Hotel Nizza Frontemare Superior 3 Stelle

We visited this hotel in July for 7 days. The location of the hotel is perfect, they have their own parking which is free. I give this hotel one star on their service. I booked as it was on their web site, triple deluxe sea side view. From my experience, and in 99.9% of the hotel sea view means front sea view. However their hotel have sea side views which are also looking partially at the sea. This is a sea side view room. But they called it sea view. It does not matter for them if you are on the side or front, for them you are still looking at the sea. After my visit i discovered that on booking their rooms are discribed as the should be. Front sea view and sea side view. This was my mistake that i did booking directly on their web site. But they were enough rude to ignore what i paid and what i asked for. I advise everyone to check first with hotel for the view esspecialy and all the details. We had a breakfast, which breakfast was the worst. They had very little to choose from. There were some small sausages, maybe baby size, some croissant and very very little fruit. Maybe one watermellon for like an hour... all in all their sevicr and their communication with the guests were very unpolite. The hotel and room were clean, spacious and a big terrace.

No. It was not by accident. 1. The room we had (506, executive room) was awful. The furniture needs renovation, for a long time already,stripped. The shower was barely running and with calcium. The way of treating guests and giving the paid sunbed to the friend of the owner, when we decided to have a half day trip to Venice is do disrespectful.... All toys of our small child were thrown away and around our sunbed were used cigarettes of the friend of the owner of the hotel and their answer that is it our Sunbed was: we don't care ,we were allowed to stay here. We are not for the first time in Lido di Jesolo and the food in Nizza hotel on comparison to Lila hotel or to Conchiglia hotel is far from tasty. The way you treat guests, especially giving no info about necessary things ( COVID rules were actual for us) and you didn't tell us that we need a reservation for the test station from hotel and the way you answered for our request: we don't have time to deal with it now is far from the best hotel treatment.
