We had a good stay at the GREEN VILLAGE RESSORT hotel. The apartment was spacious, with a garden and baby equipment. The hotel also has a large unsupervised swimming pool and a spa (accessible to children).
However, it is regrettable that the behavior of the hotel staff does not live up to the number of stars it has.
A waiter during our first breakfast was very rude when I asked him some help fort the orange juice machine....
During our stay, a member of the hotel came knocking on our door one to give us an "invitation" to an aperitif for the August 15 party. No price was mentioned on the document provided and we left immediately after the aperitif. Against all expectations, when handing over the keys to the apartment a receptionist (constantly making a sad face) tried to charge me €70 for a dinner that me and my family had never had, on the pretext that I signed up for the aperitif! When leaving, this person did not apologize to me for this mistake and did not have the courtesy to say goodbye. Unacceptable for a 4 stay !!!

It was a beautiful vacation, we enjoyed the place. It is a very big place, it has a lot of things to do,some say it is not enough but honestly we aren't that picky so for us it was very ok . Big buffet in the morning, nice staff and helpful. We didn't have any issues.
Also everywhere you go you have to go with the car, that is not so great but if you go with the car you can see more of the city. Although it is not a beautiful city but if you are here for the sea than it doesn't matter.
All in all ,we had a good and nice experience and we would come back here.

Beautiful place shot informationpolicy - they decide on the opening hours of the different areas by how they feel in the evening or whatever… absolutely unreliable. Fuc.. up my holiday.

Very friendly Personal in a perfekt Resort for familys with children.
The breakfast ist very good and the diner has much variability food for every person.

were there in 2015, it was very tidy, very friendly staff, the food was very tasty, not much choice for small children, then the pool was nice but a bit cold. The worst thing they couldn't do anything about was the mosquitoes, me and mine daughter were full

Beautiful and clean premises, a spacious and clean swimming pool. There is a heated pool for children. The kitchen is fully equipped, but lacks a water kettle. The staff is friendly. It is a 5-minute drive to the beach.

We had a great stay here. Very clean and professional, the homes are adequate and mainly equipped with the items needed for a family. They’re happy to help immediately if you’re missing anything. End of July wasn’t too busy, great pools for the kids and some entertainment.

The room is luxurious, consisting of two rooms. The food in the restaurant is varied and includes seafood. The pool is huge and not shallow. There is a separate pool for children with heated water. In the evening there are animators for children with music.

Apartment ok swimming pool we all got ear infection 4 the of us . Breakfast very simple comparing to laguna park hotel even thou it's the same chain. The person who prepare and fry the eggs should diffidently not be there very rude and dose not speak a single word of English for a 4 star hotel . Walking through Garden passage it's not comfortable as it's all broken should be fixed I hope the hotel should read this and act not just thank you .
