Nice little place on the road that connects Lacona to Portoferraio. As a very convenient area for getting around Elba, as it moves well throughout the island. The location is very nice, but it is right next to the road that leads to Porto Ferraio, and you can hear it. Small compound consisting of a few small chalets. Spacious enough for two people, however four can possibly be accommodated. It gets three stars because of the service and the staff. It gets no stars at all for the rooms! We had a 'yet to be refurbished' room, circa 1980, and air con to match (unable to cope with the heat) this was probably once a great place. The location of the hotel is perfect: overlooking the sea, in the center of the island, so no point of Elba is far away, in the green, free from noise and traffic, but a stone's throw from the island capital Portoferraio and from supermarkets and much more. . On Google Maps it gives you the right location as you see the Roman caves sign the hotel is there. There is an easy to reach dirt path. There is a large parking lot where you can leave your car and scooter. We had the medusa room that is double with bathroom. Appearance as in the picture. Clean rooms, with climate and a wonderful view, but can be improved. The staff are polite and friendly. Good breakfast not very varied but always fresh products and beautiful views from the tables. Unfortunately, they don't have anything to eat at the bar, so you have to make do for lunch and dinner. Nice and comfortable private beach.

We were at the hotel for 3 days and everything was better than we exspected. Room was great, we even got apartment that was sepereted from other rooms. Food was okay, we especialy loved cheese option at dinner :) Staff is also nice and helpful and the beach is amazing.

We stayed for a week in a room with a terrace overlooking the sea, convenient for the restaurant and parking. The quality of the restaurant and the lunch buffet is excellent, many alternatives and the staff is very kind. This hotel is at 5 min walking distance from the beach. Rooms are nice and clean. Staffs are very helpful and nice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are well organized and I found good options for vegetarian meals as well.. Overall it was a nice staying there!

Overall a good hotel for your holidays - beach is just 5-10 min walk away. Breakfast was good for italian standards. A supermarket, pit stop and the lovely town Porto Azzuro are just a couple of minutes away.

Excellent structure, well-kept, clean and super organized, has all the necessary services. The staff and their flagship, all too available at all hours and every day! Vote 10! We stayed 5 days in this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Hearty breakfast of both salty and sweet, very very nice waiter. Clean rooms and very well equipped and modern bathroom. The owners are very helpful and their position is excellent, maximum 50 minutes and you are everywhere. If you have a moped, you can easily go around the island from that point. We recommend it !!

We had a wonderful wedding celebration at Baia Bianca. Great service, excellent food and wine and an astonishing view from the rooftop terrace.

We have loved our stay here. Tonight is our last night and I'm sad to leave. The property is very beautiful with all kinds of ambiance everywhere. Its private and our room is perfect! View overlooking the beach and a large patio for entertaining.

I own a house on the beach, so never happened to stay to sleep. However I've visited all of the hotels in the area and Baia Bianca is the best if you want a luxurious experience. Better than Hermitage for the view and quality (only has fewer amenities) for price.

We came in the evening without a reservation, but got a table. Not the best one, but one. The place was booked. The waiters spoke english, were nice and always there and the food was great. Fast, on the point and very delicious. We got a nice dessert recommendation after some chit chat. Great place!

A lovely hotel, with great food. Wifi can be a little hit and miss in the rooms but that just means you can go outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The hotel is fine, the only flaw is that there is no lift so for those of a certain age and with a lot of luggage it becomes heavy.

We spent a week at the Lilly hotel on a breakfast-only basis. The room we had was overlooking the pine forest and the swimming pool, very quiet and peaceful; (very nice and clean pool). The door leading to the terrace does not have a handle on the outside, perhaps this should be reviewed (in fact we accidentally locked ourselves out on the terrace and called to be opened). We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with 2 motorcycles. Super friendly and everything was very clean. Sufficient clothes hangers available. Perfect hotel, near the sea and the center, spacious, comfortable and spotless rooms. Abundant breakfast on the veranda! The owner, Paolo, is an exquisite person, he made us prepare the bicycles with child seats to use them even once.
