Hotel Diana

We only stayed for one night. Walls are paper-thin and you can hear every word guests in the next room say and I'm not exaggerating. Location is great and they also have a parking.

Been there more than once but the last time I was there me and another room (friends) had clothes stolen.
I know that the personell would not steal clothes but I was thinking that the personell maybe left the doors open (2 separate rooms) while cleaning.
I would’ve not written a review if I had the feeling that the management would care about my problem, but after asking the Night Shift for help (a very unfriendly man with no nerves or interest in the problem) and being told that we should talk to the day shift which also only told us that WE would have to write an email to the management, I highly doubt that they care. So I wrote an Email (polite text) and got a quick answer in which we were accused of having a mess and that they weren’t fault.
I responded 4 days ago and asked another question, which has not been answered to this day.
I did not want to have to write a bad review but maybe the management will answer on here.
My Appell to the team is to show more understanding in these situations because safety is an instinct of every human being and not trying to solve such a problem shows of bad service.
If you want good Costumer service in a situation as we had it, I would highly recommend looking for a different hotel.

My wife called to book a room (at the time of the call, our room could be booked on booking com for around €180). The lady from reception said that they will book us a room, we just have to send an email and in the return email we will receive all the details.The promised price for 2 nights was 176 euros. In the return email we got a price of €250 and when we called the hotel they confirmed this. Very disappointed in your hotel and the service you provide to people.
