Location: in the city of Lignano, Sabbiadoro, 80 km from Venice airport Marco Polo.
Consists of a 5-storey building.
The hotel has 76 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy 180 metres from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days, the experience and the service offered were very pleasant.
The room was very nice and large with a nice balcony, ideal for those who have a large dog like us.

Too bad about the carpet in the room 😅.
Spacious quadruple room, the way the spaces are arranged and organized makes it clear that the rooms have undergone renovations, it's a shame that the carpet was not removed during these interventions. In 2024 and in a seaside location with sand, having carpet in the room is not the best.
Room with climate, hairdryer, large TV, shower, 2 terraces with drying rack.
For the rest nothing to say. Good breakfast, there is a swimming pool to use in the adjacent hotel, bike rental service.

Stayed for one night while passing through but booked several days in advance. I didn't have high expectations (having seen the photos online) and I don't know if all the rooms are the same but in the one I stayed in on the 4th floor the furnishings were very old and above all worn and with a lack of maintenance, dirty windows, bathroom with broken toilet and hair on the floor, the air conditioning filters unwatchable with the grills full of accumulated dust.
Acceptable mattress (two singles divided to make a double bed) even without a topper I slept quite well.
For the sum of €85.00 (at the end of the season) and without breakfast!
On a positive note, the kindness of the lady who welcomed and dismissed us.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

We've been here a few times.
Excellent location to the beach, about 3-5 minutes away.
It's about 10 minutes to the beginning of the shopping street.
The hotel is older but always clean.
Breakfast is sufficient.
Will definitely come back next time!

Unfortunately not exactly great. A wallet that was in the room disappeared and they washed their hands. I find such behavior unacceptable. They will never see me in this hotel again.

It is the third time that I go to this structure, but I must say that it has deteriorated, it would need to renovate and then pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom. The staff is always very nice ...

The hotel is recommended. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and we had a parking space at the hotel. An umbrella and two loungers on the beach were also included. THANKS! P.S. People who are only looking for the bad should stay at home!

Typical hotel in Lignano. Staff a bit overwhelmed, but friendly. Front desk was very hard-working and helpful. Valet parking !!!
