We stayed one night here on the way to France. We had a family room that came with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The bathrooms, there were two of them, were on the small side but overall it was a perfectly serviceable room with loads of storage. The sofa was a sofa bed but realistically you probably only want to use it for two people as I'd imagine it'd get a bit cramped over a few days particularly...

This place was AMAZING. The area was beautiful and comfy. Rooms were cozy and noice. Only issue was that room service as lakky and didn't really do much to my room when I gone so that's a down side but overall 4 stars.

Very poor signage and a confusing layout ensures a lot of walking around the hotel trying to navigate. After about 4 days you will be able to get around with confidence. If you come by coach expect a steep walk up to hotel reception with all of your luggage. Snow was very good when we there end of March 2025 no queues for the lifts and no problem with high winds.

Great reception staff.Room was lovely very warm and modern. We did move because the Buvette bar plays very loud music until midnight and we have 2 small kids who weren't sleeping. We we're in the residents block in the 1000's. We got moved to the 4000th block which was much better. A great hotel with modern rooms and right next to the ski slope. Despite its size, it provides a nice warm atmosphere and good food for breakfast and dinner. There are many facilities as well. The only thing is that around the check in time, the line at reception gets really long. Overall a go-to hotel whenever I ski.

Excellent service: warm, kind and accomodatig. Our room was small, as I had read in other reviews, but it is clean and with a fantastic view. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The spa (entrance included in our booking) is not big but for us the perfect size. It has a sauna a steam room and a pool. The breakfast is excellent :) The restaurant is also very good, with local choices, not very big portions...

Quality ski hotel, small spa, good food, small bedrooms but comfortable

Eccellent hotel. Great restaurant. Very useful free shuttle bus to the ski area. Only negative remark is the spa: they charge 12 € each day of access, but it is rather small and not worth the extra charge.

Lovely stay off the main season. Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff, nice room, great spa area which we had mostly for ourselves. Good breakfast. Hope to come back :-)

Chalet Eden is really a beautiful hotel in the heart of the pine tree wood in La Thuile. We only had tea at the cafeteria, but it was instantly obvious how authentic the venue is. Definitely advised in you Santo to have a nice time in La Thuile.

My hubby and I had a lovely break away here. The room was gorgeous with a very comfy bed and fabulous hot shower and bath, great after a full day skiing. Absolutely perfect! Very close to lifts, facilities were impeccable, staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Only problem was that we didn’t have more time there. Would absolutely stay there again on any future trips to area.

This is a fantastic hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We stayed for 4 nights and were very sorry to leave. Our room was very comfortable, amazing bathroom, good bed and bedding. Lots of towels and toiletries. Would have liked maybe one English speaking news channel, but the barman put the match on for us! The spa when open, will make it perfect. Skiing was amazing too.

Great Hotel to stay in the LA Thuile the staff are happy to help with everything the rooms and very clean and spacious great spa and lounge to chill out in after a day of sking a nice selection of nibbles was also provided every night free of charge the sking area is just 2 minute walk from the hotel so I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel

Alexis, the night manager, when we arrived later than expected was super helpful and stayed to make us feel very welcome, the other managers were also very friendly and helped us pick great hiking trails and advised about the local area

Amazing experience!!! Locanda Collomb was our favorite stay in all of Italy. Ombretta’s hospitality and great recommendations made us feel like we were home. There was a delicious breakfast buffet every morning which prepared us for skiing. Great location, not far from phenomenal slopes of both Italy and France. Great self catering apartment. Nice kitchen with induction hob, sink, all necessary utensils, pots and pans. We stayed 2 weeks very comfortably. Good size double bed, and lovely bathroom. Staff (owners) were very accommodating and helpful. Couldn't have had a better stay. Thankyou chalet alpina.

Very pleasant chalet with lovely host, who stayed up to welcome us after a late arrival. Rooms are clean, cozy and well equipped with en-suites and communal/cooking areas. Easily accessible from ski slopes and host gave us very clear directions to the equipment lockers. Would recommend!

It has been a year ago already, but we had a wonderful stay at Chalet Alpina. We were with 5 (3 children) and we had one of the appartments at groundlevel. Eddy, the owner is a very friendly and helpful host. From the chalet, it's a 5 to 10 min walk to cable car where you can hire a locker to put your skies and boots. We fully enjoyed it!

It was OK as the beds were comfortable and there was sufficient room. There was also a small kitchen that would be handy. Unfortunately the rooms were outdated and there was a slight smell. Also, the throws were quite crusty, and some of the wallpaper had peeled. The shower was also quite small with some grubby-looking grip stickers on its base. There was no shower mat either which led to a wet floor...

Arrived in the early evening and the host was very nice and friendly, describing the ski resorts nearby. Later when I came to him because the quilt in my room was a bit thin, he was very generous to give me his heat radiator. Highly recommend Place. Bear in mind this is a 2 star hotel. Hidden away just off the main shopping street, you may struggle to find this, but it's very well located. Cable car station is about 7mins on foot. Rooms are just ok: very comfy but a bit old, heating cannot be controlled (ours was too cold) and they do not even offer a bottle of water for free. Amazing spa hotel! A dream vacation for rest, with terme pools, sauna, rest and relaxation rooms. Rooms are a little on the small side for a 4 star hotel. We booked the Romance package which was supposed to hove a personalized welcome package and satin sheets. We got neither. The service was great, food mediocre, but the spa, baths, grounds, massages were exceptional. We were allowed to use the spa after check out which we did and really added to the experience. Just stayed for 3 nights at Au Coeur Des Neiges in Courmayeur. The hotel is wonderful and the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our family of 6 stayed a week over Christmas in the beautiful hotel. We stayed in chalet No7 and it was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of room and a cozy fireplace. The staff could not have been more helpful. We told staff that we found the beds too hard on the first night which was immediately fixed with no fuss and a bunch of mattress toppers straight away. Very cozy place with great service. The staff is very kind. The traditional food served in the dining room is delicious. After the dinner if you want to drink something you should definitely check out the bar which offers a vast choice of drinks ranging from traditional bitters to more mainstream beverages.

I love this place when I went with my school, the food was loverly as was the staff. My only concern was the creaky bonk-bed in our room. This place was really lovely I would recormend to anyone wanting to stay her. The prices at the bar are resonable. This hotel is situated in a reasonable close to the town and the direct way up to the ski resort.

Disappointing. The hotel needs a major renovation. It's not soundproofed, so it's too noisy. Luckily, we only stayed one night. I highly recommend it.

Staff are extremely nice and helpful. However, this is a classic European older hotel and hasn’t been updated in decades. Rooms are sizable and mine had a view, but this is not necessarily a nice room.

Last minute hotel booking for a one night stay. Check in seamless and reception staff friendly and attentive. The room is large enough to spread out in with a large wrap around balcony. Standing shower bath and usual amenities provided. Where the hotel failed was breakfast. I came in around 830am to a minimally/unreplenished buffet. Beautifully designed hotel, very attractive. Located just a few blocks from the downtown pedestrian area so there is easy access to restaurants. Front desk staff were very helpful. Wi-Fi is strong in the lobby but was very poor in the rooms, at least in 412 - we were there four nights and it was common to have to re-signin repeatedly, as often as three times during an hour.

Came into town for an evening and walked through town. The hotel was right at the beginning of the Main Street. We stopped for an aperitivo in the patio area. Gorgeous spot and the drinks were outstanding. I wish we had time to stay for another one.

We had a very pleasant stay at the cosy Hotel Courmayeur. Staff are helpful and obliging and its position by the edge of the pedestrian area and five minutes walk to the gondola make it an ideal place to stay in the beautiful town of Courmayeur.

Nice hotels, comfortable in the middle of the town

Pretty close to the cable car lift. Price for a single room was very reasonable. Bed was pretty comfortable. But the location was up a pretty big hill from the bus station. Breakfast was very subpar. Options of eggs, pastries, etc were fine but the quality was lacking and I ended up only wanting to eat cereal. My room had a strong musty smell to it and the place is obviously quite old.

The charming historical little street in which the hotel is leads to the skilifts within minutes of walking so it is very practcial. Theer are a couple of good restatutants within a couple of minutes walk, however there are no bars or cafes, you need to walk for 15-20 mins up and down big hills to get to the city centre and find some life. The hotel does not have coffe or tea in the rooms and nowhere...
