We stayed one night here on the way to France. We had a family room that came with a kitchen and a separate bedroom.
The bathrooms, there were two of them, were on the small side but overall it was a perfectly serviceable room with loads of storage.
The sofa was a sofa bed but realistically you probably only want to use it for two people as I'd imagine it'd get a bit cramped over a few days particularly during skiing season.
It was quite nice that there was ample parking underground.

Let’s start with the positives. • Rooms are excellent, clean and presentable. • General Areas are always clean. • Internet.. So So The negatives • Food! Awful, disappointing. Uncooked chicken being served would avoid meats such as Poultry, Pork. Someone who we traveled with got food poisoning. • Calling this hotel Ski in Ski out is really generous. After walking up 6/8 set of stairs then 100/150meter walk to the slopes.

I had a very bad experience with this place. Booked one night stay after a long day bike riding. Arrived late in the evening to be confronted at the front door by an aggressive, disheveled, drunk and smelling of alcohol man that was that was telling us in very broken english that he will not allow us to take our expensive bikes to our rooms even though we have arranged this by email when booking. Turns out he is some kind of employee at the hotel but not in uniform and I guess drinking on the job is allowed in Italy. We called the reception lady who after speaking to this man said we had to leave the bikes in the ski locker afterall. Not an experience you wan to go through when tired and all you want is a hot shower and sleep.

This place was AMAZING. The area was beautiful and comfy. Rooms were cozy and noice. Only issue was that room service as lakky and didn't really do much to my room when I gone so that's a down side but overall 4 stars.

The hotel location is nice, but the room was a bit meh, the pillow were so flat, almost like a sheet, the towels were burned on the side for some reason.
I stayed there for four days, they did not clean the room at all during that time, on the third day we asked for new towels, change the sheets and clean the room, they only put some new towels on the table, they did not even take the old ones.
The service was so bad, I was so disappointed!

A great venue for large groups. We had a national convention in the hotel before the winter season rush. The weather was fantastic, and the location is amazing, next to the ski lift and walking distance to La Thuile town. The personnel was helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended for winter holidays.

Very poor signage and a confusing layout ensures a lot of walking around the hotel trying to navigate. After about 4 days you will be able to get around with confidence. If you come by coach expect a steep walk up to hotel reception with all of your luggage. Snow was very good when we there end of March 2025 no queues for the lifts and no problem with high winds.

I really enjoyed this trip and stay. The snow was great and so was the weather. The restaurants didn't really have much variation so i got a bit sick of the food, and it was mostly mediocre. It would be even cooler if there was an arcade or a more modern restaurant with different food, maybe like an asian restaurant of some kind.

I went for a conference and all the services for the conference, the meals, the rooms, the bar... were excellent. Definitely a place to recommend!

Great stay here. Booked the day before as we were only staying one night. Room was great, warm, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Parking for €12 a day was great value too and hotel is literally the centre of the resort for skiing. Very happy I found this place and we’ll be back for longer next time.
