Nice little Hotel. Stayed there travelling from the South up North for one night. Friendly people and very clean!

We already came last year, we were already impressed by the friendliness of the owner, always ready to meet our needs, the cleanliness and layout of the rooms is ok. The location of the hotel is tactical for those like us who had the need to visit the mountainous area and that of the hinterland. This year we went back, same welcome and friendliness of the manager, we also had lunch there, the dishes...

My son and I, fleeing from bad weather at the seaside campsite, took refuge here for two days and found the warm welcome of a family management. Very clean and comfortable room, simple but good and genuine food, excellent assortment of homemade cakes for breakfast, maximum availability for every need by the owner. All with an excellent value for money. I strongly recommend a stay in this structure...

Simple, cozy and clean place. Extremely courteous, helpful and ready to respond to all our requests. We stayed only one night as we were passing through but we were pleasantly impressed. Really very good value for money and the restaurant deserves a separate note. Really great food, simple but very tasty and well cooked. The managers are really nice and helpful people I recommend it!

Very individual and comfy room with sustainable materials. Mattres was nice and firm. Rain shower was a nice change from others I have experienced on this trip. :-)

I give the best of the stars, because they deserve it, everything can always be improved, it is in human nature. But I found everything flawless. Fora you have to stop here if you pass by these parts. The rooms are gorgeous: cork walls, large shower even for non-conforming bodies, comfortable bed. Beautiful attic, never hot, with air conditioning. Free parking on site. Very good and kind breakfast. Homemade desserts, jams, nutella, cornflakes, yogurt. First vacation with a 10 month old baby absolutely exceptional !! Marilena, the owner, an exquisite person who welcomed us perfectly, also giving us all the useful information for the holiday (beaches, cities and restaurants to visit). Covid forced us to fix at the last minute, luckily I would say, we managed to book an apartment for two, very cute, brand new but above all super clean, a lucky choice. Clean, new, welcoming. Very helpful owner. The private bathroom in the room, recently renovated, is equipped with every comfort, no bathtub, but it is not a limit. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is much bigger than can be appreciated in the fotos and is fully equipped, with all you can possibly need (and more). The hosts are exceptionally nice people, they made our stay in Lanciano memorable with their kindness and willingness to help. We are really happy we met them and got to know first hand the famous Abruzzo hospitality.

My friend and I stayed at this B&B for three days and we were very happy. Completely new structure with clean and comfortable rooms; welcoming and always available staff and very abundant breakfast. We will definitely be back.

The room is traditional but we’ll equipped and clean. The host is lovely and accessible. The sofa bed and queen beds are both comfortable. The aircon is great in the summer months. Parking is available. Location is perfect if you have a car, not much within walking distance.

Very quiet place as a base for visiting the coast, in about twenty minutes you can reach Fossacesia and the Trabocchi but you can also move towards Ortona or further south. Personally, I like places that are a bit quiet and in the countryside like this structure. However, a supermarket, a bar, a pizzeria can also be reached on foot ... Ours was a very nice studio apartment especially if you stay out...

Located in the green with an excellent view of the majella, quiet place, I always take the same room with a small bathroom and a small kitchenette, all clean, new and efficient. The owner is an exquisite person, attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Poor hotel management. Very stingy with the food. While the rooms are big and clean, the hotel is a but outdated and wifi wasn't working properly.

Breakfast was very limited. WiFi kept resetting. They asked for my key every time I left which I thought was unusual. Staff was otherwise really friendly! FYI - I gave it 3 stars bc the pool is definitely fantastic.. otherwise I would have given it 2. Fix the bfast and WiFi and you may just get a four!

Amazing hotel I stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! They had breakfast served from 7am and had a pool to swim in and staff was lovely. You can see all of italy and room service is after you go so they wont wake you early in the morning. They have lots of Fantastic restaurants in the area. Very good.

This a charming old fashioned hotel. The owner Aldo is friendly and kind and speaks excellent English. He helped me figure out local bus routes. The location is an easy walk down the shopping corso to the historic centre.

Convenient location for the center of Lanciano which can be reached with a short walk. Very nice and well furnished house. The internal environment is very "warm" and you feel pampered. Valeria was very kind and helpful. Structure recommended for visiting Lanciano and also for the trabocchi coast in general, since it is only about 20 minutes from the sea.

The hosts were welcoming, kind and thoughtful. They gave us 2 wonderful days. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Outstanding breakfast. If we pass near Lanciano, we will stay with them again. :-)

We visited Lanciano for work, an Erasmus+ project meeting. It was great to stay outside of the city and enjoy the hospitality of the owners of this b&b. If we ever visit Lanciano we will definitely stay again
