Great reception staff.Room was lovely very warm and modern. We did move because the Buvette bar plays very loud music until midnight and we have 2 small kids who weren't sleeping. We we're in the residents block in the 1000's. We got moved to the 4000th block which was much better. The kids club TH kids was fantastic 👏 20euros per day if the are having lunch or 7 euros without lunch.. they can go from...

A great hotel with modern rooms and right next to the ski slope. Despite its size, it provides a nice warm atmosphere and good food for breakfast and dinner. There are many facilities as well. The only thing is that around the check in time, the line at reception gets really long. Overall a go-to hotel whenever I ski.

The hotel overall is great, staff is good and friendly. Service is great. The only thing I would recommend is that breakfast needs more variety and other diet alternatives. Rooms for families are decent size, clean and modern with great views. The hotel overall is clean and with caring staff.

The good : Fantastic view, very pleasant and spacious rooms, quick access to the ski area, friendly staff who genuinely make an effort to communicate and help, delicious and varied food. The bad : 1. Access to the ski lockers is a massive pain. It's two floors below the access floor, the elevators/lifts are not good, and even after taking them you still have to take the stairs for half a floor. Ambience of the place is amazing from the moment you arrive with amazing staff that could not do more for you.Food is excellent and really nice spa with excellent treatments and lovely pool and hot tub.Rooms are comfortable with mountain views and it left me with a feeling of peace when we left.Will definitely go back for the ski season as La Thuile is a beautiful town also

We stayed 2 nights a little over a week ago and had a wonderful time. The staff was really welcoming, professional and friendly. The breakfast is just amazing, as is the restaurant for dinner. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. We indulged ourselves with a private spa on a rainy afternoon and I cannot remember when I felt more relaxed. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous family skiing holiday here. The rooms were very clean, basic but comfortable. Our balcony had a view over the Piest. The host, Teresa was exceptional! Very attentive, always there to help. Breakfast is a must. Fresh coffee, croissants, bread and fruit as well as many other options. I would highly recommend staying here, great value. We were only 20 meters from the snow so...

Great location, excellent customer service, spacious suite, efficient shuttle to and from ski lifts, and memorable food. We ordered room service everyday due to covid and they really went the extra mile to please us. KUDOS!! Highly recommended

Excellent service: warm, kind and accomodatig. Our room was small, as I had read in other reviews, but it is clean and with a fantastic view. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The spa (entrance included in our booking) is not big but for us the perfect size. It has a sauna a steam room and a pool. The breakfast is excellent :) The restaurant is also very good, with local choices, not very big portions...

Eccellent hotel. Great restaurant. Very useful free shuttle bus to the ski area. Only negative remark is the spa: they charge 12 € each day of access, but it is rather small and not worth the extra charge.

Chalet Eden is really a beautiful hotel in the heart of the pine tree wood in La Thuile. We only had tea at the cafeteria, but it was instantly obvious how authentic the venue is. Definitely advised in you Santo to have a nice time in La Thuile.

My hubby and I had a lovely break away here. The room was gorgeous with a very comfy bed and fabulous hot shower and bath, great after a full day skiing. There was a boot room for your skis and storage that warmed your boots, ready for the following day. The staff were all lovely. Breakfast delicious. Absolutely perfect! Very close to lifts, facilities were impeccable, staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Only problem was that we didn’t have more time there. Would absolutely stay there again on any future trips to area.

This is a fantastic hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We stayed for 4 nights and were very sorry to leave. Our room was very comfortable, amazing bathroom, good bed and bedding. Lots of towels and toiletries. Would have liked maybe one English speaking news channel, but the barman put the match on for us! The spa when open, will make it perfect. Skiing was amazing too.

The pros : Good location, staff nice and helpfull to book activities and give hints on the city (especially one lady, thank you !) The minus : The manager not professionnal and not costumer oriented. We booked via booking a room with view on the mountain for more than 200 €/night. The picture attached was the actual view (construction site)... it was very disappointing. So we arrived full of enthusiasm but the weather was so awful that we considered cancelling the stay altogether. The receptionist was super understanding and was ready to cancel our stay for free if we decided to cancel after going up the mountain to check the weather. Rooms were small but very decent and cozy. Our shower was too small(#102) but our friends room had bigger and nicer one(#114). Spa...

Awesome Polenta and spritz. Epic uphill battle on skis (if you accidently ski past the courtesy lift skido). Abit expensive for what it was, but generally pretty good. Watch the glass step before the loos ... with ski boots on its a death slide

Located on the road to San Bernardo pass, which in winter time is closed and only accessible on skis or snowmobile/snowcat arranged by the hotel. Great place to stay for skiers and a good starting point for hiking/snowshoeing. Good cuisine on site. Nice rooms and professional staff.

This is a fantastic hotel. Breakfast was good, service was amazing all week and we can't thank the wonderful staff enough. The cozy fireplace snug was perfect every evening. We were a big group but we were looked after really well all week. The rooms were perfect; very clean and serviced every day. A very short walk to the slopes in an awesome family resort. The location was excellent for the slopes - only 50m walk with great ski storage including heated rack for boots. Car park at the front of the hotel - free. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in Europe - plentiful and fresh. Lovely interior and friendly staff. The hotel exceeded my expectations and its location so close to the slopes was just brilliant. Fantastic value for money.

Spent three nights here. A beautiful rustic hotel about ten minutes walk to the main ski area, and just a few minutes to the old town centre. Welcoming and cosy interior, with informal seating areas with log burners and comfy seats. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. This is a nice place to stay. Good breakfast, very clean room,. The lady of the house is friendly and speaks also English and French. Follow her recommendation for good places to have dinner, since the hotel is offering bed and breakfast only.

Stayed here for a week's skiing, Susanna the host was lovely, very friendly and she couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was decent continental, fresh every day. There is a heated boot room, although it is about a 10 minute walk to the main gondola. The owners and staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming and very helpful and accommodating trying to make sure all aspects were covered and acceptable. The food was very traditional and plentiful, yet with variety and accommodating younger less adventurous appetites! The restaurant is a short walk away from the hotel rooms but that is not an issue. Amazing experience!!! Locanda Collomb was our favorite stay in all of Italy. Ombretta’s hospitality and great recommendations made us feel like we were home. There was a delicious breakfast buffet every morning which prepared us for skiing. Great location, not far from phenomenal slopes of both Italy and France. Great self catering apartment. Nice kitchen with induction hob, sink, all necessary utensils, pots and pans. We stayed 2 weeks very comfortably. Good size double bed, and lovely bathroom. Staff (owners) were very accommodating and helpful. Couldn't have had a better stay. Thankyou chalet alpina.

Lovely place, really nice room, comfortable and clean. Strategic position to visit the entire Aosta Valley. we stayed with our dog who was treated very well (there is no surcharge as in many other structures!). Very kind and very helpful staff (they always supported us and gave us directions for walks). We also received some free gadgets for us and the dog! Absolutely recommended

Amazing winter holiday experience. A romantic and very well maintained little hotel. A quiet peaceful neighbourhood, only a 5 minute pittoreque walk to the ski slopes. Upon arrival a cosy fire pit greeted us and showed us the way to the lobby downstairs, which was next to the cosy cellar restaurant. The room was very tidy and nicely decorated. Simple but very nice breakfast with local produce was included...

Very kind managers, they tried to facilitate me as much as possible with the management of the dog. The property is well located, with private parking and from the balcony there is a beautiful view. Every day they go through housekeeping. More than positive experience!

Sigrun who runs this little hotel is very friendly - she booked restaurants for us, she helped with anything we needed. The hotel has a lovely lounge with a fire for reading and drinks after a hard day skiing. As cat lovers, we also liked the kittens outside the hotel. So sweet. We were only there for a weekend but will return.

The interconnecting room was perfect for myself and two teenagers, plenty of room for 5 nights. New bathrooms and underfloor heating a plus. Little hotel on the main through road. Free parking 200m north. Room in the second floor with no view, street level in the back. Bathroom very new and nearly finished. Large, clean and comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and a large dining area. The ski slopes are easy to reach with a free bus or a short drive. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent structure a stone's throw from La Thuile and Pre-Saint Didier. The kindness and helpfulness of Stefania, the owner, are worth more than 5 stars! Very nice and well-kept room, varied breakfast. If I return to those areas I would definitely book this B&B again, super recommended!

Small but nice place, just a few km from La Thuile which can be reached quickly. The rooms do not have bathrooms, but they are close at hand, it deserves 5stars especially for the availability of the owner who makes you feel immediately at home as if you were a old friend.
