The hotel itself is alright, but the problem is that when I visited, their solar panels stopped working or something like that, so there was no warm water for about 3 more days.
The room I was staying in (411) had lots of ants and bugs. The food's alright, but the bugs and cold water really made this experience fall downhill.

Really clean. Well maintained for a classic old Italian hotel. It's age is its charm, with relaxed, friendly & helpful staff. Owners on hand at most times, who clearly love their business. 2 teenagers loved being right on beach (included in price, not all hotels incl this). +pool. Excellent breakfast.
Surrounding streets full of beautiful, affordable shops & restaurants.
No5 bus from Piazza Trieste outside Ave Marie to Venice etc.

The hotel had all the basics you need to be comfortable. It is honestly a good option and can be consiedered. I have no complaints although i have nothing to commend either.

This hotel is nice. There are buffets in the morning and vegetables buffet/salad bar for lunch and dinner. The sea is right next to the hotel and the views from the room is beautiful. There is also a pool, and it is lovely.
