful. Couldn't have had a better stay. Thankyou chalet alpina.

Very pleasant chalet with lovely host, who stayed up to welcome us after a late arrival. Rooms are clean, cozy and well equipped with en-suites and communal/cooking areas. Easily accessible from ski slopes and host gave us very clear directions to the equipment lockers. Would recommend!

It has been a year ago already, but we had a wonderful stay at Chalet Alpina. We were with 5 (3 children) and we had one of the appartments at groundlevel. Eddy, the owner is a very friendly and helpful host. From the chalet, it's a 5 to 10 min walk to cable car where you can hire a locker to put your skies and boots. We fully enjoyed it!

Strategic position to visit the entire Aosta Valley. we stayed with our dog who was treated very well (there is no surcharge as in many other structures!). Amazing winter holiday experience. A romantic and very well maintained little hotel. A quiet peaceful neighbourhood, only a 5 minute pittoreque walk to the ski slopes. Upon arrival a cosy fire pit greeted us and showed us the way to the lobby downstairs, which was next to the cosy cellar restaurant. The room was very tidy and nicely decorated. Even if it's a small restaurant, everything about it it's amazing. The food is delicious, and everybody is really kind and helpful. I'm very satisfied.

It was OK as the beds were comfortable and there was sufficient room. There was also a small kitchen that would be handy. Unfortunately the rooms were outdated and there was a slight smell. Also, the throws were quite crusty, and some of the wallpaper had peeled. The shower was also quite small with some grubby-looking grip stickers on its base. There was no shower mat either which led to a wet floor...

Arrived in the early evening and the host was very nice and friendly, describing the ski resorts nearby. Later when I came to him because the quilt in my room was a bit thin, he was very generous to give me his heat radiator. Highly recommend Place. What a wonderful find, we were having van problems and didn't make it that day to Chamonix but stopped here and sorted the van out. Beautiful camping spot in a secluded woodland. Tents, chalets and vans with great facilities and onsite bar.

Good price, 16€ for two people with car and tent. Helpfull staff, late check-in possible. Uncomfortable toilets and showers, traffic noises, a lot of insects.

Lovely place with really big yurt. Place is graded according to the level of 'luxury' required. The yurt holds cooker, fridge , bunk bed as well as double bed. Outside has 4 seat dining table and a sauna. The bathrooms really clean and launderrette too. You get soap and what not from the 'store located on the premises. Peaceful when we were there as it was a stop over for 1 might before the season...

The staff is very helpful, the breakfast buffet is extremely good, but the rooms are very average, with hard pillows and mattresses. The views are excellent.

The best place in town! Management very nice and handful. I got top class full board accomodations at very low rate. Food was excellent and I got the Month Blanc view our of the room balcony. Strongly recommend.

Rooms are just ok: very comfy but a bit old, heating cannot be controlled (ours was too cold) and they do not even offer a bottle of water for free. Also, they charge +60€ for a romantic room (vs classic) which includes a tiny view to the mountain (and the parking road), some hand creams kit and 4 nespreso capsules: definitely not worth to pay the extra. Amazing spa hotel! A dream vacation for rest, with terme pools, sauna, rest and relaxation rooms. Rooms are a little on the small side for a 4 star hotel. We booked the Romance package which was supposed to hove a personalized welcome package and satin sheets. We got neither. The service was great, food mediocre, but the spa, baths, grounds, massages were exceptional. We were allowed to use the spa after check out which we did and really added to the experience. Definitely recommend!

Very cozy place with great service. The staff is very kind. The traditional food served in the dining room is delicious. After the dinner if you want to drink something you should definitely check out the bar which offers a vast choice of drinks ranging from traditional bitters to more mainstream beverages.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We have been travelling through Asia and Europe for the past three months and this is the nicest place we have stayed. I love this place when I went with my school, the food was loverly as was the staff. My only concern was the creaky bonk-bed in our room. This place was really lovely I would recormend to anyone wanting to stay her. The prices at the bar are resonable. This hotel is situated in a reasonable close to the town and the direct way up to the ski resort.

Disappointing. The hotel needs a major renovation. It's not soundproofed, so it's too noisy. Luckily, we only stayed one night. I highly recommend it.

Staff are extremely nice and helpful. However, this is a classic European older hotel and hasn’t been updated in decades. Rooms are sizable and mine had a view, but this is not necessarily a nice room.

Last minute hotel booking for a one night stay. Check in seamless and reception staff friendly and attentive. The room is large enough to spread out in with a large wrap around balcony. Standing shower bath and usual amenities provided. Where the hotel failed was breakfast. I came in around 830am to a minimally/unreplenished buffet. The breakfast staff looked uninterested and I just ate what scraps...

Came into town for an evening and walked through town. The hotel was right at the beginning of the Main Street. We stopped for an aperitivo in the patio area. Gorgeous spot and the drinks were outstanding. I wish we had time to stay for another one.

We had a very pleasant stay at the cosy Hotel Courmayeur. Staff are helpful and obliging and its position by the edge of the pedestrian area and five minutes walk to the gondola make it an ideal place to stay in the beautiful town of Courmayeur.

Nice hotels, comfortable in the middle of the town

Pretty close to the cable car lift. Price for a single room was very reasonable. Bed was pretty comfortable. But the location was up a pretty big hill from the bus station. Breakfast was very subpar. Options of eggs, pastries, etc were fine but the quality was lacking and I ended up only wanting to eat cereal. My room had a strong musty smell to it and the place is obviously quite old.

Lovely venue. We booked here for a 4 day trip. It is a fantastic family-run hotel. Francesca is a genuinely lovely host and was very help and welcoming throughout our stay. We had a meal here on the first night and it was very hearty and typical of the region. Good breakfast too. 15 min walk into the main town. Would recommend to anybody visiting Courmayeur

Stayed at Hotel Dollone during our TMB. It's a converted castle. The dinner and breakfast were probably the best so far on the tour. Barbara speaks good English and very helpful with local knowledge. A must stop if you are doing the TMB.

homely, alpine hotel with amazing staff. the barman, piedro, was excellent!

We stopped here on our Tour Du Mont Blanc adventure. This place was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating to our needs with a toddler. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! We would hike the Alps again to get here.

Well located hotel. Room (junior suite) was in a new section of the hotel and was large enough of the 4 of us (2 children) with a partial view on the Mont Blanc. Breakfast was okay but limited in choice (no hot options) and there was a lack of staff to keep up with the number of the people staying. Recommended for a weekend stay.

Convenient forhiking in the Alps

Excellent service, pleasant setting, super helpful staff. The restaurant was a delightful surprise! Wow!!

Friendly staff, lovely food and comfortable rooms!! Nice breakfast buffet with Italian cold meats and crispy pastries. 5min from the gondola.
